A wide-area distributed cluster
中文摘要: 本文研究了广域网分布式集群的设计。与LVS 相比,这种集群的结构虽然复杂,但是能够克服传统集群的局限性,提供质量好,容量大,性价比高的解决方案。根据一种称之为CG 树的分布式集群的抽象模型,作者设计了自己CG 树算法。这种方案能有效的减少网络节点之间的通信开销,并能在集群系统出现故障时自动进行调整,保证了高可用性。模拟实验结果表明,该系统具有很好的性能。英文摘要:The paper studies the designs of wide-area distributed cluster. Although these kinds of cluster have more complex structure,they can overcome limitations of traditional cluster and provide resolutions with good quality, large capacity and high performance
compared to LVS. Base on a model of distributed cluster, named CG tree, the author design his algorithms to manipulate CG
trees. The scheme can efficiently reduce the cost of intercommunication between different networks, and can automatically adjust tree

Contour Detection Based on Compound Receptive Field
自然场景自动检测目标轮廓是非常困难的。该文提出了一种基于复合感受野的图像轮廓检测仿生模型。在传统的基于抑制模型的基础上引入去抑制机制,在减少背景纹理干扰的同时,保护较弱的轮廓,从而尽量保持轮廓的完整性。实验结果表明,这种仿生模型可以有效地抑制纹理边缘,减少对轮廓的破坏,提高了自然背景中轮廓检测的性能。Contour detection from natural scenes is a tough task in computer vision.This paper proposes a visual model of contour detection based on compound receptive field.By inducing dis-inhibition mechanism to traditional model that was based on inhibition mechanism,inferences are suppressed while weak edges are preserved,so that the integrity of contour is improved.Experiment results show that this approach can suppress edges due to texture,protect object contour and improve the performance of contour detection from nature scene.国家973计划项目(2007CB311005);国家863计划项目(2006AA01Z129);福建省自然科学基金(A0710020);厦门大学985二期信息创新平台项目资助课
Preceding Vehicle Detection Based on Multiple Scale Edge and Local Entropy
摘 要:提出一种基于多尺度边缘和局部熵原理的前方车辆的检测算法。该算法利用车辆图像的边缘和纹理等视觉特征,根据摄像机参数得到远、 中、 近距离的三个尺度的图像,用一种改进的边缘检测算法分析每幅图像的边缘,得到车辆的感兴趣区域 ROI ,最后通过应用局部熵原理来排除错误的结果。对同一帧序列用文中算法和传统算法进行测试,文中算法提高了检测的正确率,并减少了误检的数量,该算法同时适用于静止和运动的车辆,并且对中远距离车辆有较好的检测效果。
Abstract :Presents a preceding vehicle detection algorithm based on multiple scale edge and local ent ropy. Use a combination of edge and texture features of vehicle images. Firstly , three kinds of range images are obtained according to the camera parameters , then these images are analyzed by an improved edge detection method and ROI are calculated. Those ROI are filtered by local ent ropy method and vehicles are located in original images. By same sequence , test this algorithm and other classic algorithms , these experiments illust rate the vehicle detection rate of this algorithm is higher and the error rate of this algorithm is lower than other algorithms. Moving Object Detection Algorithm in Video Sequences
提出一种基于前景目标分类的视频序列中运动目标检测方法。该方法在RGB空间内建立了一种新颖的背景模型;为了解决背景更新“死锁”问题,提出了像素点的跳跃度函数和稳定性函数,将前景分类为静止目标、运动目标及虚假目标;最后提出了一种基于HSV颜色信息和一阶梯度信息的混合阴影剪除算法。实验结果表明,该方法能有效分割视频场景中的运动目标并鲁棒地分离目标及其阴影区域。An efficient algorithm of detecting moving objects in video sequences was proposed.An adaptive background model was built and subsequently the background model is updated by a foreground object classification based background update algorithm which can resolve the "deadlock" problem efficiently.An improved shadow suppression algorithm which combines HSV color information with first-order image gradient information was exploited to segment shadows.Extensive experiments results on indoor and outdoor image sequences demonstrate that the proposed system can effectively detects moving objects and suppresses their shadows.国家自然科学基金资助项目(60175008);; 国家创新研究群体科学基金项目(60024301
Visualization Research on Simulation Experiment System

Improved Classical Hough Transform Applied to Building Detection and Recognition
结合建筑物搜索与识别的实例,运用改进的Hough变换算法,对经过预处理的图像进行检测,提出了优化、合并、分组的线条分析策略和针对目标的排伪策略以确定目标可能出现的区域,进而排除虚假目标,最终获得目标准确的定位区域。实验结果表明,改进的Hough算法以及线条分析和排伪策略应用在实际的检测识别系统中时,对不同比例、不同视角、不同拍摄时间和条件、目标被部分遮挡的情况以及出现马赛克现象的各种实验图像都具有较好的识别效果。In this paper, taking building detection and recognition as an instance, by using improved Hough transform, several line analysis strategies and measures to remove the inveracious targets are presented. Scene Classification Based on Global Optimized Framework
提出一种基于全局优化策略的场景分类算法.该算法基于整幅图像提取全局场景特征——空间包络特征.从图像块中提取视觉单词,且定义隐变量表示该视觉单词语义,然后引入隐状态结构图描述整幅图像的视觉单词上下文;在场景分类策略上,构造由相容函数组成的目标函数,其中相容函数度量全局场景特征、隐变量与场景类别标记的相容度,通过求解目标函数的全局最优解推断图像的场景类别标记.在标准场景图像库上的对比实验表明该算法优于当前有代表性的场景分类算法.A scene classification algorithm based on global optimized framework is proposed.Firstly, the global scene feature named spatial envelop is obtained from the whole image, the visual word of each image block is extracted, and latent variable is defined to represent the semantic feature of the extracted visual word.Secondly, the structure graph of latent state is introduced to represent the context of visual words.In respect to scene classification strategy, objective function consisting of different potential functions is constructed in which potential functions are defined to measure the relevance of the variables including global scene feature, latent variables and scene category.Finally, the scene category of the image is determined when the global optimized solution of objective function is obtained.The experiments on the standard dataset demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves better results than the state-of-the-art algorithms.国家自然科学基金项目(No.41171341); 航空科学基金项目(No.20125168001); 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目(No.NCET-09-0126); 教育部博士点基金项目(No.20110121110020); 河南省科技创新人才杰出青年项目(No.114100510006); 福建省自然科学基金项目(No.2011J01365); 郑州市科技创新人才培育计划项目(No.10PTGG342-1)资
A bionic image filter using extended surround receptive field
针对图像处理的噪声平滑和对比度增强问题,提出了一种仿生图像滤波器.滤波器模拟初级视皮层自适应机制和大周边感受野(包括经典感受野、经典外周与去抑制区)3个区域之间的作用机制;引入自适应形状的核函数模拟自适应方向选择机制以平滑噪声;进而利用3个不同尺度的核函数来模拟大周边感受野的3个区域,通过3个区域的加权组合调节边缘区域的对比度.对灰度图像的处理实验表明:这种仿生图像滤波器可以有效地平滑图像噪声,增强细节特征,使图像在视觉效果上得到明显改善.De-nosing and contrast enhancement in image processing were dealt.Then a novel bionic image filter was proposed.The proposed filter simulated the spatially adaptive mechanism in primary visual cortex and the mechanism of the extended surround field(which included the classical receptive field,classical surround and dis-inhibition area).In order to smooth noises,shape adaption of kernel was introduced which simulated the spatially orientation-selective mechanism.Furthermore,three different bandwidth kernels were introduced to simulate these three areas of extended surround field and their weighted combination was used to adjust the contrast of edge regions.Experimental results on grey images show that this bionic filter is a fruitful method to smooth noise,enhance weak information and improve visual quality of image.国家重点基础研究发展计划资助项目(2007CB311005);福建省自然科学基金资助项目(A0710020);河南省教育厅自然科学基础研究计划资助项目(2007510023);河南省高等学校青年骨干教师资助计划项目;厦门大学985二期信息创新平台资助项
