    女子大生における歯科口腔保健に関する行動・学習の現状と各専門教育課程間での比較

    【目的】 成人期の歯の損失は将来の健康のみならずQOL の低下に関与し、大学生への歯科口腔保健教育は早期予防の観点からも重要である。本研究は歯科口腔保健教育および歯科口腔保健行動の現状を明らかにするとともに、各教育課程間で比較することで教育課程間の差を明らかにすることを目的とした。【方法】 N 大学の各教育課程(管理栄養士、看護師、芸術系、養護教諭、保育士)に在籍する女子大生440名を対象とし、口腔清掃行動、歯科受診・受療行動、審美性について学習状況を現在の行動に関するアンケート調査を実施した。【結果】 口腔清掃行動を学習した者の割合は、養護教諭(73.2%)および保育士(64.3%)が、高く、歯科受診・受療行動については養護教諭(58.9%)が他の教育課程よりも有意に高かった。歯科口腔保健行動では、看護師の歯磨き回数が2.3回と最も多く、歯磨きの際に工夫をしている者の割合が養護教諭で64.3%と有意に高い割合であった。養護教諭において歯磨きの際の工夫は学内の「演習・実験・実習」で口腔清掃行動を学習していたことと有意な関連が見られた(P=0.018)。【結論】 学習した者の割合は、口腔清掃行動については養護教諭および保育士、歯科受診・受療行動については養護教諭で高い結果が得られた。歯科口腔保健行動では看護師で歯磨き回数が多く、養護教諭で歯磨きの際の工夫する者の割合が高い結果が得られた。歯磨きの際の工夫は、講義よりも演習・実験・実習での学習が関係していることが明らかになった。Tooth loss during adulthood not only negatively affects future health, but also contributes to a reduced quality of life, and dental and oral health education for university students is important for early prevention of such dental problems. The objective of the present study was to clarify the current state of dental and oral health education and dental and oral health behavior, and to compare and contrast various curricula.The study targeted 440 female university students enrolled in various career-oriented curricula (registered dietitian, registered nurse, arts, school nurse, nursery teacher) at N University, who filled out questionnaires about their current behavior in terms of oral cavity cleaning behavior, dental visits and health-care seeking behavior, and esthetics in order to ascertain learning conditions in these areas.Fairly high percentages of respondents had learned about oral cavity cleaning behavior (73.2% for students in the school nurse program and 64.3% for those in the nursery teacher program), while the number of students in the school nurse program who had learned about dental visits and health-care seeking behavior (58.9%) was significantly higher than for students in other curricula. In terms of dental and oral health behavior, nursing students had the highest rate of tooth brushing, at 2.3 times, while those studying to become school nurses had a significantly higher percentage of respondents who came up with ways to thoroughly brush their teeth, at 64.3%.Among those studying to become school nurses, there was a significant relationship between finding ways to thoroughly brush teeth and having learned about oral cavity cleaning behavior through practice, experimentation, and hands-on training at school (P=0.018).In terms of percentages of respondents who had learned about these subjects, high results were obtained from those studying to become school nurses and nursery teachers in the area of oral cavity cleaning behavior, while those studying to become school nurses had high frequency of dental visits and health-care seeking behavior. In dental and oral health behavior, nursing students brushed their teeth the highest number of times, and the school nurse program had a high proportion of students who found ways to thoroughly brush their teeth. The results showed that finding ways to thoroughly brush teeth was more strongly related to learning through practice, experimentation, and practicum than through lectures

     以苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bt)的发酵液为材料,经硫酸铵分级分离、DEAE-32离子交换柱层析分离,获得部分纯化的Bt几丁质酶(EC3. 2. 1. 14)制剂.研究了几种有机溶剂对Bt几丁质酶的影响.结果表明,甲醇、丙三醇、甲醛和戊二醛对几丁质酶有抑制作用;乙醇、丙醇、乙二醇和二甲亚砜在低浓度时对酶有激活作用,随着浓度的升高表现出抑制作用;二氧六环的浓度低于 5%时,对酶的影响不明显,而高于 5%时,对酶则有激活作用;丙酮对酶有激活作用. 图 1参 1

    以苏云金芽胞杆菌为材料 ,通过硫酸铵沉淀分级分离、DEAE - 32离子交换柱层析初步纯化 ,获得比活力为15 0 .5Umg-1的酶制剂 .研究酶催化胶体几丁质水解的反应时间和酶量对酶活力的关系 ,探讨酶催化胶体几丁质的最适条件 .温度和 pH对酶活力的影响和酶的热稳定性及酸碱稳定性的结果表明 :酶催化胶体几丁质水解的的最适pH为 5 .6、最适温度为 5 8℃ .该酶在pH 4 .5~ 6 .5区域稳定 ,而在pH >8能很快失活 ;在 5 5℃以下处理 30min ,酶活力保持不变 ;高于 5 5℃ ,酶快速失活 .图 5参 1

    The Seismic Detecting Technique on Gas Hydrates Based on Wave Impedance Inversion

    天然气水合物作为特殊的地质体,可以有效地粘结碎屑颗粒,降低沉积物孔隙度,它的存在改变了地层沉积物的物理性质,造成天然气水合物与围岩速度反差较大,从而与围岩之间存在明显的波阻抗差。为了对地层中是否有天然气水合物赋存进行地震检测,对南海北部神狐海域的天然气水合物赋存区域的地震资料进行波阻抗反演分析,结果显示波阻抗反演方法能够作为探测天然气水合物的一种技术手段,研究区天然气水合物矿体的波阻抗呈高值分布特征,波阻抗值约为3 850--3 960 g/CM3.M/S。综合分析认为,波阻抗反演方法能够用于天然气水合物的地震探测、储层分析和综合研究工作中,反演结果可以为天然气水合物储量计算提供比较准确的矿体面积和厚度参数。As specific geologic body,gas hydrate can cement effectively clastic particles and reduce porosity of deposition,so its presence changes physical property of the sedimentary strata and results in the difference of seismic-wave velocity between gas hydrate and the surrounding rock,and there exists obviously wave impedance difference.In order to detect the presence of sediments with gas hydrate,seismic data of gas hydrate zone in the Shenhu area of the northern South China Sea were used in the wave impedance inversion through practice,testing and summary.Wave impedance inversion method is considered as a kind of good seismic detection technique for identification of gas hydrates,meanwhile,the wave impedance of gas hydrate zone shows high value in the study area,and the wave impedance value is about 3,850-3,960 g/cm3·m/s.All the results suggested that wave impedance inversion can be used for detection,reservoir analysis and comprehensive research of gas hydrates.The wave impedance inversion results can provide comparatively accurate area and thickness parameters of gas hydrate zone for reserves calculation.国家高技术研究发展计划项目(2006AA09A202);国土资源部公益性行业科研专项项目(200811014);国土资源部海洋油气资源与环境地质重点实验室资助项目(MRE200911);国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(2009CB219502
