    孤立无力场磁拱的自洽模型

    聚集强磁场的磁通量管是太阳表面磁场的基本位形。本文讨论了孤立磁通量管在太阳大气中的平衡位形。从数学上看,即使对于线性无力场模型,磁势的方程是线性的,但边界条件是非线性的,而且边界位置也需要由物理条件确定。对于孤立的无力场磁拱,在较大标高近似时,我们求出了均匀圆弧拱和非均匀拱模型的分析解。结果表明,对于不同的环向磁场,非线性问题可能无解,可能有解;非线性问题解的个数最多可以有四个,有时是两个。本文具体求出了胖拱近似和瘦拱近似下的分析解,从而揭示出磁拱结构的一般性质

    Study on Tobacco- Leaf Inventory Management Strategy Based on Revenues Sharing Mechanism

    文中以福建省两烟物流一体化为背景,建立了基于收益共享机制的烟叶代管策略模型,然后采用SHAPlEy值法来确定收益共享比例,并引入了风险修正因子,修正了物流公司与复烤厂之间的收益分配,探讨了物流公司的整合能力、所承担的风险大小、复烤厂烟叶库存成本占总成本之比对收益共享比例的影响。在此基础上,通过数值分析论证了该方法的可行性。分析结果表明,收益共享比例与物流公司库存整合能力系数、承担风险大小、复烤厂烟叶库存成本占总成本之比成正比,采用带修正因子的SHAPlEy值法对于物流公司与复烤厂之间的收益分配更加合理。Based on the background of integrated- logistics of cigarette and tobacco leaf in Fujian province,this paper builds a model revealing revenue sharing mechanism on tobacco- leaf inventory management strategy.Then Shapley value method is adopted to determine the revenue sharing proportion,risk factor is introduced to fix distribution of profit between Tobacco Logistics Company and redrying factory,and this paper's discussion will show revenue sharing ratio is influenced by the coefficient of inventory integration ability,the risk of Logistics Company and inventory cost of tobacco leaf accounts for the ratio of the total cost of redrying factory.On this basis,using the numerical analysis demonstrates the feasibility of this method.The analysis results show that the coefficient,the risk and the ratio is proportional to the revenue- sharing ratio,Shapley value method with risk factors is more reasonable for distribution of profit between tobacco logistics company and redrying factory.中国烟草总公司福建省公司“两烟物流一体化运行模式研究与实践”项目; 国家自然科学基金项目(71371159); 浙江省科技厅软科学研究计划(2014C35018

    两烟物流一体化是烟草行业物流建设的重点和方向,福建省在推进两烟物流一体化建设时面临着县公司仓库烟叶交接模式弊端初显、信息化建设不全面、物流标准化有待改进三个方面的问题。文章在分析这些问题的基础上,结合运筹学模型,得出龙岩烟草物流可采取中心库烟叶交接模式。提出了烟叶分拣看板管理作业标准、烟叶包装材料创新、两烟运输车辆改进以及两烟评价标准体系构建的方案,这对进一步行业两烟物流一体化建设具有一定的借鉴意义。Integrated-logistics of cigarette and tabacco leaf is always the construction emphasis and direction in tobacco industry.During promoting the construction of integrated-logistics of cigarette and tabacco leaf, Fujian province has to face the emerging drawbacks of county-level company warehouse's cigarette-tobacco transfer mode, incomplete informationization construction and logistics standardization need to be improved.According to operations research model, our paper concludes the proposal that it will be benefit for further advancing construction of Fujian province's integrated-logistics of cigarette and tobacco leaf by using transfer mode of centralized inventory, management operation standardization of tobacco leaf separation spectaculars, innovation of tobacco leaf package material, improvement of tobacco transport veicles and system establishment of tobacco's evaluation standard, thereby solving the above problems.中国烟草总公司福建省公司“两烟物流一体化运行模式研究与实践”项目; 国家自然科学基金项目;项目编号:71371159; 浙江省科技厅软科学研究计划项目;项目编号:2014C3501

    Rapid determination of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in refill fluids for electronic cigarettes by Raman spectroscopy

    为实现电子烟烟液主要成分的简便快速检测,建立了同时测定电子烟烟液中1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇含量的拉曼光谱分析方法,利用该方法测定了17个电子烟烟液; 样品,并与气质联用法进行了结果比较。结果表明:①1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇分别在0.125~0.956和0.106~1.120; g/mL时,以522和671 cm~(-1)特征信号峰强度绘制的标准工作曲线线性关系良好(R~2>; 0.999),单样本和独立样本t检验结果证实方法的准确性较高。②17个电子烟烟液样品中,1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的含量分别为0.533~0.766; 和0.182~0.476; g/mL。该方法与气质联用法检测结果的配对样本t检验结果表明,在95%置信概率下,两种方法的定量结果一致。该方法不需进行样品前处理,更适用于批量; 电子烟烟液中1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的快速定量分析。A simple and rapid Raman spectroscopy method for simultaneous; determination of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in refill fluids for; electronic cigarettes was developed. Samples of 17 refill fluids were; analyzed by a portable Raman spectrometer,and the data were compared; with those determined by GC-MS. The results showed that: 1) The standard; curves of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol determined at the Raman; intensity of 522 and 671 cm~(-1) possessed good correlation coefficients; (R~2 above 0.999) in the content range of 0.125-0.956 and 0.106-1.120; g/mL,respectively. The results of one sample t-test and independent; sample t-test indicated that the Raman method was accurate. 2) The; contents of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in 17 refill fluids were; in the range of 0.533-0.766 and 0.182-0.476 g/mL, respectively. The; result of paired sample t-test showed that the data determined by Raman; spectroscopy were consistent with those obtained by GC-MS at a; confidence level of 95%. Without sample pretreatment, Raman spectroscopy; method is simple to operate and more suitable for the rapid quantitative; determination of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in batches of refill; fluids for electronic cigarettes.浙江中烟工业有限责任公司科技项

    【中文文摘】使用514 5nm激光激发,第一次得到了不同形状金纳米粒子的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)。一般情况下,较短波长(600nm)的激发。然而,对特殊形状的自组装金纳米粒子,由于避雷针效应,即使使用绿光激发也可获得很高增强的SERS。 【英文文摘】In this communication, we obtained for the first time the SERS spectra of gold at the laser excitation of 514.5 nm by fabricating the ordered array of gold nanoparticles with special shapes, e.g., sphere, tadpole, and pearlchain. Selfassemble method of these gold nanoparticles is briefly introduced. In general, the enhancement of gold by the laser excitation of short wavelength (600 nm) becuase that the coupling between conduction electrons and interband electronic transitions by using 514. 5 nm depresses the quality of the surface plasmon resonance of gold metals considerably.     那格列奈对2型糖尿病患者空腹游离脂肪酸的影响

    【目的】探讨那格列奈对初诊2型糖尿病患者空腹游离脂肪酸的影响。【方法】42例从未进行降糖及降脂药物治疗的初诊2型糖尿病患者,随机分为那格列奈组及瑞格列奈组各21例,测定空腹游离脂肪酸(FFA)及空腹血糖(FPG)、标准餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、血脂谱,次日行静脉葡萄糖胰岛素释放试验(IVG-IRT)后,分组给予那格列奈60~90mg或瑞格列奈0.5~1.0mg,双盲治疗12周后,重复前述检查。【结果】37例完成试验,那格列奈组(18例)空腹FFA从(0.47±0.18)mmol/L下降到(0.36±0.16)mmol/L,平均下降(0.11±0.21)mmol/L(P〈0.05),瑞格列奈组(19例)空腹FFA无显著变化,那格列奈组比瑞格列奈组空腹FFA降低有明显差异。两组患者血脂谱无明显变化,治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbAlc及胰岛素抵抗指数较治疗前均有明显下降(R0.05).胰岛B细胞功能指数(HOMA-B)、IVG-IRT 10min内急性胰岛素反应(AIR)均有明显增加(P〈0.05),组间比较无明显差异(P〉0.05)。【结论】那格列奈有降低空腹游离脂肪酸的倾向,其机制可能独立于改善胰岛功能之外

    本文综述了中国大陆地区有机化学研究人员2011至2012年两年内在合成方法学、有机合成化学、元素有机化学以及天然产物化学等领域获得的重要成果。文章中共引用参考文献355篇,其中110多篇手性金属配合物和有机小分子催化的不对称反应、金属催化的碳氢键活化等合成方法学论文和30余篇氟有机化学论文基本来源于德国《应用化学》(国际版)和《美国化学杂志》。本文汇集了中国有机化学家两年中合成的150多个具有生物活性和化学结构多样性的天然产物,其中不乏具有高度挑战性的复杂天然分子。在近两年中中国有机化学家从陆地和海洋的生物体内发现各种不同类型新天然产物90多个。This biennale report reviewed the major achievements of organic chemistry involved to synthetic methodologies,synthetic chemistry,element-organic chemistry,and natural product chemistry in Mainland of China.There were 355 references cited in this report.Among them,about 110 papers related to the synthetic methodologies as well as about 30 papers of organofluorine chemistry reported herein were collected solely from ACIE and JACS.The report presented the synthesis of more than 150 natural products with diverse chemical structures and bioactivities,including some complex molecules with high synthetic challenge as well as the isolation of more than 90 new natural products with various structural types from continental or /and marine creatures,which were reported by Chinese chemists in 2011 ~ 2012
