    AERODYNAMIC MOMENTS CONTROL OF WING MODEL USING PLASMA JET

    为考察火花放电等离子体射流控制机翼气动力矩的效果,在NACA0021平直机翼模型上安装火花放电等离子体射流发生器,通过改变射流发生器安装位置、射流角度及加载电参数,研究其控制机翼模型气动力矩的性能及机理。在NACA0021机翼模型近前缘处,布置2个火花放电等离子体射流发生器,采用气动力测量技术,在来流风速为20 m/s时测得,攻角-4°~10°时,滚转力矩系数最大减小了0.0024,攻角为12°~16°时,滚转力矩系数最大增加了0.0021;偏航力矩系数最大减小了0.00097。实验研究结果表明:等离子体射流可改变机翼模型横航向气动力矩,并可通过改变射流角度和加载电压频率调节等离子体射流控制横向气动力矩的效果。To investigate the control effect of Spark Discharge Plasma Jets(SPJs) on the aerodynamic moments of a wing, SPJ generators were used for active flow control experimental study on an NACA0021 straight wing model. The location of SPJ generators along the chord of the airfoil, the jet flow direction relative to the chord, and the driving voltage parameters were changed to research the control effect and mechanism of SPJ generators on the aerodynamic moments of a wing model. The aerodynamic moments were measured with a six-component balance at a wind speed of 20 m/s. Two SPJ generators, arranged near the leading edge, reduced the rolling moment coefficient by a maximum of 0.0024 for angles of attack-4°~10°, but increased the rolling moment coefficient by a maximum of 0.0021 for angles of attack 12°~16°. The yaw moment coefficient was reduced by a maximum of 0.00097. The results show that aerodynamic moments control of wings can be realized using SPJs. The control effect of SPJs on the aerodynamic moments is changeable by adjusting the driving voltage frequency and the jet flow direction relative to the chord.航空科学基金项目(20141368007);; 福建省自然科学基金项目(2010J01014

    New Method for Analyzing Raman Spectra of Hydrogen-free Diamond-like Carbon Films

    dlC薄膜的拉曼光谱表征主要依靠d峰和g峰的强度比值(Id/Ig)来定性判断SP3含量,但当SP3所占百分比高于20%时,Id/Ig值对SP3含量的变化不敏感,判断的误差很大。采用直流磁控溅射和多弧离子镀制备了一系列无氢dlC薄膜样品,并测量了样品的拉曼光谱和维氏硬度。通过数据分析,发现薄膜硬度和拉曼光谱中的g峰半峰宽具有很好的相关性,因而提出通过g峰半峰宽来定量判断dlC薄膜中SP3含量的拉曼光谱表征新方法。The ratio between intensities of the D peak and the G peak(ID/IG) is used to estimate sp3 content of the DLC films.However,this method has limitations.When sp3 content exceeds 20%,ID/IG has very low correlations with the content of sp3,therefore,estimation of sp3 content using this method could lead to significant error.DC-magnetron sputtering and multiple-arc ion plating are used to deposit a series of hydrogen-free diamond-like carbon samples.Raman spectra and Vickers hardness of samples were measured and analyzed.A strong correlation between the hardness and G-peak's full width at half maximum(FWHM) was discovered.The results show that it's feasible to measure the content of sp3 by using the G-peak's FWHM in Raman spectra.福建省半导体照明工程技术研究中心资助项目(2006H0092

    Design and application of mechanical rotation pulse device for water depth and water level measurement

    针对超声波、光电等水深水位传感器抗污染能力差,无法实现水深水位同时检测的问题,提出了一种机械式旋转脉冲水深水位测量装置,该测量装置分滚筒提升装置、夹紧装置和控制装置三部分。在重锤下降的过程中,通过实时检测光电编码器输出的旋转脉冲数可以得到重锤下降的位移、速度、加速度,找出重锤下降的加速度突变点,由此判断出蓄水池的水面和固液界面两个临界点,进而计算出蓄水池的水深、水位和沉淀物料厚度。测试结果表明:该装置抗污染能力强,在重锤为510 g、采样时间间隔为0.10 S时测量效果最佳,测量误差小于1%。A new type of mechanical rotation pulse measurement device is proposed,aiming at problem that ultrasonic and photoelectric sensors have poor ability to resist pollution and can't realize water depth and water level detection at the same time.The measurement device points cylinder lifting device,clamping device and control device.In falling process of heavy hammer,the downward displacement,velocity,acceleration of heavy hammer can be obtained through real-time detection on output rotation pulse number of photoelectric encoder.Then the two falling acceleration mutation points of heavy hammer can also be founded when heavy hammer gets into the water and arrives at the solid-liquid interface in a reservoir.Thus the reservoir water depth,water level and precipitation material thickness can be calculated.The measurement result shows that the pollution resistance capability of the device is strong and the water depth measurement error of the device is less than 1 % when the weight of heavy hammer is 510 g and the sampling time interval is 0.10 s.国家自然科学基金资助项目(U1204107;51475459); 河南省高等学校精密制造技术与工程重点学科开放实验室开放基金资助项目(PMTE201318A); 河南理工大学博士基金资助项目(B2012—101); 河南理工大学教改项目(2014JG061); 河南省教育厅科技技术研究重点项目(14B460033

    Scanning of c-kit mutations in acute myeloid leukemia using probe melting curve method

    目的用改良的杂交探针结合溶解曲线新方法检测急性髓性白血病C-kIT基因17号外显子上基因突变。方法利用PrIMEr PrEMIErV5.00、TM uTIlITyV1.3等软件设计引物探针,两个阶段探针分别针对d816、n820和n822等突变热点。取患者dnA样品5μl进行PCr扩增及熔解曲线分析,PCr扩增产物进行测序分析并与熔解曲线分析方法进行比较。结果阳性质粒灵敏度试验的结果显示,n820g的灵敏度为10%,其余突变灵敏度均能达到5%。12例Cbf-AMl标本中,5例检测为阳性,突变率为41.7%,测序结果与测序检测结果相符。结论新方法具有方便快速、灵敏度高、特异性好等特点,可用于Cbf-AMl患者的个体化诊断和治疗。Objective To detect c-kit gene mutations of acute myeloid leukemia in the hotspot exon 17 of the c-kit gene using a modified hybridization probe combining with melting curve.Methods Primer Premier v5.00 and Tm Utility v1.3 software were used to design the primers and probe,the probe contained two parts,the first segment of the probe could detect mutations around D816 and the second segment could detect mutations at N820 and N822.5 μl DNA samples from patients were used for PCR amplification and melting curve analysis.PCR products were sent to be sequenced,these results were compared with those of the mutation-positive plasmids.Results The detection sensitivity on positive control plasmids was 10% for N820G and 5% for the other mutations.c-kit mutations were identified in 5 of 12 patients with CBF-AML(41.7%),the result was confirmed by sequencing analysis.Conclusion The new method is simple,rapid,and specific with high sensitivity and could be used in individual diagnosis and treatment of CBF-AML patients
