    弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮统称为螺旋锥齿轮(又称螺旋伞齿轮),是一种用来传递相交或交错轴之间定传动比回转运动的齿轮。由于其承载能力大、传动平稳、噪声小、结构紧凑等优点,因此,在现代化机械制造业中占有十分重要的地位,广泛应用于航空、轮船、车辆、飞机、机械制造装备以及石化机械等产品中。目前螺旋锥齿轮的制造主要使用专用的齿轮加工机床。由于螺旋锥齿轮几何特性与啮合运动的客观复杂性,长期以来锥齿轮加工依然存在着较多问题:一方面,螺旋锥齿轮的工艺计算和加工过程繁琐、加工周期长、成本高;另一方面,由于机床结构尺寸等因素的制约,无法加工一些尺寸超过其技术规格的齿轮副(如大模数的油田、煤矿机械使用的大型螺旋锥齿轮...Bevel gears include spiral bevel gears and hypoid gears.     纳米氧化锌和二氧化硅对海水中磷酸根的吸附

    纳米材料由于其较小的粒径,较大的表面积和表面结合能力,较常规材料有更强的吸附能力。随着工业生产的发展和人类生活的应用,纳米材料已越来越多地进入到天然水体中。文章选择海水中磷酸根为实验对象,探讨纳米氧化锌和二氧化硅的吸附行为及其影响因素,希望能够对纳米物质的地球化学循环研究提供一定的参考。结果表明,粒径为30nm的氧化锌在pH=7.85的条件下,对海水中初始浓度为0.06mg/L的磷酸根的吸附容量为0.52mg/g,而纳米二氧化硅在该条件下不能吸附磷酸根。纳米氧化锌对海水中磷酸根的吸附符合一级反应速率方程,吸附速率常数为0.017min^-1。酸性条件有利于纳米氧化锌对磷酸根的吸附,其平衡吸附容量在一定范围内随磷酸根的初始浓度增大而增大,初始浓度高于0.121mg/L后,吸附容量不再变化;平衡吸附率随初始浓度增大而减小。粒径为30nm的氧化锌对海水中磷酸根的平衡吸附容量是90nm的氧化锌的1.3倍,平衡吸附率为其1.4倍,表明小粒径的纳米颗粒吸附离子能力强于大粒径纳米颗粒。海洋公益性行业科研专项“近岸海域微纳米颗粒的生物生态效应评估技术及示范应用”(编号:201505034

    Modeling based on UG Gleason spiral bevel gear

    目前国内的齿轮加工专用机床无法加工一些尺寸超过其技术规格的齿轮副,而运用大型的数控加工中心加工弧齿锥齿轮副,齿轮副尺寸不再成为其制约因素。利用UG软件提供的UG/OPEN GRIP二次开发功能,编制相应的锥齿轮成形软件,根据设计图纸提供的格里森弧齿锥齿轮副的基本尺寸和参数,首先建立铣刀盘和弧齿锥齿轮大轮胚体的三维模型,然后结合格里森弧齿锥齿轮机床调整参数,在UG环境下模拟格里森机床调整过程,通过布尔运算得到成形法加工的大轮。之后采用变异的铣刀盘成形加工得到的变异大轮展成小轮毛胚实体,最终得到小轮齿面。此方法基于传统的格里森弧齿锥齿轮加工方法,又有不同之处,是格里森弧齿锥齿轮建模和加工的一种实用新方法。At present the domestic gear processing machine can not machining the gears that exceed the size of the technical specifications, in order to solve this conflict, this large-scale use of the NC processing center of spiral bevel gear, the size of the gear is no longer a constraint. With the UG/OPEN GRIP, we design bevel gear forming software to create the big round of three-dimensional model of the embryo, and complete simulation under UG, then we get the big gear by boolean operation. And a small round hair embryo is born by a variation of facer, finally, we get the tooth surface of the gear.     血液透析室护士身心健康状况与应对方式的关系研究

    目的通过对血液透析室护士身心健康状况与应对方式的调查研究,促进护士心理行为良性发展,提高其身心健康水平。方法采用一般资料调查表、康奈尔健康问卷、简易应对方式量表对269名血液透析室护士进行问卷调查。结果血液透析室护士最常见的躯体健康问题是眼和耳(24.67%),其次是消化系统(18.26%),最常见的心理健康问题是不适应(19.42%),身心健康阳性率为15.61%,心理健康阳性率为7.43%。年龄越大、工作年限越长,护士的心理健康水平越高,消极应对得分明显高于常模,消极应对得分与身心健康状况得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论血液透析室护士身心健康状况不容乐观,既要提高工作能力也要注重心理调节能力的培养,促进护士形成积极的心理反应模式,尤其是年轻护士,应学会和运用积极的应对策略,保持良好的身心健康状况。厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20144041

    利用错流超滤技术提取厦门湾东南部海域、九龙江河口及九龙江水体中的胶体,研究了胶体的来源和胶体有机碳浓度(COC)对天然菌群生长的影响.结果表明,海洋胶体、河口胶体及河流胶体在不同程度上对天然菌群的生长均有促进作用.海洋胶体中的天然菌群相对增长率y为54.0%~96.1%,相对增长率的平均值Y为76.7%;河口胶体中的天然菌群的y为20.0%~97.3%,Y为72.2%;而河流胶体中天然菌群的y为8.3%~112.4%,Y为69.8%.胶体对外加菌群的促进作用与COC浓度没有相关关系.Colloids were abstracted by cross-flow ultrafiltration technique from Xiamen Bay,Jiulongjiang Estuary and Jiulongjiang River respectively.The effects of colloids with different sources and different concentrations of colloidal organic carbon(COC)on the growth of nature bacteria community were studied.The results showed that colloids could apparently improve the growth of nature bacteria community,and the improving effects varied with the different source of colloids,in the colloids from Xiamen Bay,Jiulongjiang estuary and Jiulongjiang River,the raletive increacing rate(y) of nature bacteria community were respectively 54.0%~96.1%,20.0%~97.3% and 8.3%~112.4%,the avarage of raletive increacing rate(Y) were respectively 76.7%,72.2%and 69.8%.The results also showed that there was no correlativity between the avarage of raletive increacing rate(Y) and the concentrations of colloidal organic carbon(COC).国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重大项目(904111016);; 国家教育部高等学校骨干教师计划基金资
