Study on the Changes of Physical Health Status of Students from P.E.Teaching Reform
运用文献资料法、测试法、比较分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,以厦门大学三学期制为背景,以概括总结近8年来我校体育教学深化改革为出发点,对我校2005、2007、2009、2012年学生体质健康监测结果进行比较分析,以期了解我校学生体质健康水平的变化情况,为大学体育教学改革指明方向。结果表明:我校实行三学期制以来,体育教学改革不断深化,学生体质健康状况整体良好,不仅总体水平逐年提高,而且学生的身体形态、机能、素质均得到不同程度的改善;身体形态方面,我校学生肥胖率有所下降,但超重和营养不良的比例有所提高,其中女生变化幅度明显大于男生;身体机能方面,我校学生总体上处于良好以上,女生的整体水平好于男生。身体素质方面,我校学生上下肢力量处于“失衡“状态,这种现象应引起高度重视。The paper is using the method of literature,test method,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods to analyze the students,physical health monitoring result of our school in the years of 2005,2007,2009 and2012,taking the three-semester system of Xiamen University as the background and summarizing the recent 8 years of the P.E.teaching reform as the starting point.This is to understand the change of physical health level of students of our school.It can become the direction of the university sports teaching reform.The results show that:our school deepens the reform of P.E.teaching after the three-semester system,students' physical health condition is good and improved in different degrees not only the overall level but also the body shape,function and quality;our students,obesity rate has declined in body shape,but the overweight and malnutrition has increased.The proportion of girls was significantly more than boys;our students,physical function is more than good and the girl's overall level is better than boy's;physical fitness,our students,upper and lower extremity strength is in the"imbalance"state.The phenomenon should cause height to take seriously.2011年福建省教育厅A类社会科学研究项目(JA11008S
A Comparative Study of P.E.Curriculum Design for Undergraduates in Universities of Fujian Province,Hong Kong,Macao & Taiwan in China
为了增进福建省、台湾、香港、澳门四个地区相互了解和相互学习,同时也为福建省大学体育课程设置的不断优化提供可资借鉴的经验。采用文献检索法、实地调查法、比较分析法、个案研究法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对福建省、台湾、香港、澳门的大学体育课程目标、课程设置及学分安排、课程开设等方面进行比较分析,结果表明:(1)近几年来,两岸四地的大学体育工作不断加强,体育课程改革不断深化;(2)从课程目标的制定来看,四个地区都着眼于学生的身心健康及运动技能的掌握,但又表现出一定的特色风格;(3)在课程设置及学分要求上,福建省与台湾地区都有具体的要求,而香港与澳门地区回归后有所改善;(4)在课程开设情况上,四个地区开设情况大体分为球类、健美操与舞蹈类、武术类、户外运动类及民间体育类等;(5)在课程开设项目上,福建省和台湾地区的大学课程开设项目丰富且多样化,而香港和澳门地区的大学体育课程开设项目突出地区社会文化特色。This paper is written for the purpose of enhancing the mutual understanding and learning among the four regions of Fujian,Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao and for offering some valuable experiences for the optimization of the P.E.curriculum design in universities of Fujian Province.The authors have made a comparative analysis of curriculum objectives,curriculum design,credit arrangement and curriculum development for college P.E.in Fujian Province,Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao by means of literature review,on-the-spot investigation,comparative analysis,case study and logical analysis.The conclusions are as follow:(1)in recent years,college P.E.in the four regions is intensified and the reformation of the P.E.curriculum is deepened;(2)judging by the formulation of the curriculum objectives,attention in the four regions is mainly focused on students,physical and psychological health and the learning of sports skills,but each with different characteristics and styles;(3)in curriculum design and credit requirement,there are concrete requirements for universities in Fujian Province and Taiwan,while universities in Hong Kong and Macao have made some alterations after their return to China;(4)in curriculum development,the courses are classified as ball games,body-building and dance,wushu,outdoor sports and civil sports in the four regions;(5)in curriculum developing items,the college curriculum in Fujian Province and Taiwan is rich and diversified,while the curriculum items developed in Hong Kong and Macao give prominence to the trait of social and regional culture

An Investigation of the Professional Development of Primary and Secondary School P. E. Backbone Teachers in Fujian Province
采用文献法、调查法、统计法、逻辑法等研究方法,以参加2013—2015年福建省基础教育万名骨干教师培训中的190名中小学体育骨干教师为调查对象,对教师基本情况和教师专业发展的认识、态度、知识、能力、继续教育等现状进行调查,在此基础上对教师专业发展现状进行分析,总结出我省中小学体育骨干教师专业发展的特点及存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,给我省中小学体育教师培训机构的改革提供依据,同时为我省中小学体育教师专业发展提供参考与借鉴,为进一步深化我省中小学体育教育改革提供人才保障.结果表明:1)目前,福建省中小学体育骨干教师以年富力强者居多,年龄、职称结构较合理;教师专业发展意识强,学历层次由大专逐步向本科、硕士过度,但硕士比例小;2)教师专业发展态度端正,职业的稳定性和责任感强烈,但部分年轻教师缺乏专业发展的自主性;3)教师对专业知识的掌握比较扎实,主要通过互联网、图书资料、专家报告或讲座等方法来获取专业知识;4)专业能力水平方面,教师在体育教学、课外指导、体育保健、现代教育技术运用等方面能力比较强,而创新教育和科研两方面能力相对比较薄弱;5)当下,我省中小学体育骨干教师最需要强化的培训是课题申报技能、论文写作能力、专题讲座能力、教育科研方法、提高学历层次、教学设计能力,其中提高科研能力和水平是教师们最迫切的愿望.2014年福建省中青年教师教育科研项目(社科A类)(JAS14023
一种含有鲫鱼IFN干扰素的蓝藻工程菌及应用
本发明公开了一种含有鲫鱼IFN干扰素的蓝藻工程菌及应用,通过将鲫鱼IFN基因转入蓝藻,获了一种可表达鲫鱼干扰素的转基因蓝藻。将该转基因蓝藻作为饲料添加剂加入鱼饲料中,减少了干扰素在投喂过程中以及消化道中的损耗,实现了使用投喂的方式即能达到提高免疫保护效果的目的,同时这种方法比注射免疫更为便利,适用于鱼类养殖业。因此,将转基因蓝藻作为饲料添加剂添加到鱼饲料中,通过其中的干扰素来提高动物体的免疫机能,从而提高其抗病能力,为开发安全的免疫增强型饲料提供一种解决方案。</p

我国普通高校体育教育专业本科教学计划执行情况分析
采用比较法、逻辑法、数理统计法等研究方法,在比较分析前4套教学计划和查阅前人研究成果的基础上,对全国61所普通高等体育院系体育教育本科专业现行教学计划的基本情况进行比较,归纳出改革开放以来我国普通高校体育教育专业教学计划的发展历程,并找出其发展的规律性及存在的不足之处,为面向21世纪普通高校体育教育专业教学内容和课程体系的进一步深化改革提供参考与借鉴
Research on the Health Status of College Students under the Implementation of New Standards :Take Xiamen University as an Example
运用文献资料法、 测试法、 比较分析法、 数理统计法等研究方法, 以《国家学生体质健康标准( 2 0 1 4年修订)》 为评价标准, 从身体形态、 身体机能、 身体素质三方面对2 0 1 4年中国汉族学生和2014-2 0 1 6年厦门大学学生的体质 健康监测结果进行纵横比较分析, 以期了解新标准实施下高校大学生体质健康水平的特点及存在的问题, 为进一步 深化大学体育改革与发展指明方向, 为改善大学生体质健康水平提供参考与借鉴.结果表明: 近三年来我校学生体 质健康总体状况呈偏态分布, 及格等级比例大;学生体质健康水平逐年提髙, 且女生的总体水平明显好于男生; 我校 学生的体质健康水平好于2014年中国汉族学生的平均水平, 其中身体形态等级以正常为主, 身体机能以优良率为主, 身体素质项目除引体向上外, 各素质均以及格等级为主, 优秀和良好人数偏少, 引体向上超过80 % 以上为不及格等 级;在身体素质项目上除速度素质50 m跑外, 女生的柔韧、 力量、 耐力素质平均得分都比男生髙, 特别是男生的上肢力 量和背部肌肉力量, 急需加强.This paper uses the methods of literature,test,comparative analysis,mathematical and so on, and takes the national student physical health standards(2014 revision) as the evaluation standard,it makes a comparative analysis of the results of college students’ physical health monitoring in Chinese Han students in 2014 and Xiamen university students in 2014 - 2016 from three aspects of body shape,physical function and physical fitness. In order to understand the characteristics and existing problems of college students? physical health level under the implementation of new standards. It provides the reference and ba-sis for further deepening the reform and development of college physical education and improving the health level of college students. The results show that : The overall health status of students in our school is on the skewness distribution in the past three years, namely,and the grade is the main;The students? physical health level is improved year by year,and the overall lev-el of girls is better than that of boys ; The physical health level of the students in our school is better than of the students in the Han nationality in 2014,the physique level of the students is normal,the rate of good physical function is the highest,the physi-cal quality is poor,all the quality and grade are dominant,the excellent and good number is low,the leading body up to more than 80 % is the grade of failure; In addition to the speed quality of 50 - meter run,the female students’ physical quality of flexibility, strength,endurance quality average score is higher than the male students,especially the male upper limbs strength and back muscle strength is urgently strengthened
