Research on Partial Differential Equations Image Restoration Based on Edge Preservation Method

当代农民工社会公平感:一个经济社会学分析框架
社会成员对于社会资源分配感觉是否合理即社会公平感高低对社会的平稳运行具有重要意义。文章从经济社会学角度入手,将社会经济地位分解为主观社会经济地位和客观社会经济地位,将社区融合分解为社区认同、社区交往、社区参与三个维度,运用多元回归方法分析了社会经济地位和社区融合对农民工社会公平感的影响。研究发现,主客观社会经济地位对农民工的社会公平感均有影响,社区融合的三个维度对农民工的公平感均具有统计显著性,即农民工的社区认同度越高,与本地居民交往越频繁,向社区组织提供意见或建议的频率越高,公平感就越强。文章最后基于研究结论提出了提升农民工社会公平感和增进农民工城市社会融合的对策和建议。国家社会科学基金项目(15BSH070

Flocculation effect of Shinella sp. xn-1 on Microcystis aeruginosa
【目的】研究絮凝功能细菌xn-1对有害水华藻--铜绿微囊藻的絮凝效果,以期为有害水华的治理提供新的选择。【方法】采用涂布划线法从藻际分离纯化絮凝; 功能微生物;基于16S; rRNA基因序列确定进化地位;通过不同金属离子确定絮凝机制;梯度醇沉法获得絮凝物质;以酶标仪测定絮凝效率。【结果】菌株xn-1确定属于申氏杆菌属; (Shinella),且命名为Shinella sp.; xn-1。在添加Ca~(2+)作为促凝剂的条件下对铜绿微囊藻表现出高效的絮凝效果,其絮凝效果主要来源于胞外上清,而表现出高效的絮凝效果所需要的胞; 外上清添加量为3.0%。从胞外上清中获得的絮凝物质以0.5; g/L的添加量作用于藻细胞后表现出高效的絮凝效果,且随着处理时间增加,絮凝团的体积增大。【结论】Shinella sp.; xn-1通过分泌胞外絮凝物质对铜绿微囊藻表现出高效的絮凝效果,在絮凝作用下藻细胞聚集在一起形成大体积的絮凝团,该研究有利于治理有害水华。[Objective] To study the flocculation effect of bacterial strain xn-1 on; water bloom causing species-Microcystis aeruginosa, to control water; bloom. [Methods] Flocculation bacterium was isolated from phycosphere; based on plate spread and streak technique; 16S rRNA gene was applied to; determine the evolutionary status. Flocculation mechanism was confirmed; by addition of different metal ions as coagulants. Bioflocculant was; obtained by gradient alcohol precipitation. Microplate reader was used; to study flocculation activity. [Results] Strain xn-1 was determined as; a species of the genus Shinella, designated as Shinella sp. xn-1. Strain; xn-1 exhibited high flocculation activity on M. aeruginosa with adding; Ca~(2+) as coagulants, and the flocculation activity was originated from; extracellular supernatant, showing high flocculation efficiency with the; concentration of 3.0%. Bioflocculant isolated from extracellular; supernatant could exhibit high flocculation effect with the addition of; 0.5 g/L, and the algal flocs became huger with the increase of; processing time. [Conclusion] Shinella sp. xn-1 shows high flocculation; activity on M. aeruginosa through secreting extracellular bioflocculant,; and the flocs with large volume are formed under the flocculation; effect. Recovery of dimethylformamide from wastewater by solvent extraction with o-sec-butyl phenol
黎四芳(1965- ),男,副教授,博士,主要从事精细化工方面的研究, E-mail:[email protected]。[中文文摘]采用高沸点萃取剂邻仲丁基苯酚萃取回收废水中的二甲基甲酰胺。对质量浓度为100 g/L的模拟废水,在25℃下以邻仲丁基苯酚为萃取剂时分配系数可达6.92,远高于低沸点溶剂氯仿萃取时的分配系数0.91。在相比1∶1(体积比),单级萃取时,萃取率即高达87.54%。3级萃取时,废水中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)质量浓度从100 g/L降低至2.44 g/L。在邻仲丁基苯酚中加入稀释剂可改善澄清分层速度。[英文文摘]High boiling-point solvents,o-sec-butyl phenol,was applied to recover dimethylformamide(DMF)from their aqueous solutions by liquid-liquid extraction.The feasibility and conditions of this technology were studied.For the wastewater with DMF mass concentration of 100 g/L,the partition coefficient of o-sec-butyl phenoll at 25 ℃ is 6.92,which is far greater than 0.91 of low point extractant chloroform.DMF extraction rate reaches 87.54% after the first stage extraction at phase ratio 1∶1(volume ratio).DMF mass concentration in raffinate is decreased from 100 g /L to 2. 44 g /L after the third stage ex traction. Adding diluent to o-sec-butyl phenol can improve the rate of phase separation
社会信息网络、股票价格波动性与跳跃风险
由于基金的社会信息网络存在,共享相同私人信息的机构投资者之间倾向于作出相同或相似的投资决策,而信息网络的中心度越高,信息来源越单一,网络密度越高,网络中信息传递的效率越高,社会信息网络结构在个股风险估测中的重要性就越大。本文以基金的共同持股作为纽带,构建基金与股票的信息网络,通过对该网络的实证研究,确认基金网络中的基金交易行为存在显著的正相关关系,尤其是在基金首次重仓持有某只股票时这种现象表现得更为明显。此外,通过实证研究股票网络的中心度和网络密度对股票收益率波动性风险、跳跃风险的影响,结果表明,随着股票网络中心度和密度的增加,个股收益率的标准差、特质波动率和跳跃风险均显著提高。基于上述研究结论,可以得到以下启示:一是要重视股票市场中社会信息网络结构在估测个股风险中的作用,积极探索运用当期个股的社会信息网络结构对个股风险进行估测,提高个股风险的预测水平;二是要重视社会信息网络结构在投资组合风险管理实践中的指导作用,注重从社会信息网络结构角度,完善投资组合风险管理机制,促进机构投资者风险管理能力的提升;三是要重视从社会信息网络结构角度,重新理解机构投资者在现实股票交易中所表现出的羊群行为特征,建立健全股票市场交易的各项制度,为新时期我国股票市场健康发展夯实制度基础
Advances in Selective Hydrogenation of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural into 2,5-Dimethylfuran

Effects of electro-acupuncture at stomach meridian acupoints on serum and urine metabolic profiles of gastric ulcer model rats
目的:采用核磁共振氢谱技术(1H NMR)研究电针胃经穴对胃溃疡模型大鼠血清和尿液代谢轮廓的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、胃经穴组和胆经穴组,每组10只。除空白组外,利用束缚冷应激法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,造模成功后用电针分别刺激胃经组和胆经组相关穴位,收集大鼠的血清和尿液,获取一维1H NMR谱,并利用模式识别方法分析各组间的代谢轮廓差异。结果:与模型组比较,胃经穴组血清中的肌醇、甘氨酸、谷氨酰胺、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸和尿液中的肌酸酐、乳酸、醋酸盐、肌酸、琥珀酸盐、牛磺酸、甘氨酸、苯乙酰甘氨酸、尿囊素、胆碱、三甲胺、甲酸盐、甜菜碱代谢物的表达水平得到了明显地恢复(P<0.05),更接近空白组的代谢水平。结论:电针胃经穴可通过调节胃溃疡大鼠的氨基酸代谢和脂肪代谢促进胃黏膜损伤的修复。Objective: To explore the effects of electro-acupuncture at stomach meridian acupoints on serum and urine metabolic profiles of gastric ulcer model rats by application of 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR) spectroscopy. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, model group, stomach meridian group and gallbladder meridian group, with 10 rats in each group. The gastric ulcer rat model was established by the restrained cold stress method. After modeling, the model rats were treated with electro-acupuncture at the stomach meridian and gallbladder meridian respectively, the serum and urine of rats were collected to obtain one dimensional 1H NMR spectrum, and the differences of metabolic profiles between these groups were analyzed by the pattern recognition method. Results: Compared to model group, the concentration of myo-inositol, glycine, glutamine, isoleucine, valine in serum from the stomach meridian group have obviously recovered and returning to normal level. The urinary metabolites such as Creatinine, lactic acid, acetic acid salt, acid, succinic acid salt, taurine, glycine, phenylacetyl glycine, allantoin, choline, trimethylamine, formate, betaine have also partly recovered after electro-acupuncture stimulation in the stomach meridian(P<0.05).
