    中国鲎是珍贵的海洋活化石,有着极高的医学价值和科研价值。厦门海域曾分布大量的中国鲎,而近年来,由于危及鲎生长繁殖的围海造地、滩涂养殖以及狂捕滥杀现象层出不穷,再加上海水水质和沉积物环境的恶化,使得厦门海域中国鲎资源急剧下降,甚至已经难觅其踪。文章从中国鲎的栖息地破坏、环境污染以及过度捕杀三个角度,分析人类活动对中国鲎种群的威胁,并提出划定厦门中国鲎自然保护区,加强宣传教育和科学研究等保护厦门海域中国鲎资源的几点设想。As a kind of rare oceanic "living fossil",Chinese horseshoe grab is invaluable in medicine and scientific research area.Chinese horseshoe grab used to distributed largely in Xiamen Bay,however,the population of it reduces rapidly during these years.Beach reclamation,uncontrolled exploitation and environmental pollution are considered to be three main reasons which lead to population reduce.This paper analyses the threaten of human activities to the Chinese horseshoe grab in three aspects(habitat destruction,environmental pollution,battue),and gives some suggestion on protecting Chinese horseshoe grab in Xiamen Bay

    Determination of polychlorinated biphenyls in sediment by automatic solid phase extraction and chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry

    建立了全自动固相萃取-三重四级杆串联质谱同时测定沉积物中27种多氯联苯的分析方法。样品经1; :1(体积比)丙酮正己烷超声提取后经全自动固相萃取仪净化,采用气相色谱/三重四级杆串联质谱在多反映监测模式(MRM)下进行测定。在MRM模式下用; 两对离子对对多氯联苯进行分析,对母离子进行了碰撞能优化;27种多氯联苯的线性范围为2~200 mug/L,线性的相关系数(r~2) > 0.; 9945,方法检出限在0. 023~0. 060 mug/kg之间,加标回收率为84. 0%~118%,相对标准偏差< 6. 5%。An analytical method was established for simultaneous determination of; 27 polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) residues in sediment by automatic; solid phase extraction and gas chromatography coupled with triple; quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC/MS/MS) . The samples were extracted; with acetone hexane,cleaned up by automatic solid phase extracter,then; analyzed by GC/MS/MS using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. As; the results showed,27 PCBs were analyzed in the MRM mode using two pairs; of ions. The collision energy of the parent ion was optimized. The liner; range of 27 PCBs were all larger than 0. 9945,the method detection; limits (MDLs) were form 0. 023 mug/kg to 0. 060 mug/kg, the average; recovery rate were in the range of 84. 0% ~118% and the RSD were less; than 6. 5%.     由于上市公司国有股权的不可流通性,其转让缺乏可观察的市场定价机制,现行的以历史成本为基础的定价模式存在明显的缺陷。文章提出以公允价值为基础的定价模式取代现行模式,弥补了历史成本模式的不足,并为公允价值模式在实践中的应用提供了一种思路。Because of its inability to circulate in the market, the state-owned enterprise equities lack perceivable valuation bases. The present practice of taking historical costs as the evaluation basis is apparently questionable. In their article, the authors suggest a replacement of the present pricing with fair value model, arguing that it may eliminate the defects exist with historical model and shedding some light on the pricing practice of state-owned equities

    海洋是人类生存和发展的重要空间,人类的发展将越来越多地依赖海洋资源。然而由于人类无节制地开发海岸、海洋资源和无管制的经济行为,海岸和海洋的生态功能在过去的几十年里遭到了严重的威胁。因此构建海洋生态文明,以海洋生态环境的良性循环促进海洋经济发展,最终保证海洋经济与生态环境和谐发展将具有十分突出的战略意义。文章从海洋生态文明的视角回顾分析了厦门海岸带综合管理十多年的成效,并在此基础上探讨了改善厦门海岸带综合管理促进厦门海洋生态文明建设的几点设想。Ocean is an important space for human existence and development.Human development will be increasingly dependent on marine resources.However,the ecosystem functions of both the coasts and the oceans are seriously threaten during the last several decades due to excessive exploitation of coastal and ocean resources and unregulated human economic activities.It is very important for human to construct marine ecological civilization to ensure the harmony between marine ecology and economy.From the perspective of marine ecological civilization,achievements of coastal management in Xiamen during the past years are reviewed,and then suggestions on promoting the construction of marine ecological civilization as a result of improving integrated coastal management in Xiamen are discussed

    护士倒班前后智力活动的比较

    受试者为20—35岁倒班和正常白班护士共46名。倒班组在上小夜班前和次日大夜班后分别给予一次智力活动测验,正常白班组两次测验的时间和时间间隔与倒班组相同。测验结果表明:倒班组两次测验仅在“数字符号”项目有部分显著性差异;而正常白班第二次测验在“数字符号”和“计数”两个项目,均较第一次测验取得显著进步。这提示倒班对于注意、记忆和反应操作速度可能有些影响

    间充质细胞外泌体促进小鼠胰岛内皮细胞血管生成的研究

    目的探讨间充质细胞(MSC)外泌体对低氧条件下胰岛内皮细胞(MS-1)血管生成的影响。方法 MSC无血清低氧条件培养48 h,超滤离心法富集条件培养基中的外泌体,采用电镜和Western Blot的方法进行鉴定;通过血管形成试验比较分析不同条件下:常氧培养组(NOR组,21%O2、5%CO2)、低浓度氧培养组(HYP组,2%O2、5%CO2)、外泌体+低浓度氧共培养组(HYP+EXO组,2%O2、5%CO2),MS-1细胞的血管形成能力;image J软件分析血管形成长度;PCR、Q-PCR检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF) RNA水平的表达,Western Blot检测VEGF、HIF1α蛋白水平表达以及mTOR信号通路激活情况。采用单因素方差分析和SNK-q检验统计学分析。结果超滤离心法富集的MSC条件培养基中的外泌体,大小为30~100 nm,表达CD9,CD63,CD81等外泌体表面标志物;血管形成试验结果显示,低氧促进MS-1血管生成,HYP+EXO组形成明显的血管网状结构;HYP+EXO组血管形成相对长度(2386.0±137.7)像素与NOR组(393.3±174.2)像素和HYP组(1467.0±230.0)像素相比增强,差异有统计学意义(t=12.30,P=0.0065;t=15.74,P=0.0040); PCR结果显示,HYP+EXO组VEGF相对表达量(20.26±9.972)较常氧对照组(1.000)和低氧组(6.521±3.501)均增强,差异有统计学意义(t=5.462,P=0.0009;t=4.238,P=0.0038);同时,Western Blot结果显示VEGF蛋白水平表达升高,HIF1-α表达上调,mTOR发生磷酸化。结论 MSC外泌体可促进低氧条件下的小鼠胰岛内皮细胞血管生成。MSC外泌体可能通过上调HIF1-α,调节VEGF表达,激活mTOR信号通路,促进胰岛内皮细胞血管生成。国家自然科学基金青年项目(81601618);;福建省自然科学基金面上项目(2016J01582、2016J01580、2018J01349);;福建省科技创新联合资金重大项目(2017Y9127

    骨髓间充质细胞联合PDMS支架构建移植胰岛微环境的实验研究

    目的为了提高移植胰岛的活性和功能,构建适合移植胰岛生存的微环境。方法采用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)和氯化钠晶体构建三维支架,联合骨髓间充质细胞(MSCs)、纤维蛋白和胰岛共同构建迷你\"人工胰腺\"。采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠移植模型评价效果,将\"人工胰腺\"移植到糖尿病大鼠大网膜内,对照组行假手术,术后隔天监测移植大鼠血糖水平;数据采用t检验和曼-惠特尼U检验。结果用PDMS构建的三维巨孔支架,支架内可见大量不规则孔洞空间。胰岛和MSCs可成功装载入支架内,HE染色结果显示,支架孔内存在胰岛,胰岛周围包绕有MSCs。糖尿病大鼠大网膜内移植结果显示,移植后各时间点(1,3,5,7 d),\"人工胰腺\"移植组糖尿病大鼠血糖水平分别为(278.70±86.06) mg/dl、(323.50±44.29) mg/dl、(283.30±74.00) mg/dl、(304.80±13.33) mg/dl,较假手术对照组(606.00±52.40) mg/dl、(589.70±55.78) mg/dl、(615.00±54.84) mg/dl、(630.30±48.17) mg/dl均降低,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.96、9.15、8.82,U=0.00,P均<0.01)。结论 MSCs联合PDMS三维支架构建的微环境,可为移植胰岛提供生存的环境,为临床开展胰岛移植提供新的策略

    基于例子的机器翻译,其很关键的步骤之一就是如何从语料库中找到待译句子的最佳相似句。论文针对这个问题提出了利用动态规划方法基于句子相似矩阵进行求解的方法。根据这个方法就可以从语料库中为待译句子找到最佳相似句,同时在求解过程中还做了一些改进:利用矩阵分块求解的方法保留了句子的连续相似块,保证了结果的质量,对提高EBMT系统的翻译质量起到了一定的促进作用。It's a very import step of EBMT to find the best matched example from the example library for the sentence to be translated.In this paper,a reasonable method of dynamic programming is brought out to solve this problem.And using this method,you can find the best matched example for a sentence.At the same time ,it also makes an improvement to the dynamic programming.In order to keep the serial similar block intact,it takes the measure of dividing the similarity matrix into some small matrixes,then calculates the similarity degree of the two sentence.This method will contribute to improving the quality of results of the Example-Based machine translate system.国家863高技术研究发展计划(编号:2001AA114110);福建省科技重点项目(编号:2001H023)资

    福建省农村饮用水水质调查分析

    为改善、提高福建省农村饮用水水质卫生质量及水源卫生防护提供科学依据。[方法]对福建省14个代表性县饮用水水源及其水质按国家GB5750-85《生活饮用水标准检验法》进行了检测,根据国家《农村实施(生活饮用水卫生标准)准则》进行评价。[结果]12年共检测551份水样,其中丰、枯水期分别检测293和258份,丰水期总大肠菌群和细菌总数超标率分别为63%和63%;枯水期总大肠菌群和细菌总数超标率分别为61%和50%。[结论]总大肠菌群、细菌总数、浑浊度、色度、铁、锰、氟化物均不同程度严重超标
