    Study of Adsorbed Ru(bpy)_3~(2+) on Glassy Carbon Electrode and Its Electrochemiluminescence

    通过电化学循环伏安法和电致化学发光方法,研究了Ru(bpy)32+在玻碳电极上的吸附,研究结果表明,2Ru(bpy)3+的浓度和与玻碳材料接触的时间,直接影响了Ru(bpy)32+在玻碳上的吸附.还考察了吸附的Ru(bpy)32+在玻碳电极上被氧化后脱附的情况.The adsorption of Ru(bpy) 32+ on a glass carbon electrode has been investigated by cyclic volt-ammetry (CV) and electrochemiluminescence (ECL). Experimental results show that the adsorption of 2Ru(bpy) 3+ on the surface of glass carbon electrode was obviously affected by the concentration of 2Ru(bpy) 3+ and immersion time.     Electrochemical Behaviors of Ru(bpy)_3~(2+) Modified Electrode Immobilized in Organic-modified Sol-Gel

    采用有机改性溶胶_凝胶制备技术 ,以四甲氧基硅烷 (TMOS)和二甲基二甲氧基硅烷 (DiMe_DiMOS)为共先驱体包埋聚苯乙烯磺酸钠 (PSS) ,通过离子交换成功地将联吡啶钌固定在玻碳电极表面。电化学研究结果表明 ,被固定的联吡啶钌保持了良好的电化学活性 ,同时该方法制备的修饰电极对甲基安非他明有灵敏的电化学响应。In this paper, organic modified sol-gel preparation technique was applied to embed poly-sodium 4-styrenesulfonate (PSS), using TMOS and DiMe-DiMOS as co-precursors and then it was successfully immobilized Ru(bpy) 3 2+ on the surface of glass carbon electrode via ion-exchange. The data from electrochemistry experiments showed that the immobilized Ru(bpy) 3 2+ maintained its electrochemistry behaviors very well and the modified glass carbon electrode prepared in this method presents high sensitivity to methamphetamine.国家自然科学基金资助项目 (2 0 375 0 33

    由于电致化学发光(ECL)的连续可测性、高灵敏度、稳定和方法简单,被广泛应用于分子生物学、药学、化学和环保等领域。而将可电化学再生的ECL试剂固定于电极表面,可获得ECL传感器,从而减少分析过程中试剂的消耗并简化实验装置。联吡啶钌及其衍生物在电极表面的固定化研究成为ECL研究的重要方向。本文综述了2004年以来联吡啶钌及其衍生物修饰电极的固相ECL的研究进展,并简要介绍了各种固定方法及其相关的应用情况。Electrochemiluminescence(ECL) has been widely used in biological,pharmic,chemical and environmental applications due to its continuance,sensitivity,reproducibility and relative easy to control.The ECL sensor can be assembled by immobilizing electrochemically reproducible ECL reagents on an electrode surface.This approach will reduce the reagents consuming and simplify the detection apparatus.Recently,the studies on the immobilization of tris(2,2′-bipyridine)ruthenium(Ⅱ) [Ru(bpy)_3~(2+)] and its derivations have becoming an attractive research field.This review summaries the solid-state ECL development of Ru(bpy)_3~(2+) and its derivations since 2004.The approaches for reagent immobilizations as well as the related applications are also discussed.教育部新世纪人才奖励计划;; 福建省科技项目(No.2005-I-030)资
