平潭对台离岸金融中心构建及监管选择
探索平潭综合实验区对台离岸金融服务,构建对台离岸金融市场体系,逐步形成对台离岸金融中心,是当前平潭金融产业开放开发的重要课题。本文着眼于《平潭综合实验区总体发展规划》对平潭打造全岛开放新模式的目标定位,阐释平潭建立对台离岸金融中心的基本框架和具体路径,提出建立对台离岸金融监管体系及突破两岸货币拆借业务技术障碍的设想
Status of Electroplated and Electroless plated Thin Film Media for Magnetic Recording
本文综述了近年来国外电镀及化学镀磁记录介质薄膜的最新研究进展、电镀及化学镀镀液组成、工艺条件及其对薄膜性能的影响、存在问题及发展方向等.磁记录介质薄膜的制备,过去一直采用溅射方法,近年来国外开展了电镀及化学镀方法制备的研究.电镀方法包括水溶液电镀(如:Ni-Fe、Fe-Co合金等)和非水溶液电镀(如Tb-Fe、Nd-Fe、Tb-Fe-Co合金等),化学镀则是在Ni-P、Co-P合金的基础上,通过添加其它金属盐,得到磁记录介质薄膜,如:Co-Ni-P、Co-W-P、Co-Mn-P、Co-Ni-Re-P合金等The current study situation for the magnetic recording media films produced by electroplating and electroless plating at aboard was summarized. The bath composition and operating conditions, the properties of the films were introduced. 黑河流域生态—水文过程集成研究进展
国家自然科学基金重大研究计划"黑河流域生态—水文过程集成研究"(简称黑河计划)贯穿地球系统科学的思维,针对我国内陆河地区严峻的水—生态问题,探索流域尺度提高水效益的理论和方法。计划执行4年来,建立了遥感—监测—实验一体的流域生态水文观测系统及其相应的数据平台;初步揭示了流域冰川、森林、绿洲等重要生态水文过程耦合机理,认识了流域一级生态水文单元的水系统特征,奠定了流域水循环、水平衡的科学基础;计算了黑河下游生态需水量,为黑河流域水资源优化管理厘定了重要的约束条件。今后几年将在高精度气、水、生、经时空数据的支持下,耦合与集成流域综合模型,保证我国流域科学能在世界前沿占一席之地
重组人凝血因子Ⅷ治疗411例中重型血友病A患者的抑制物产生及安全性的回顾性分析
目的:分析国内血友病A患者接受第3代重组人凝血因子Ⅷ(FⅧ)替代治疗后FⅧ抑制物产生和相关安全性情况。方法:对411例重型和中型血友病A患者进行回顾性分析。结果:411例血友病A患者均为男性,46例仅接受百因止治疗,包括18例既往未接受过FⅧ治疗(PUP)和28例既往接受过FⅧ治疗(PTP);365例接受百因止与其他FⅧ制剂治疗,包括9例PUP和356例PTP。411例患者中13例(3.2%)报告了抑制物产生阳性,包括27例PUP中的3例(11.1%)和384例PTP中的10例(2.6%)。在365例接受百因止与其他FⅧ制剂治疗的患者中,分别有7例(1.9%)、36例(9.9%)和11(3.0%)报告了乙肝表面抗原阳性、乙肝表面抗体阳性和丙肝表面抗体阳性,同时有9例(2.5%)和1例(0.3%)报告了人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体和梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性。在46例仅接受百因止治疗的患者中,未见病毒学阳性结果。结论:中国血友病A患者接受百因止替代治疗总体安全且耐受性良好,抑制物发生率较低
JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay Searches
The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
