    Optical System for Asymmetrical Crossed Czerny-Turner Raman Spectrometer with High Luminous Flux

    为克服分立式便携拉曼光谱仪光通量低的缺点,设计了一种集拉曼探头光路与分光系统于一体的光学系统。探头光路采用大数值孔径的非球面透镜实现样品的有效激发和信号的高效收集,通过胶合透镜组缩小会聚光路尺寸、消除轴向色差。分光系统基于交叉非对称Czerny-Turner结构,为获得期望的光谱分辨率和光谱范围,建立了分光系统光谱分辨率及光谱范围与交叉非对称Czerny-Turner结构参数的关系。由测得的汞灯谱图可知,分光系统的光谱分辨率优于6 cm~(-1)(0.37 nm),光谱范围为790~950 nm(200~2000 cm~(-1))。将设计的光学系统对CCL4进行测试,实验结果表明在相同积分时间内由这种整体式的光学系统检测到的CCL4光谱谱峰强度是用商业探头通过光纤连接分光系统检测到的近3倍,验证了光学系统设计的合理性。To overcome the low luminous flux in separated portable Raman spectrometer, an optical system embodies the probe of Raman spectrometer and monochromator is designed. An aspherical lens with high numerical aperture is used to obtain the effective excitation of sample and the efficient collection of signal in the optical system of the probe. A cemented lens group is used to minish the size of converging path and eliminate chromatic aberration.The monochromator is based on asymmetrical crossed Czerny-Turner structure. For the purpose of achieving desired spectrum resolution and spectrum range, the relationship between the spectrum resolution and spectrum range of the monochromator and the structural parameters of the asymmetrical crossed Czerny-Turner system is established. According to the tested spectrogram of mercury lamp, the spectrum resolution of the monochromator is better than 6 cm~(-1)(0.37 nm), and spectrum range is 790~950 nm(200~2000 cm~(-1)). A sample of CCL4 is introduced to examine the performance of the optical system, the experimented results demonstrate that the peak intensity of spectrogram of CCL4 measured by this incorporative optical system is almost three times as high as that using a commercial probe couples to the monochromator, which verifies the rationality of the design of the optical system.国家自然科学基金(21503171);; 中央高校基本科研业务费项目(20720150091、20720150094);; 福建省高端装备制造协同创新中心资

    经从红花 (CarthamustinctoriusL)中分离纯化、HPLC检测、质谱鉴定得红花红色素纯品 ,并用其作为标准品 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,测定了不同产地红花和商业红花产品中红花红色素的含量。该方法准确性高、重现性好 ,平均回收率为98.1%。The carthamin,extracted from the safflower(Carthamus tinctorius L),was purified and identified byMS.Itwas then used as a standard for the reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic determiˉnation of carthamin in safflower collected fromdifferentareas and in commercial safflower products.HPLC sepˉaration was carried out on an Alltima C 18 column(5μm,150×4.6mm)with a mixture of acetonitrile,methanol and water(30∶10∶60by volume)at pH=3as mobile phase.The linear range was0.05~0.2g/Lwith a correlation coefficient of0.999.The average recovery and RSD were98.1%and1.9%,respecˉtively

    本文采用临床记忆量表进一步研究了113例脑梗塞或脑出血患者的记忆损害状况。资料表明约50%的病人记忆商数(MQ)在中等水平以下。与正常人比较差异显著。在急性期刚过的条件下人脑出血组的记忆障碍比较脑梗塞组更为严重一些。四项与词语记忆有关的分测验及MQ均以左脑中风组下降明显,以联想学习与图形自由回忆比较明显。记忆下降的程度与脑梗塞或脑出血的体积大小无明显正相关。</p

    采用超声波萃取法 ,从胡桃科植物青钱柳中提取一种具有降血糖活性的多糖复合物 ,提取物得率为9.6 %。用四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型验证了青钱柳多糖的生物活性 ,ig青钱柳提取物 4周后 ,小鼠血糖值比糖尿病模型组降低了 41.3 %。葡萄糖耐量实验表明 :青钱柳多糖能增强糖尿病小鼠对葡萄糖的耐受力A hyperglycemia animal model was successfully established by treating normal Kunming mice with alloxan(ig). These mice were orally administrated by the polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinsk (CPs), which was extracted by ultrasonic method. The extract is brown with the yield of 9.6% . It was demonstrated that the extract is able to significantly reduce the fasting serum glucose in alloxan diabetic mice by 41.3%.     乙醇增强氢化物发生电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定砷锑铋硒和碲的研究

    用自行改造的一种简单的连续氢化物发生系统,实现了与电感耦合等离子体质谱仪的联用。研究了该系统的分析性能,并以乙醇为信号增强剂建立了在折衷条件下同时测定AS、Sb、bI、SE和TE的分析方法以及在预还原剂体系中同时测定AS、Sb、bI和在高HCl体系中单独测定SE的方法。方法的主要特点是:1将乙醇作为信号增强剂首次用于氢化物发生ICP-MS系统,使AS、Sb、SE和TE的灵敏度比溶液雾化法提高4~17倍。2氢化物发生系统简单实用,由于采用了带有多级撞击分离器的雾化室作为气液分离器,有效地分离了氢化物发生过程中的气液相,消除了ICP-MS中的Cl-对AS、SE的多原子离子干扰问题。3将内标法用于氢化物ICP-MS,采用氢化物元素gE为内标,显著地改善了分析精密度和准确度。在多元素同时分析的折衷条件下,AS、Sb、bI、SE和TE的仪器检出限(3σ,ng/l)分别为0.64,0.06,0.55,0.85,0.63;方法检出限(3σ,ng/l)分别为71,10,9,6,8。考察了该氢化物发生系统中的一些过渡元素的干扰情况,分析元素的价态影响以及碘化钾、硫脲和抗坏血酸的抗干扰效果。方法经水系沉积物标准物质以及生物和植?中国地质科学院科技项

    建立西洋参药材分类方法;分别采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法、高效液相色谱(HPLC)法以及蒽酮-硫酸分光光度法,对12个西洋参样品中的15种无机元素、7种人参皂苷和多糖进行测定,用SPSS聚类分析法对12个西洋参样品进行聚类分析;结果表明:以4种不同的聚类变量进行聚类分析,其聚类分组结果并不一致,将几种有效成分综合为聚类变量,对西洋参进行分类更为科学合理;聚类分析法是西洋参分类分析的有效方法,对西洋参品种与质量的鉴定有一定的理论意义和实用价值。A classification method was developed for the quality assessment of Panax Quinquefolium.L.The contents of fifteen elements,seven ginsenosides and polysaccharide in twelve Panax Quinquefolium.L samples were determined by ICP-MS,HPLC and anthrone-sulfuric acid spectrophotometry,respectively.The cluster analysis was applied for the classification of 12 Panax Quinquefolium.L samples.The analysis results showed that the classified results were different with different cluster variables and it was found more reasonable to integrate several active components as cluster variables for the classification.The cluster analysis was useful for the classification of Panax Quinquefolium.L

    SPECIATION ANALYSIS OF TRACE ELEMENTS IN GANODERMA ATRUM

    研究黑灵芝中微量元素含量及溶出特性对黑灵芝质量控制、灵芝产品的合理开发利用有重要作用。用ICP-MS法同时测定黑灵芝中十余种微量元素的初级形态含量及分布,考察了黑灵芝中微量元素在不同极性溶剂中的浸出率,并通过国家一级标准物质验证了分析结果的准确性。结果表明,随着溶剂极性增大,大部分元素的溶出率增大。水提取黑灵芝,铜、锰、铁、锌等元素的提取率均小于40%,对黑灵芝样品进行了加标回收试验,回收率在88.2%~110.6%。It is important to study the trace element contents and transference characteristics and element speciation in the extract of Ganoderma atrum for the quality control and reasonable exploitation. In this experiment the contents and speciation of more than ten elements in Ganoderma atrum were simultaneously determined with microwave assisted digestion of sample combined with inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry (ICP-MS). The dissolution percentage of trace element in different solvents were also studied and the veracity of the analytical results were validated with CRMs′ under the same conditions.The results indicated that the dissolution percentage of most elements in solvents were increased with its polarities. In the aqueous solution of the Ganoderma atrum, the extraction percentage of Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn were all lower than 40%. The recoveries of the elements were ranged from 88.2% to 110.6%
