    Studies on the infection of freshwater crabs by Paragonimus metacercariae in Yunxiao county, Fujian

    目的调查云霄县淡水蟹种类及其感染并殖吸虫囊蚴的情况。方法选取不同地理方位为调查点,捕捉各调查点的淡水溪蟹进行分类和并殖吸虫囊蚴的检查。结果全县共调查6个乡(镇)20个村,共捕捉230只蟹,查出漳州华溪蟹(n=136)、漳浦束腰蟹(n=63)和闽溪蟹(待定种)(n=31)3种;检出感染并殖吸虫蟹15只,阳性检出率为6.6%(15/230),蟹的感染指数为0.11,对福建华溪蟹和中华束腰蟹种类及分布作了修正。结论云霄县并殖吸虫宿主淡水溪蟹有3种,蟹感染并殖吸虫呈下降趋势,但仍为中度并殖吸虫疫源地。Objective To study the distribution of freshwater crabs and their infection by Paragonimus in Yunxiao county, Fujian.Methods Freshwater crabs were collected and identified.The crabs were then dissected and examined for the presence of Paragonimus metacercariae.Results Six tons of crabs from 20 villages (Yunxiao county) were collected.Three species of crabs were found , namely Sinopotamon zhangzhouense, Somanniathelphusa zhangpuensis and Minpotamon spp.The infection rate was 6.6% (15/230) for the Paragonimus, and the index of crab infection was 0.11.Species of freshwater crabs and its geographic distribution were revised for Sinopotamon fukienense and Somanniathelphusa sinensis.Conclusion Freshwater crabs are the intermediate hosts of Paragonimus in the Yunxiao county.科技部自然资源平台项目(2005DKA21104

    The Effects of Benzo [a] Pyrene (BaP) Exposure on the CYP1A1 mRNA and AhR2 mRNA Expression of Red Seabream(Pagrus major)

    通过水体暴露方式对海水养殖真鲷进行bAP持续染毒,利用实时定量PCr技术研究了真鲷细胞色素P450基因(CyP1A1)和芳香烃受体基因(AHr2)随bAP暴露剂量、时间的动力学变化。结果发现,0.1~1.5μg/l环境浓度的bAP能够显著性诱导CyP1A1基因和AHr2基因的表达,且AHr2 MrnA早于CyP1A1 MrnA被诱导表达;bAP持续暴露48 H,CyP1A1和AHr2基因的表达水平均随暴露时间的延长而显著升高,染毒72 H后又回复到本底水平,实验表明这两个基因的表达与bAP的暴露剂量和暴露时间之间具有显著性的剂量-效应和时间-效应关系。The gene expression patterns of CYP1A1 and Aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR2) of red seabream(Pagrus major) were both measured using real-time quantitative PCR(qPCR) when fish exposed to environmentally relevant concentration of BaP(0.1,0.5 and 1.0 μg/L,respectively).The results showed that CYP1A1 mRNA and AhR2 mRNA could be induced significantly,besides,the time of AhR2 mRNA induced ahead of the time of CYP1A mRNA induced.The two genes were induced markedly at the begining of BaP exposure,and then decreased to the basal levels after 72 h.The results demonstrate that BaP can regulate CYP1A1 and AhR2 transcript in a dose and time dependent manner.国家“863”计划重点资助项目(2007AA091406);国家自然科学基金资助项目(30770391

    Comments and Links: Group Political Polarization in Social Networking Sites: An Explanation Based on Micro Behaviors

    群体政治极化是互联网传播领域长期关注的重要现象,然而进入社会化媒体时代,网络群体极化的状况和形成机理是否发生了变化?为此本文分析了从观点生产到链接构建的群体极化机制,并结合在线社交网络用户数据与跨国比较数据进行了验证。研究发现,在社交网络的技术、媒介和社会网络三重特性的相互作用下,使用者会选择观点的隔离并转而链接同质群体,这一建构过程最终导致网络群体极化的产生。对跨国数据的分析也表明,在政治观点表达更为活跃的社交网络中,人们认知到相异观点的几率却下降了。因此,如何在新媒体时代构建一个多元协商的网络治理环境,我们或许可以从观点和链接两个方面入手。Much research in communication has been concerned with the phenomenon of group political polarization in the Internet. But in the new age of social media, how has the situation and the formation mechanism for group polarization in the Internet changed? To answer this question, this paper proposes a group political polarization model, which includes comment/opinion and link data. Our model uses online SNS (Social Networking Sites) user's data to test the hypothesis. The study finds that the usage of SNS promotes online political participation behavior and willingness. However, SNS include technology, media and social networks, and the study further finds that the distinction between comment and links' homogenization is the critical reason for group polarization in SNS. Based on this logic, by analysis of cross-nation data, the study shows that more people share political views in SNS, but the probability that they will adapt to new opinions is lower. Therefore, the study indicates that group polarization may not be simply categorized as irrational behavior, but contains the rational evolution of online social networks. When creating a multi-negotiated network in the new media age, we can solve polarization problems by paying attention to comments and links. Our findings are also significant for online civic participation and democratic consultation in China.国家社科基金项目(14CSH005)的阶段性成果~~

    Experimental study of the optimal conditions for degrading HPAM-containing sewage by using the mixed bacteria

    水解性聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)被广泛应用于油田生产。与物理化学方法相比,生物法降解HPAM不会产生危害周围神经系统的丙烯酰胺单体。利用实验室保藏的菌种降解含聚污水,以原油作为碳源,通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察了氮源、磷源、活化次数、接种量、温度、矿化度、PH值、降解时间等因素对降解率的影响。结果表明,HPAM生物降解的最佳工艺条件如下:以含聚污水中的HPAM为氮源,无需外加氮源,以k2HPO4为磷源,细菌活化2次,降解时间为3 d,PH=7,接种量为5%,培养温度为35℃,矿化度为4 000 Mg/l。在上述条件下,HPAM降解率为62.1%。极差分析表明,氮源、降解时间、PH值、活化次数、接种量和矿化度是影响降解率的重要因素。通过红外光谱分析HPAM的生物降解产物,HPAM分子中的酰胺基在微生物的作用下转化为羧基。The paper takes it as the goal to test and find the optimal conditions for degrading HPAM-containing sewage by using the mixed bacteria.As a matter of fact,the HPAM,short for the partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide,a linear water-soluble polymeric compound with high molecular weight,has been broadly used for oil production in China.As compared with the physico-chemical degradation of HPAM,there is no acrylamide monomer that can cause peripheral neuropathy released from the process of biodegradation.In our experiments,we have found that there are five kinds of HPAM-degrading bacteria,known as X1,X2,X3,X4 and H3,all of which demonstrate a strong ability to degrade HPAM which we keep in stock in our laboratory.In proceeding with our study,we have carefully studied the influential factors for degrading HPAM-containing sewage of the mixed bacteria.At the same time,we have also investigated the effects of nitrogen source,phosphorus source,the time length of the experiments,the inoculation amount,temperature,mineralization rate,the initial pH and activation time on the degradation of HAPM-containing sewage by using the crude oil as the carbon source through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The results of our investigation and experiments indicate that the optimal conditions for the degradation can be stated as follows:(1) HPAM can be made to serve as the nitrogen source;and,(2) K2HPO4 as the phosphorus source,the activation of the microorganisms should be done twice;(3) The culture time should last 3 days;(4) The initial pH should be 7;(5) The inoculums size should be kept at 5%(V/V);(6) The culturing temperature should be kept at 35 ℃;(7) The mineralization rate should be 4 000 mg/L;(8) Under the above said conditions,the HPAM-degradation rate can be made as high as up to 62.1%.Besides,the variance analysis results prove that the main factors affecting HPAM degradation are the nitrogen sources,the experimental time length,the pH value,the activation time,the inoculation amount and the mineralization rate.And,finally,we have analyzed the FT-IR spectra of HPAM samples in hoping to find the changes in HPAM molecular structure before and after the biodegradation.Moreover,FT-IR analysis indicates that the amide group has degraded into a carboxyl group.国家863计划项目(2008AA06Z304

    本文研究了甲醛、戊二醛、甲醇作交联剂对海带藻粉进行化学交联后,不同交联方式对Cu2+、Cd2+的吸附率的影响,并与未交联的藻粉吸附Cu2+、Cd2+的效果进行了比较.同时分析了藻粉对Cu2+、Cd2+金属离子吸附动力学方程,探讨了pH值、温度、藻粉颗粒粒径等因素对吸附率的影响.The kelp particles crosslinked with formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde and methanol were studied in this paper. They were used for biosorption efficiency studies with copper and cadmium. The effects of different crosslinking and non-crosslinking methods were examined and compared. At the same time, the sorption kinetics of metal ion by the particles was analyzed.
