DHX32 promotes angiogenesis in colorectal cancer through augmenting β-catenin signaling to induce expression of VEGFA

卡铂注射液多疗程化疗致过敏性休克一例并文献复习

One New Ten-membered Lactone from Phomopsis sp. B27,an Endophytic Fungus of Annona squamosa L.
目的:研究番荔枝内生真菌拟茎点霉B27的化学成分。方法:通过色谱层析柱对提取物进行分离纯化,并通过波谱解析(一维、二维的核磁共振谱和质谱)确定化合物的结构。结果:分离纯化得到5个化合物,鉴定为十元大环内酯phomolide C(1),1-甲基-8-羟基-9,10-蒽醌(2),1,8-双羟基-9,10-蒽醌(3),cytosporone C(4)和Altiloxin A(5)。结论:化合物1是新化合物;化合物1-5首次从拟茎点霉属菌株中分离得到。AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Phomopsis sp. B27, an endophytic fungal strain of Annona squamosa L. METHODS: The extract was isolated and purified by column chromatography. The structures of chemical components were deter-mined by spectroscopic analyses including 1D-, 2D-NMR and MS data. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated and determined as a ten-membered lactone, namely phomolide C (1), 1-methoxy-8-hydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone (2), 1,8-dihydroxy-9,10-anthra-quinone (1,8-DHA) (3), cytosporone C (4) and altiloxin A (5). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new ten-membered lactone; and compounds 1-5 were isolated from the genus Phomopsis for the first time.the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars to Y. In situ dynamic tracking of heterogeneous nanocatalytic processes by shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy
原位监测纳米催化反应过程对深入认识反应机理、设计高效催化剂具有重要意义。作为一种具有超高灵敏度的表面分析技术,表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)是可提供反应过程中催化剂表面吸附物种的丰富信息。然而,仅有Au、Ag、Cu等少数金属在形成特定纳米结构时才能提供较强的拉曼增强,且它们会对催化剂的性质及反应过程产生严重干扰。这就极大地限制了SERS在实际多相催化体系中的应用。鉴于此,该论文发展了一种利用壳层隔绝纳米粒子增强拉曼光谱原位监测纳米催化过程的方法。通过将纳米催化剂组装于壳层隔绝纳米粒子表面,形成SHIENRS卫星结构,利用内核Au纳米粒子增强催化剂表面的拉曼信号,SiO2壳层隔绝Au对催化剂及反应的影响,从而直接获得了纳米催化剂表面物种的真实信息。利用这种SHINERS卫星策略,他们实现了CO氧化反应的原位监测,直接观测到了反应条件下催化剂表面吸附物种。并结合DFT计算,对反应机理进行了阐述。该研究表明SHINERS卫星策略可作为原位跟踪催化反应过程的有效方法,为纳米催化的原位研究提供了一种新的思路。
同时,我校也将在今年12月5-9日举办表面增强拉曼光谱国际会议(International Conference on SERS),讨论SERS领域的最新进展。会议期间,SERS领域的先驱与权威Richard P. Van Duyne、Martin Moskovits、Andreas Otto以及相关学科的顶级学者Peter G. Bruce、Stefan A. Maier等将作大会报告(会议官方网站http://sers2017.xmu.edu.cn/)。【Abstract】Surface molecular information acquired in situ from a catalytic process can greatly promote the rational design of highly efficient catalysts by revealing structure-activity relationships and reaction mechanisms. Raman spectroscopy can provide this rich structural information, but normal Raman is not sensitive enough to detect trace active species adsorbed on the surface of catalysts. Here we develop a general method for in situ monitoring of heterogeneous catalytic processes through shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SHINERS) satellite nanocomposites (Au-core silica-shell nanocatalyst-satellite structures), which are stable and have extremely high surface Raman sensitivity. By combining operando SHINERS with density functional theory calculations, we identify the working mechanisms for CO oxidation over PtFe and Pd nanocatalysts, which are typical low- and high-temperature catalysts, respectively. Active species, such as surface oxides, superoxide/peroxide species and Pd–C/Pt–C bonds are directly observed during the reactions. Two Epothilones from Sorangium cellulosum Strain So0157-2

Comparison of life and psychological status of the elderly between families with children absent and families with children
目的 比较研究城市空巢老人与非空巢老人的生活和心理状况。方法 以《中脉老年生活质量指数调查问卷》为材料,对7个城市2 225位独居、夫妻同住和非空巢老人的调查数据进行分析。结果 大多数老年人的经济收入偏低,非空巢老人给予子女经济支持和体力付出的压力较大;大多数老年人的心情较好,但超过1 /4的独居老人心情较差;老年人的主观幸福感居中上水平,但独居老人的主观幸福感、与家人交流满意度较低;在养老依靠问题上空巢老人(尤其是独居老人)对于家人的期望较低;对于第三方赡养和老年人再婚的问题,夫妻同住老人比较理解和支持。
结论 夫妻同住老人的生活和心理状况均较好,独居老人的心理状况较差,非空巢老人的经济和体力付出的压力较大
