    对具有n-(对甲基丙烯酰氧基苄叉基)取代苯胺骨架的一系列侧链型SCHIf碱液晶单体合成进行了研究,苯胺环上的取代基为卤素、强吸电子基及大体积基团,考察了取代基对液晶性质的影响。当取代基为4-氯,4-溴时,单体呈狭窄之液晶区间,而2,4-二氯取代物则无液晶性。当苯胺环上带有4-苯基的单体时,都呈宽的液晶区间。同时还对相应单体的自由基聚合及聚合物的相行为进行了研究。The synthesis and polymerization of several homologous SchiFF bases with basic skeleton of N (p methacryloyloxy benzylidene) anilines have been investigated.The monomers, with p chloro, p bromoaniline moiety, show very narrow mesomorphism.The monomers, these with 2,4 dichloro and p nitro substitutent do not exhibit mesomorphism.The monomeric SchiFF bases with biphenyl moiety, N (p methacryloyloxy benzlidene) p aminobithenyl, show a wide temperature range of mesophase and high thermostability.Chemical structures of these compounds were determined by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis.Their liquid crystal properties were tested by hotstage microscopy and deFFerential scanning calorimetry. The radical polymerization of some monomers also has been examined.The polymers exhibit liquid crystalline behavior although the mesogenic side chains are directly Fixed to the polymethacrylate backbone

    【中文摘要】追续权是作者在艺术作品原件被再次出售中分享一定数额收益的权利。追续权保护是适应艺术品市场的发展需要并平衡作者和艺术商之间的利益冲突而创设的一项著作权法律制度。它以民法中的非常损失规则为理论依据,符合公平、效益的法律价值,体现了对著作权权利穷竭原则适用的限制。追续权制度在我国著作权立法中的缺失势必产生诸多的现实缺陷,因而应当在我国未来的著作权法修订中增设追续权条款。 【英文摘要】The right of pursuit shall confer on the author of the artistic work notwithstanding any transfer of the original of the work an inalienable right to share in the proceeds of any sale of such artistic work in a public auction or through a merchant, irrespective of the terms and conditions under which the latter carried out the transaction. The aim of the right of pursuit is to balance the interests of the authors and merchants, so as to boost the market of artistic works. Based on the theory of the rule of lacsio enormia(exceptional losses) in civil law , the right of pursuit properly restricts the appli cation of the principle of exhaustion of a work and materializes the value of equity and efficiency. The lack of the right of pursuit in our copyright legislation shall lead to dissatisfying results in practice. Thus , the clauses of the right of pursuit should be added in the future amendment of our copyright law

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
