    Supramolecular Helical Chirality of Schiff Base Copper(II) Complexes and Their Chiroptical Spectroscopy

    本文通过不同的手性二胺(pn = 1,2-丙二胺、chxn = 1,2-环己二胺、dpen =; 1,2-二苯基乙二胺)与脱氢乙酸(dha)缩合,获得了N_2O_2型手性席夫碱配体(dha-en),进而合成了相应的三对手性席夫碱Cu(II)络; 合物([Cu(dha-R/S-pn)](1a和1b)、[Cu(dha-R,R/S,S-chxn)](2a和2b)、[Cu(dha-R,R/S,S; -dpen)](3a和3b),对其进行的固体和溶液电子圆二色(ECD)及溶液振动圆二色(VCD)光谱测试表明,这些化合物在固体和溶液状态下的金属; 中心的主要配位模式和绝对构型基本一致。此外,通过单晶结构分析发现:对于络合物2a/2b以及3a/3b,中心金属Cu(II)除了与手性dha-en; 四齿配位外,还与相邻分子内酯环上的羰基发生弱的轴向配位形成一维超分子螺旋链,即实现了配位键构筑的席夫碱络合物的手性超分子自组装。本文对两对手性络; 合物2a/2b以及3a/3b的手性结构基元及其与超分子螺旋之间的关系进行了讨论。将本文所获实验VCD光谱数据与文献报道的相关数据进行比对分析,可; 以相互印证,并呈现一定的绝对构型关联规律且具有手性配位立体化学结构的指纹特征。Three pairs of N2O2-type Schiff base ligands were synthesized by condensing dehydroacetic acid (dha) with chiral 1,2-diaminopropane (pn), trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane (chxn), and 1,2-diphenylethylenediamine (dpen). These chiral ligands were used to coordinate copper(II) ions to produce the corresponding Schiff base Cu(II) complexes: [Cu(dha-R/S-pn)] (1a and 1b), [Cu(dha-R,R/S,S-chxn)] (2a and 2b), and [Cu(dha-R,R/S,S-dpen)] (3a and 3b). Detailed analyses using electronic circular dichroism (ECD) and vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) spectroscopies reveal that these Schiff base Cu(II) complexes retain the main coordination modes and the absolute configurations of the metal centers, both in solution and the solid state. In addition, according to the crystal structures, the central Cu(II) ions of 2a/2b and 3a/3b were found to not only coordinate to the chiral dha-en ligands, but were also axially coordinated to the carbonyl groups of the contiguous lactonic rings, providing one-dimensional supramolecular helical chains through self-assembly. In this work, we deeply studied the relationship between the chiral coordination units and the supramolecular helical structures of 2a/2b and 3a/3b. By comparing our experiment VCD spectroscopic data with related VCD spectral features reported in the literature, a specific correlation between the VCD spectral properties and absolute configurations was investigated, which provided fingerprint characteristics for chiral coordination structure.National Natural Science Foundation of China [21273175

    Fabrication and Characteristics of GaN-based Blue VCSEL

    利用金属有机物气相沉积技术(MOCVD)在(0001)蓝宝石衬底上生长了Ga N基垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)的多量子阱腔层结构。X射线衍射测量显示该多量子阱具有良好周期结构和平整界面。运用键合及激光剥离技术将该外延片制作成VCSEL,顶部和底部反射镜为极高反射率的介质膜分布布拉格反射镜(DBR)。在室温、紫外脉冲激光的泵浦条件下,观察到了VCSEL明显的激射现象,峰值波长位于447.7 nm,半高宽为0.11 nm,自发辐射因子约为6.0×10-2,阈值能量密度约为8.8 m J/cm2。在大幅度降低制作难度的情况下,得到目前国际最好结果同样数量级的激射阈值。降低器件制作难度有利于制备的重复性,有利于器件的产品化。Ga N-based multiple quantum wells( MQWs) were epitaxially grown on( 0001)-oriented sapphire substrate by metal organic chemical vapor deposition( MOCVD) technique. X-ray diffraction measurements indicated that the MQWs had good periodic structure and smooth interface. By employing bonding and laser lift-off techniques,the MQW structure was sandwiched between two high reflectivity dielectric distributed Bragg reflectors( DBRs),forming a vertical-cavity surfaceemitting laser( VCSEL). Under optical pumping,the VCSEL achieved laser action at room temperature with a threshold pumping energy density of about 8. 8 m J / cm2.     Chemical Constituents in Chloroform Extraction of Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani Diels et. Gilg and Their Antitumor Activities

    目的研究三叶青三氯甲烷部位的化学成分及其体外抗肿瘤活性。方法利用硅胶,制备薄层板,lH-20等各种色谱技术分离单体化合物,通过nMr和质谱对化合物进行结构鉴定,并采用气-质联用色谱对三叶青三氯甲烷部位的其他成分进行分析,采用MTT法对分离得到的单体化合物进行抗肿瘤活性评价。结果通过经典色谱法分离得到6个化合物,分析鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛(2),齐墩果酸(3),5-羟甲基糠醛(4),壬二酸(5)和香草酸(6),并通过gC-MS指认了22个化合物。结论化合物2~6首次从三叶青中分离得到。化合物1和3对HElA229有较强的细胞毒活性,IC50分别为40.78,25.69μg·M l-1。化合物3对A375有较强的细胞毒活性,IC50为69.87μg·M l-1。三叶青三氯甲烷部位的体外抗肿瘤活性由多种成分共同作用产生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents in chloroform extraction of Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani diels et.Gilg and their antitumor activities.METHODS Various chromatography techniques such as column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative TLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds.Their structures were identified by1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS.Their antitumor activities was tested by MTT method.Moreover,the other compounds of chloroform extraction were detected by GC-MS.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated by classic chromatography and identified as β-sitosterol( 1),4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde( 2),oleanolic acid( 3),5-hydroxymethyl furfural( 4),azelaic acid( 5),vanillic acid( 6).Twenty-two compounds were identified by GC-MS.CONCLUSION Compounds 2-6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.Compounds 1 and3 shows strong cytotoxic activities against Hela229 with IC50 values of 40.78,25.69 μg · m L-1,respectively.Compound 3 also showed strong cytotoxic activities against with IC50 values of 69.87 μg·m L-1.The result proved that antitumor activity of chloroform extraction of Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani diels et.Gilg is due to the contribution of multi-components.宁波市自然科学基金资助项目(2012A610181

    Effects of Metal Ions on the Electrochemiluminescence of Ru(bpy)_3~(2+)

    在玻碳电极上,联吡啶钌[Ru(bpy)32+]于+1.50V(vs.Ag/AgCl)左右被氧化为Ru(bpy)33+,该氧化态离子与碱性水溶液中(pH8.2)的OH?反应生成激发态的Ru(bpy)32+*而发光.研究比较了15种金属离子对Ru(bpy)32+碱性水溶液电致化学发光的影响,并对这些影响进行了初步的解释.Tris(2,2'-bipyridine) ruthenium(II) [ Ru(bpy) 32+] was oxidized to its oxidated state,Ru(bpy) 33+,on a glassy carbon electrode at the potential of +1.50 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) was caused by the reaction between Ru(bpy) 32+ and hydroxyl radical,OH?,generating the excited state of 2 Ru(bpy) 3+*.     BOD Measurement Based on Oxygen Fluorescent Quenching Rate Method

    利用氧荧光猝灭速率的方法,结合自行构建的BOD光纤传感装置进行海水中生化需氧量(BOD)含量检测。考察了四种筛选的海洋耗氧菌种在四甲基硅氧烷(TMOS)、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷(Di Me-DMOS)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)包埋固定情况下,对不同浓度的葡萄糖-谷氨酸(GGA)标准溶液的荧光响应情况。BOD敏感膜的荧光响应在0·2~30mg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,对2mg/L标准溶液测定的相对标准偏差为2·5%(n=6),响应时间(t95%)为4·0min,BOD敏感膜使用寿命大于12个月。实际海水样品检测表明,利用BOD敏感膜检测得到的结果与国标BOD5方法之间存在较好的一致性。Based on oxygen fluorescent quenching rate method,a BOD optical sensing film immobilized four kinds of microorganisms from seawater in an Ormosils-PVA matrix was applied for BOD measurement of seawater. The responding characteristic of fluorescent quenching is researched. The BOD sensing film contributed a good linear relationship between concentration and fluorescent response in the concentration range of 0.2 to 30mg/L. Measurements were taken for 4min followed by 10min recovery time in 2mg/L glucose/glutamate (GGA) BOD standard solution. Some other experimental conditions, such as pH, measurement temperature, the concentration of sodium chloride, were studied. BOD values estimated by this optical BOD sensing film correlate well with those determined by the conventional BOD_5 method for seawater samples.国家863计划(2001AA635100);; 福建省自然科学基金(D0410001)资助项
