    Tannin contents of different parts of Kandelia candel, and salinity effect on tannin production of roots in the Jiulong River Estuary,Fujian,China

    2005年秋季采集福建九龙江口红树林自然保护区的秋茄(Kandelia.candel),测定秋茄幼叶、成熟叶、老叶、茎皮、茎材、幼根皮、幼根材、老根皮、老根材等九个组分的总酚、可溶性缩合单宁、结合态缩合单宁、总缩合单宁含量;对不同盐度(0‰-40‰)培养下秋茄根生长发育指标和各种单宁含量进行测定;制作石蜡切片观察不同盐度下单宁细胞在根中的分布。探讨单宁对红树植物生态适应的意义,研究结果表明:(1)秋茄以单宁酸为标准和以纯化单宁为标准测定的总酚含量具有显著的相关性,以纯化单宁为标准的总酚含量大约是以单宁酸为标准的总酚含量的两倍。(2)秋茄各组分总酚含量在102.64±1.42~365.72±50...Total phenolics(TP), extractable condensed tannins (ECT), bound condensed tannins (BCT), and total condensed tannins (TCT) contents in the different parts of Kandelia candel (young leaves, mature leaves, old leaves, bark of stems, timber of stems, bark of young roots, timber of young roots, bark of old roots, timber of old roots) were determined in the Jiulong River Estuary, Fujian, China in Autum...学位:理学硕士院系专业:生命科学学院生物学系_植物学学号:20042600

    对不同盐度(0‰-40‰)栽培下秋茄根的总酚、可溶性缩合单宁、结合缩合单宁、总缩合单宁的含量进行测定,探讨盐度对单宁生产的效应.结果表明:(1)不同盐度下栽培60-135d,总酚含量在相同盐度条件下随栽培时间的延长呈现出先波动而后升高的趋势,其中总酚最高含量出现在高盐度,说明一定的高盐度胁迫可以促进总酚的合成;总缩合单宁与可溶性缩合单宁含量变化趋势相似,其中可溶性缩合单宁含量显著高于结合缩合单宁.(2)在15‰盐度下栽培75-135d,秋茄根不同部位的总酚、可溶性缩合单宁、结合缩合单宁和总缩合单宁含量有相似的变化趋势,即由根尖往远离根尖的部位呈下降趋势.Total phenolics(TP),extractable condensed tannins(ECT),bound condensed tannins(BCT),and total condensed tannins(TCT) contents of Kandelia candel roots in different salinity culture were determined.In addition,the effect of salinity on tannin production was studied.The results showed as follows:(1) During the period of different salinity culture(from 60 d to 135 d),TP content fluctuated with increasing salinity,with the highest occurring in high salinity.ECT and TCT contents fluctuated under different salinity conditions with a consistent pattern.ECT contents were significantly higher than BCT contents.(2) At culture salinity of 15‰,the distribution of tannins in different parts of roots in the same period from 75 d to 135 d followed the identical pattern: the closer the root tip was,the higher the TP,ECT,BCT,and TCT contents were.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(B0410006);; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(40376026

    研究了在不同的烘干温度(40、60、80、105℃)条件下,粗枝木麻黄(Casuarina glauca)和细枝木麻黄(C.cunning-hamiana)中可提取的总酚、可溶态缩合单宁、纤维素结合态缩合单宁、蛋白质结合态缩合单宁含量的变化.结果表明:粗枝木麻黄在60℃时可提取的总酚含量最多;细枝木麻黄在80℃可提取的总酚含量最多.粗枝木麻黄中的可溶态缩合单宁在80℃时有最大提取量;细枝木麻黄中的可溶态缩合单宁在60℃时有最大提取量.两种木麻黄的纤维素结合态缩合单宁和蛋白质结合态缩合单宁含量均随着温度的升高呈上升趋势.本实验为进一步探讨干样中单宁的最适提取条件奠定了基础.The effect of drying temperature(40℃,60℃,80℃,and 105℃) on extraction of total phenolics and condensed tannins of two Casuarina species(C.glauca,C.cunninghamiana) was studied.Contents of the total phenolics and condensed tannins changed with drying temperature.The drying temperature for the highest extraction of total phenolics was 60℃ for C.glauca and 80℃ for C.cunninghamiana.While the drying temperature for the highest extraction of extractable condensed tannins was 80℃ for C.glauca,and 60℃ for C.cunninghamiana.But the pattern of protein-and fiber-bound condensed tannins was the identical,namely increased with temperature.福建省自然科学基金(B0410006);; 国家“十一五”科技支撑计划项目资

    L-B膜内银超微粒子的电化学制备及表征

    在8~14层硬脂酸银L-B膜内,用电化学还原法制备了纳米尺度的银超微粒子,实验表明,银超微粒子的形成是观察多层L-B膜高分辨STM图象的必要条件,利用STM技术不仅观察到8层L-B膜的六方排列的硬脂酸脂链结构,还直接观察到2~3nm直径的球形银超微粒子结构;首次报道L-B膜亲水层原子尺度的网状STM图象,该图象显示了脂链六方的(2×1)结构,是羧基之间由氢键自组织的结果;银超微粒子有很强的表面增强Raman散射效应,由此测得了两层L-B膜在1100~1200cm ~1范围的Raman光谱,为从分子水平认识两层L-B膜的有序性提供了实验基础
