    Study on synthesis and application of 17β-Estradiol molecularly imprinted composite membrane

    以多孔乙酸纤维膜为载体,17β-雌二醇为模板,采用紫外光引发制备了17β-雌二醇乙酸纤维分子印迹复合膜。试验对膜的选择吸附性和分离透过性进行了探讨。实验结果表明,所合成的乙酸纤维分子印迹复合膜对模板分子17β-雌二醇具有较好的选择吸附性,吸附量达10.2μMOl/g;17β-雌二醇/17α-炔雌醇的分离因子为4.7。膜透过实验表明,该分子印迹复合膜能将17β-雌二醇与17α-炔雌醇分离开,表明17α-炔雌醇作为结构类似物在复合膜上的结合牢固性不如模板分子。In this paper,the 17β-Estradiol molecularly imprinted composite membrane through UV initiation was prepared by using porous cellulose acetate membrane as support.The selective binding properties and separation capacity of the membranes were investigated.The results showed that the 17β-Estradiol molecularly imprinted composite membrane had high binding capacity for 17β-Estradiol,the binding amount Q for 17β-Estradiol was 10.2 μmol/g and separation factor was 4.7 for 17β-Estradiol/17α-ethinylestradiol.Permeation experiment results showed that the molecularly imprinted composite membrane could separate 17β-Estradiol from 17α-ethinylestradiol.The bonding force between 17α-ethinylestradiol and the membrane was weaker than the template.福建省教育厅B类项目(JB09241

    研究了在碱性介质中, 基于氨( 铵离子) 与邻苯二甲醛及2 - 巯基乙醇反应生成强荧光性吲哚取代衍生物的体系测定微量氨( 铵离子) 的流动注射荧光分析法. 非离子表面活性剂曲拉通X-100 (TrITOn X- 100) 对该体系具有良好的增稳作用. 研究了该体系测定氨( 铵离子) 的最佳实验条件. 测定氨( 铵离子) 的线性范围0 ~0-7Mg/l, 相对标准偏差为1-3 % ( CnH3 = 0-2Mg/l,n = 11) ,检测限为0-0012Mg/l.A method is described for determination of trace ammonia by fluorescence spectrophotometer combining with flow-injection Analysis.The method is based on the system:in base media,ammonia reacts with o-phthaladehyde(OPA) and 2-mercaptoethanol(ME) producing derivative of indol which has intensive fluorescence.Nonionic surfactant Triton X-100 enhances stability in the system.The optimum reaction condition is investigated.A linear relationship between ammonia concentration and fluorescent intensity is observed over the range 0 1~0 7mg/L with a relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1 3% at ammonia concentration of 0 2 mg/L(n=11).The limit of determination is 0 001 2mg/L.国家863计划资助!(818-Q-09

    关节镜下多股半腱肌腱与股薄肌腱重建前十字韧带的临床应用

    目的探讨应用自体半腱肌腱与股薄肌腱重建前十字韧带(anteriorcruciateligament,ACL)的方法与疗效。方法对30例ACL损伤患者行关节镜下半腱肌腱与股薄肌腱ACL重建术。半腱肌腱与股薄肌腱均取自同侧,其中25例应用半腱肌腱与股薄肌腱进行重建;5例单纯应用半腱肌腱。将肌腱反复折叠为长约8.5cm的4~5股,在距两端2.5cm处分别用丝线编织捆绑缝合,用直径为7~8mm,长20~25mm的SoftSilk型挤压螺钉于屈膝20°~40°位固定,等长重建ACL。合并损伤于先期或同期治疗。结果术后随访7~30个月,平均15.9个月。所有患者术后4周膝关节均达正常活动范围。X线片显示24例内固定物位置良好,5例股骨侧和1例胫骨侧位置明显偏前。12例胫骨隧道和8例股骨隧道轻度扩大,无骨隧道明显扩大的病例。26例术后Lachman试验≤Ⅰ度,27例轴移试验阴性或Ⅰ度,Lysholm评分平均为87.5分,较术前平均54.5分显著增高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。Tegner运动评级平均为5.2级,较术前平均2.8级有所增高。结论关节镜下挤压螺钉固定自体多股半腱肌腱与股薄肌腱重建ACL是治疗急、慢性ACL损伤的较好的方法
