    手性毛细管气相色谱跟踪苯乙酮不对称催化氢化反应过程许翩翩阮源萍高景星(厦门大学化学系固体表面物理化学国家重点实验室物理化学研究所厦门361005)在开发研究芳香酮氢化反应的新型手性催化剂时,通常采用苯乙酮不对称催化氢化生成苯乙醇的反应效率来评价手性氢...This paper deals with the process analysis of asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone by using Chiral capillary gas chromatography.The solvents, acetophenone and phenylethanol enantiomers were wellseparated on a Chrompack CPcyclodextrinβ236M19 column with FID detector.The racemic phenylethanol was determined and the relative content of the enantiomer was 50.1∶49.9(n=6).The chromatographic separation enable accurate determination of e.e.value and conversion(%) of acetophenone.The absolute configuration of the major enantiomer of phenylethanol was determined from the elution order.This method may be suitable for research in process of asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of arometic ketones.国家自然科学基

    A STUDY ON THE OXIDATIVE CARBONYLATION OF ANILINE

    以Pd/C为催化剂,以NaI为助催剂,以无水乙醇为溶剂,进行了苯胺氧化羰基化反应。研究了苯胺氧化羰基化的最佳工艺条件,解释了碘化钠在本反应中所起的助催作用。在170℃,反应两小时后,Pd/C显示了高活性(97.49%)和高选择性(85.26%)。最后,提出了苯胺氧化羰基化反应的机理。The oxidative carbonylation of aniline to carbamate over Pd-based catalyst was studied by using NaI and absolute ethanol as the promoter and solvent, respectively. The optimum process conditions for this reaction were investigated. At 170 C, after 2 h of reaction, the Pd/C catalyst exhibited high activity (97.49%) and high selectivity (85.26%). The promoter role of NaI was discussed, and a mechanism for the title reaction was proposed

    载体SiO_2表面修饰对钒基催化剂丙烷氧化脱氢催化性能的影响

    用XRD、Raman、FT-IR、51V-NMR、Py-IR和TPR-TPO表征SiO2或SiO2上预负载MgO后负载的钒氧化物催化剂体系.SiO2上直接负载钒氧化物,在钒负载量约为5wt%V2O5时出现V2O5晶相,而预负载MgO的在相同钒含量时则没有出现V2O5晶相,表明预负载MgO促进了钒氧化物在载体表面的分散.预负载MgO的催化剂的可还原性和其还原态活化气相氧的活性较低,有较好的丙烷氧化脱氢的丙烯选择性,同时又因有较强的表面酸性位,有利于对丙烷仲碳C-H键的活化,而能保持其较高的丙烷氧化脱氢活性.钒氧物种与载体形成V-O-Mg(Si)桥键,该桥键氧可能是丙烷氧化脱氢的活性氧物

    研制了聚酰胺/硅胶负载型吸附剂并用于提取茶叶中的茶多酚。该吸附剂对茶多酚的吸附能力与硅胶的平均孔径和聚酰胺的负载量有关,硅胶平均孔径以12-13nM为宜;聚酰胺的担载量以10~20WT%效果最佳。该吸附剂对茶多酚的提取率约12%;制品纯度为85%─90%可直接用于食品加工工业
