    采用传统的固相合成方法在1100℃,保温3 h制备了不同Ti含量的CaCu3Ti4+xO12+2x陶瓷(x=-0.5,-0.2,0,0.2,0.5)。通过XRD分析了CCTO的相组成;在-20~100℃温度范围内、500 Hz~1 MHz的频率范围测量了CaCu3Ti4+xO12+2x陶瓷的介电特性和阻抗特性。Ti的化学计量变化明显的影响了CCTO陶瓷的电学性能,系统对比发现Ti的含量偏离CaCu3Ti4O12的化学计量比,会显著的降低CCTO陶瓷的介电常数,同时增加介电损耗

    片式CACu3TI4O12陶瓷由于其巨介电效应,用于制备多层陶瓷片式电容具有重大意义。通过水基流延法并在不同的烧结温度下制备的片式CACu3TI4O12陶瓷具有优异的介电性能。其中在1080℃下烧结的样品在保持巨电容率(98605)的同时,降低了介电损耗,其值只有0.028,远低于其他报道的损耗值。同时,测试了CCTO陶瓷薄片的复阻抗图谱,讨论了CCTO陶瓷的特殊的电学性能。实验结果表明,通过流延成型制备的CCTO陶瓷薄片在保持巨电容率的同时具有很低的介电损耗,这为CCTO陶瓷在微电子工业上的应用提供了可能性。Thin ceramic sheet of CaCu3Ti4O12 has a great significance for preparation of multiplayer ceramic chip capacitors.In this work, a simple plan was made to achieve CaCu3Ti4O12 thin ceramic sheets with excellent dielectric properties.Thin ceramic sheets of CaCu3Ti4O12 were prepared via water-based tape casting at various sintering temperatures.The CaCu3Ti4O12 samples sintered at 1080℃ exhibit a great performance on dielectric properties with high permittivity(εr=98605) and low dielectric loss(tanδ=0.028) which are better than those of samples prepared by conventional dry pressing.Meanwhile, the complex impedance spectra were measured to explain the mechanism of special electrical behaviors of CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics.These testing results indicate that the CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics via tape casting exhibits a better performance of giant permittivity and lower dielectric loss than other reports, which provides a possibility for the application of the CaCu3Ti4O12 in modern micro-electronics technology.FundamentalResearchFundsfortheCentralUniversities(2010121052); NationalNaturalScienceFundofChina(51202204

    Synthesis of plate-like SrTiO3 particles

One is by growing on Sr3Ti 2O7 (S3T2) core particles in molten salt condition, and the other is from the layer-structured SrBi4Ti4O 15 (SBT) precursor in a KCl medium. The effects of the morphology and size of the precursor to platelet SrTiO3 crystals were studied. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the crystallographic {010} plane of SBT was converted into the pseudo-cubic {001} plane of SrTiO3. The polycrystalline SrTiO3 particles from BST precursor exhibited a plate-like shape with 10-15μm in length and a high aspect ratio, and were more suitable for preparing textured ceramics by templated grain growth process than the platelets from the S3T2 precursors. ?     福建省流动人口门诊需求行为及影响因素分析

    目的通过对福建省流动人口的门诊医疗需求、门诊医疗服务利用现状及其影响因素的分析,为提高流动人口的健康水平,促进基本公共卫生服务均等化提供参考依据。方法基于2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据福建省资料,利用STATA 12.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2016年5—2017年5月,福建省6 999名流动人口调查对象患病后的就诊率为61.92%(2 492/4 025),选择在本地个体诊所就诊的比例最大、为23.85%(960/4 025);相对于家庭月收入≤5 000元的人群,5 001~10 000元(P=0.011)和> 10 000元(P=0.009)的人群患病后就诊的可能性更大;新型农村合作医疗保险的参加情况为是否就诊(P <0.001)和就诊地点选择(P=0.004)的双重影响因素,而参加城镇医疗保险的流动人口可能存在过度利用的情况(P=0.030)。结论流动人口门诊医疗服务利用不充分,家庭月收入、医疗保险的参加以及受教育程度是门诊服务利用的重要制约因素。厦门大学繁荣哲学社会科学项目成果(0220–Y07200);;\n厦门市2017年流动人口动态检测项目(K8218001

    采用电聚合过氧化聚吡咯(Ox-PPy)于铅笔芯电极(PGE),并将酞菁钴(CoPc)对其修饰,制作了一种新型无酶电流型葡萄糖生物传感器。实验结果表明:在优化条件下,传感器的灵敏度为6.42μA/(mmol/L),线性范围0~10 mmol/L,线性相关度R=0.992 9,响应时间小于10 s,最低检测限为70.1μmol/L.该传感器具有较高的灵敏度,较好的稳定性和一定的抗干扰能力

    Preparation and dielectric properties of CaCu3Ti 4O12-(NaBi)05Cu3Ti 4O12 composites

Time:October 25, 2011 - October 28, 2011.The composites of CaCu3Ti4O12-x(NaBi) 0.5Cu3Ti4O12, i.e. CCTO-xNBCTO, were prepared for x value from 0 to 0.1. Ultrahigh dielectric constant, ψ =7×105, and dielectric loss, tanδ = 0.48, of the composites with x=0.05 were obtained. The relations between crystal structures with XRD spectra and dielectric properties with LCR measurement were investigated, in which. An internal barrier layer capacitance effect is used to explain the mechanism of such dielectric behavior. The frequency dependence of the dielectric constant of CCTO-NBCTO composites were measured from 20Hz to 1MHz, showing that the loss tangent apparently decreased with the increase of frequency. The temperature dependence of both the dielectric constant and loss tangent of the samples were also obtained. It was found that the dielectric properties was almost independent of temperature in the range from -20°C to 80°C, however, the loss tangent were increased dramatically with a further increase in temperature, above 80°C. ? 2011 IEEE
