    传统的EBMT(Example-BasedMachineTranslation,基于实例的机器翻译)方法是建立在大规模的实例库基础之上的,存在着精确匹配率不高,模糊匹配时产生译文质量较差等缺点。利用翻译模板可以有效的解决翻译实例的数据稀疏问题、简化实例库的规模并提高实例匹配的精确率。因此,本文提出了基于两级翻译模板的方法,提出了两级翻译模板的体系结构并给出了定义,给出了从句子对齐的双语语料库自动抽取两级翻译模板的方法,并设计了利用模板库进行模板匹配的算法。文中首先对机器翻译的重要技术尤其是基于EBMT的翻译方法进行了整理和分析,其次,概括了翻译模板提出的意义,提出了本文翻译模板的定义和研究策略...EBMT ( Example-Based Machine Translation) systems are based on large scale example corpus in traditional, having the defect of low precision of matching.     低能碳离子束沉积(111)织构的立方SiC薄膜

    在硅衬底上利用具有质量选择功能的低能离子束沉积技术沉积碳离子制备出除碳、硅之外无其他杂质元素的纯净的立方SiC薄膜.利用X射线光电子谱、俄歇电子能谱、X射线衍射对样品进行了表征.结果显示常温和400℃制备的样品为非晶结构,在800℃制备的样品由一富碳的表面层和有着良好化学计量比的SiC层组成,碳化硅晶体薄膜是(111)织构的.通过分析可知衬底温度、离子沉积能量和样品保温扩散时间等因素综合在一起对于在硅上沉积SiC薄膜起着重要作用.远远大于TRIM预测厚度的SiC薄膜的获得是高的衬底温度、一定注入能量的碳离子引起的增强扩散以及通道注入效应综合作用的结果

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
