    Determination of Theanine in Tea by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization Mass Spectrometry

    采用高效液相色谱-大气压化学电离质谱(HPlC-APCI-MS)联用技术,建立了茶叶中茶氨酸的含量测定方法。实验采用C8柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,等度洗脱,采用正离子大气压化学电离质谱(SIM模式)进行测定,可以获得稳定的质谱信号,并采用正交实验设计对APCI-MS仪器条件进行了优化。结果表明,本文建立的HPlC-APCI-MS方法操作简便、重现性好,灵敏度较紫外检测器有很大的提高,可用于微量茶氨酸的快速测定。HPLC coupled online with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization MS technique was developed for the qualitative and quantitative determination of theanine in tea.The theanine and other compounds in the tea extract were separated on an Alltima C8 column with methanol and water (10:90 v/v) as mobile phase, with flow rate of 0.6 ml/min and APCI-MS SIM m/z 175.1 detection.In the positive APCI mode, sensitive and stable MS signal could be obtained by APCI-MS (SIM m/z 175.1) detection, and the APCI-MS conditions were also optimized by orthogonal design.The results indicated that HPLC-APCI-MS method was simple, sensitive and reliable for the determination of theanine in tea.It was important that the detection sensitivity was improved greatly by APCI-MS than UV.Eight tea samples from Fujian province were analysed using the established methods.福建省科技厅茶叶指纹图谱质量控制研究项目(2006N0043);海洋一所基本科研业务专项(GY-022008T32)资

    Simulation research on anaerobic digestion biogas generation from low-grade biomass

    低劣生物质厌氧消化可以减少温室气体的排放并且生产生物甲烷作为能源。介绍了关于厌氧消化过程、底物的相关理论,还对目前主要用于厌氧产甲烷过程研究的数学模型以及碳氮磷转化的模拟研究进行了综述。其中,一级动力学模型是最为简单的数学模型,其可以通过简单的计算得到整个过程中甲烷产量随着时间的变化曲线,但是只限于较准确模拟甲烷产率的AdM1模型相对发展最为全面、应用最为广泛,且能够针对具体要研究的对象进行模型的修改。同时总结了较为常见的底物厌氧产甲烷研究模型、研究对象及结果、已有碳/氮/磷转化模拟研究及相关研究,并对开展针对厌氧产甲烷过程中碳氮磷转化的模拟研究进行了展望。Anaerobic digestion of low-grade biomass has attracted increasing interest in reducing greenhouse gas emission and facilitating sustainable development of energy supply.The theory of anaerobic digestion biogas generation and feedstocks are presented in this paper.It provides a review on mathematical model of and simulation research on the conversion of C, N, P in the process of anaerobic digestion.First order kinetic model is the simplest mathematical model which can simulate the dynamics of methane production.The advanced mathematical ADM1 is most popular, and simulates the conversion of C, N, P in anaerobic digestion.The model, simulation subjects and results of anaerobic digestion biogas generation of common substrates are given.Methane yield is the main subject of simulation investigation which is studied in almost all simulation researches on anaerobic digestion biogas generation, and some research reports the variation of volatile solid, volatile fatty acid, COD, CH4, CO2 and inorganic carbonate in the process of anaerobic digestion through mathematical modeling, with which the conversion of C can be determined.Simulation researches on the conversion of N include variations of ammonia nitrogen, inorganic nitrogen and total nitrogen.Simulation research on the conversion of P from sludge digestion is also presented.The challenges and future research trends of the conversion of C, N, P in the process of anaerobic digestion are forecasted.国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(2013CB733505)~

    Evaluation on difference of therapeutic efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and Pills in treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause based on Greene Climacteric Scale

    目的:在前期加味逍遥丸治疗围绝经期情绪障碍具有比较优势的基础上,基于grEEnE量表探讨其颗粒剂和丸剂不同剂型间疗效差异。方法:经筛选后患有情绪障碍的围绝经期女性75例随机等分为A、b、C3组,分别对应采用帕罗西汀、加味逍遥丸和加味逍遥颗粒剂治疗8周。所有患者在治疗前后各进行1次grEEnE及其子因子评定,并在观察期结束时进行TESS评定。结果:grEEnE总分差及其焦虑、抑郁因子分差:3种治疗方法均能改善,且相互间无显著差异;grEEnE性因子和血管因子分差:后二组均优于A组(P<0.01);TESS评分:与A组比较,b、C组均有统计学意义(P<0.01),评分均小于A组,且后二组间无显著差异。结论:加味逍遥的2种剂型间疗效无显著差异,考虑到帕罗西汀的不良反应,治疗该病加味逍遥的2种剂型都值得推荐。Objective: To investigate the difference in therapeutic efficacy between Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and pills based on the preliminary research of treating emotional disorder during perimenopause with Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Greene Climacteric Scale.Methods: 75 female patients with emotional disorder during perimenopause were slected and randomly divided into 3 groups as group A, B and C.Patients in the 3 groups were treated with paroxetine, Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules respectively for 8 weeks.Greene and Greene factors assessment were carried out in all the patients before and after treatment, and the TESS assessment was carried out at the end of the observation period.Results: The three therapies all could improve the gap in total score of Greene and its factors as anxiety and depressed, and the difference among these three groups was no significant.The factors of Greene and gap in score of vascular factors of group B and C was better than that of group A(P<0.01).The difference in TESS score between group A and group B and C was significant(P<0.01), while the difference between group B and group C was not significant.Conclusion: The difference in curative effect between the two formulations was not significant.Because of the adverse reactions of paroxetine, in the treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause, the two formulations of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder were worth to be recommended.国家自然科学青年基金项目(No.81302960)~

    CCCCC pentadentate chelates with planar Möbius aromaticity and unique properties

We present the first examples of pentadentate chelates with all binding atoms of the chelating agent being carbon atoms, denoted as CCCCC chelates. Having up to five metal-carbon bonds in the equatorial plane has not been previously observed in transition metal chemistry. Density functional theory calculations showed that the planar metallacycle has extended Craig-Möbius aromaticity arising from 12-center–12-electron dπ-pπ π-conjugation. These planar chelates have broad absorption in the ultraviolet-visible–near-infrared region and, thus, notable photothermal performance upon irradiation by an 808-nm laser, indicating that these chelates have potential applications in photothermal therapy.
