    溶菌酶1在小鼠超数排卵前后孵化及休眠囊胚中差异表达的研究

    目的研究溶菌酶1(lysozyme 1,LYZ1)基因在超数排卵前后小鼠孵化囊胚和休眠胚胎中的分布以及表达,探究动物胚胎着床过程中新的调节机制。方法从妊娠5 d ICR小鼠体内获取的正常孵化囊胚和超排囊胚,利用小鼠延迟着床模型于妊娠第8天获取休眠胚胎和超排休眠胚胎。利用免疫荧光和Western Blot方法检测LYZ1蛋白在四组胚胎中的分布和差异表达变化。结果 LYZ1在超数排卵前、后小鼠孵化囊胚和休眠胚胎中均有表达,且主要集中在内细胞团中,滋养层细胞和胞质中少见分布;与未进行超排的小鼠相比,LYZ1蛋白在超排后小鼠胚胎中表达量显著上调,与未营造休眠模型的小鼠相比,LYZ1蛋白在休眠模型小鼠胚胎中的表达量显著上调。结论 LYZ1蛋白在囊胚内细胞团中表达,可能参与调节胚胎内细胞团的发育;LYZ1蛋白在超排-休眠胚胎中的高表达,说明LYZ1蛋白在休眠和超数排卵的双重影响下,会因为抵御不利环境而上调。2016年度科技创新服务能力建设-科技计划重点项目(KZ201610020018);;2018科技创新服务能力建设(KZ201610020018)~

    近年來東南亞及南亞國家經濟快速發展,消費能力大幅提升,再加上其積極參與全球區域經濟整合,擴大市場優勢,內需市場商機龐大,已成為全球經濟成長的新亮點,臺灣在「南向政策」下透過經貿合作與援助政策開啟與東南亞非邦交國的實質關係發展之路,透過投資「量」變化,影響政治關係在「質」變化,讓臺灣與東南亞國家「政經互賴」關係獲得良好發展。 而國內外經貿局勢快速變遷,就國際情勢來看,中國大陸在歷經30年經濟快速發展後,面臨產業結構轉型、法規制度調整、成本快速攀升及經濟成長趨緩的諸多瓶頸。且根據Global Insight預估,東協10國及南亞6國未來5年(2017-2021年)平均每年經濟成長率分別達4.9%及7.4%,遠高於全球經濟成長率3.1%。在經濟成長下,東協及南亞國家將逐漸產生一群消費力很強的新興中產階級,形成商機龐大的內需市場。 在新的國內外大環境下,臺灣對於亞太之經貿佈局策略及對外戰略應有結構性的調整,以支援國內產業轉型及經濟成長。基於此,蔡英文政府於2016年5月20日就職演說中強調要推動「新南向政策」,提升臺灣對外經濟的格局及多元性,告別以往過於依賴單一市場的現象,重新建構臺灣與亞洲的連結,定位為臺灣整體對外經貿戰略的重要一環,要為新階段的經濟發展,尋求新的方向和新的動能,並重新定位臺灣在亞洲發展的重要角色,創造未來價值。 整體而言,「新南向政策」是臺灣在國內外新情勢下,全面性經貿及對外戰略之一環,不僅是著眼於分散經貿風險,爭取更多市場商機,更希望尋找臺灣經濟新動能及供應鏈上的新定位,並透過臺灣在國際社會有意義的參與,達到區域和平穩定之目的。In recent years, Southeast Asia and the South Asia National economic are growing up very fast, due to the capacity of consumption sharply upgrade and plus with its positive attitude in participate global regional economic integration then make their market advantage expanded. In the meantime, there are huge opportunities in domestic demand market, for reasons outlined above, the country in Southeast Asia and the South Asia has become new highlights in the global economy. Under the Taiwan’s New Southbound Policy, through trade cooperation and assistance policy, to make the real relationship with non-diplomatic Southeast Asia country. Through increase the investment value to effect political relationship in quality changes, let the political and economic relationship between Taiwan and Southeast Asia country has growing well and have closely connected and inseparable. The situation of foreign trade and economic cooperation in the home and abroad has violently changed, from an international viewpoint, China now is facing several obstacles in economic development, such as industrial restructuring, regulations adjustment, costs rising fast and slow economic growth after 30 years rapid growth of economic. According to Global Insight, the Economic Growth Rate of 10 countries in ASEAN and 6 countries in South Asia will respectively look up to 4.9% and 7.4% in the next 5 years (2017-2021 years), much higher than the global growth rate 3.1%. Under the growth of the economy in ASEAN and South Asian countries, there is some group of the middle class are gradually formed who has very strong consumption capacity, and the group are making strong demand in domestic market. Base on the new environment at home and abroad, Taiwan should have a structural adjustment on Asia-Pacific Economic and trade strategy to support the domestic industry and economic growth. Based on this, President Tsai announced that she will strongly promote the ”New Southbound Policy” in her inauguration speech on 05/20/2016. To promote Taiwan’s foreign economy level and various, rebuild the connection between Taiwan and Asia instead of depending on single market like the past, this is one of the most important part of Taiwan foreign economy strategy. To develop the new stage of economic, it is very important to looking for new direction and great power to push up and relocate the role position of Taiwan in Asia development to create future value. Across the board, the “New Southbound Policy” is the new situation in Taiwan and international society and also one of the strategy of foreign trade and economic, not only just focus on separate the risk of trade to looking for more market opportunity, but also put the goal on relocate the position of Taiwan’s economic power and supply chain in international. And through for Taiwan’s meaningful participation in the international community, achieve the goal of regional peace

    A Rapid Screening Assay for Insecticidal Antibiotic Produced by Marine Actinomycetes

    报道了以卤虫为指示动物,采用双层琼脂扩散方法构建的一种杀虫微生物筛选模型。该模型具有灵敏度高,快速简便等优点,适合于海洋微生物杀虫活性物质的早期大量初筛工作。利用该模型对1240株分离于厦门海区潮间带的放线菌进行了初筛,杀虫阳性率为2.3%,展示了海洋微生物是杀虫活性物质研究和开发的重要来源。A rapid screening assay for insecticidal microorganisms is described in this paper. The double-layer agar and brine shrimp (Artemia salina ) used as bioassay, are involved. The assay is highly sensitive, and easy to operate, and is suitable for the early screening for insecticidal activity materials from marine microorganisms. 1240 cultures, isolated in the tidal zone of the Xiamen sea area, have been examined, and 2.3% is given as producing inseticidal activity materials. The present work indicates that marine microorganisms could be an important source of inseticidal activity substances

    Pool Boiling Heat Transfer in Microgravity

    The pool boiling heat transfer of FC-72 on a plain plate with a heating area of 15*15 mm2 in different pressure and subcooling has been studied experimentally both in normal gravity on the ground and in microgravity aboard the Chinese recoverable satellite SJ-8. A quasi-steady heating method is adopted, in which the heating voltage is controlled as an exponential function with time. Three modes of heat transfer, namely single-phase natural convection, nucleate boiling, and transition boiling, are observed, while the nucleate pool boiling are the major subject for discussion in the present paper. In normal gravity, the present data is compared with those obtained by other researchers, and a satisfactory agreement is evident and warrants reasonable confidence in the data. Compared with terrestrial experiments, the boiling curves in microgravity are considerably gentle, and CHF is no more than 40% of that in terrestrial condition. In microgravity, influences on boiling curves of the pressure and subcooling are similar with those in normal gravity, namely that the heat transfer coefficient and CHF will increase with subcooling for the same pressure, and that they will also increase with pressure for the same subcooling.
