科技期刊作者非理性对抗情绪是编辑工作中经常遇到的问题。探讨作者非理性对抗情绪的表现形态、产生原因,提出有效的对策,有助于处理好编辑与作者的关系,减轻作者非理性对抗情绪对编辑工作的负面影响。The non-rational antagonism by authors of sci-tech periodicals is a common problem in the daily editing work.We try to study the expression and the causes of the non-rational antagonism and offer some ways to solve it,so as to make better relationship between authors and editors and thus expel the passive influences caused by the non-rational antagonism in editing work
