    Practical Research on Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Group Counseling on Undergraduates ' Resilience

    目的考察团体心理辅导对提高大学生心理弹性的效果。方法依据认知行为治疗理论,设计团体辅导方案,对招募的7名大学生进行为期4周的辅导。用定量和定性相结合的方法,对辅导效果进行评估。结果团体辅导后的心理弹性显著高于辅导之前(19.91±3.07/18.67±3.33,P<0.001),3个月后追踪结果显著高于辅导之前(19.63±2.44/18.67±3.33,P<0.05),追踪结果与辅导后没有显著差异;团体心理辅导对于心理弹性下的掌控感以及情绪反应维度均有良好的干预效果,但是对于关系感的干预效果不明显。结论采用团体辅导的方式来提高大学生的心理弹性是一个可行且有效的方式

    目的 研究高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染相关的宫颈病变程度与抗人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)抗体水平的相关性,探讨HPV致病的免疫学问题。方法 选取2012年1月-2013年6月在该院妇产科门诊就诊的女性中选取60例病理确诊为女性宫颈病变(CINⅠ及以上),且宫颈脱落细胞的DNA检测为HR-HPV阳性者为研究组,根据组织学检测结果将研究组进一步分为低度病变组30例(CINⅠ)和高度病变组30例(CINⅡ或Ⅲ)。对照组为经核酸检测无HPV感染且病理诊断未见癌前病变的门诊患者60例,按年龄进一步分为低年龄组和高年龄组。低年龄组和高年龄组与低度病变组和高度病变组的年龄差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。分别抽取研究组及对照组外周血,检测其抗HR-HPV L1 Ig G抗体及中和抗体滴度,比较研究组与对照组抗体阳性率及抗体滴度水平的差别。结果 研究组血清中的抗HR-HPV L1 Ig G抗体阳性率及抗体滴度均高于对照组(P〈0.05);低度病变组患者血清中的抗HR-HPV的中和抗体滴度高于相应对照组(P〈0.05),而高度病变组的抗HR-HPV的中和抗体阳性率及抗体水平与相应对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 宫颈病变患者血清中抗HR-HPV L1 Ig G抗体升高,说明HPV感染可引起机体的体液免疫反应。低度病变组的中和抗体水平相对较高,可能是机体产生的中和抗体阻止了病毒的进一步感染。高度病变组的Ig G抗体和中和抗体均低下,说明进入CINⅡ/Ⅲ后HPV已经逃避了免疫系统的监视。基金项目:厦门市科技局项目(3502220124050);2011年福建省科技计划项目资助计划,青年创新项目(20111)00310517

    Fine Root Biomass and Dynamics of Casuarina equisetifolia Plantations on Coastal Sandy Soil

    2005年1月到11月对福建省惠安县赤湖林场不同林龄木麻黄人工林细根的生物量及其动态特征进行了研究.结果表明,24a生木麻黄林细根生物量分别占其地下部分生物量和林分总生物量的53.1%和3.8%;活细根的生物量随林龄的增大而逐渐增加,至30a林龄时达到最大值12.373thm-2,而后逐渐下降,死细根的生物量则呈现一直增大的趋势,木麻黄人工林细根的生物量与林分地上部分的生长具有显著的相关关系;细根生物量具有明显的季节动态,各林龄无论活细根还是死细根都表现为双峰型,3a生和18a生的活细根出现在1月和7月,而12a生出现在3月和7月,对于死细根,12a生和18a生的两个峰值出现在3月和7月,5a生则出现在7月和11月.各林龄木麻黄防护林活、死细根密度垂直分布呈单峰型,最大值出现在表层的0~10cm土层中,后随土层厚度增加逐渐减少,其中5a林龄细根生物量随土层深度增加而减少表现最为明显.在0~10cm土层中的活、死细根生物量分别占全部活细根生物量的51.9%和死细根生物量的53.3%,活细根生物量的84.6%和死细根生物量的82.8%分布在0~30cm的土层中.以后随着林龄的增加,表层土壤中细根生物量的比重降低而深层的比重增加.图3表2参31Fine root biomass and its dynamic characteristics of different aged Casuarina equisetifolia plantations on coastal sandy soil were studied in the Chifu Forestry Farm of Huian County, Fujian. The results showed that the fine roots of 24-year-old plantation accounted for 53.1% of the total underground biomass and 3.8% of the total amount of plantation, respectively; the standing crop of living fine roots increased as the forest aging until its maximum reached 12.373 t hm-2 at 30-year-old, then decreased gradually, while the biomass of dead fine roots increased all along as the forest aging. The fine roots biomass had remarkable correlation with the growth of the above-ground. The fine roots biomass was found with remarkable seasonal dynamics that the standing crop of living and dead fine roots of different aged plantations both were shown with double peaks, while the maximum occurred in different seasons for different aged plantations. The maximum of living fine roots of 5-and 18-year-old plantations occurred separately in January and July, while those of 12-year in March and July. As to the dead fine roots, those of 12-and 18-year occurred in March and July, and 5-year in July and November. The vertical distribution of living and dead fine roots at soil depth was shown with single peak for C. equisetifolia plantations, being concentrated at 0~10 cm, and then decreased with depth gradually. This trend was obvious for 5-year-old plantation. The biomasses of living and dead fine roots at 0~10 cm accounted for 51.9% and 53.3% of the totals, respectively. The 84.6% of living and 82.8% of dead fine roots concentrated at the depth of 0~30 cm. The proportion of fine roots decreased in topsoil and increased in deep soil along with aging of the forest.     作者简介: 祁明信, 男, 1945 年7 月 出生, 教授、主任医师、博士研究生 导师, 主要从事白内障的基础与临 床研究。联系电话: 0591-83570887; E-mail:qihuang@netease. com 通讯作者: 黄秀榕,E-mail:[email protected][中文文摘]目的开展晶状体再灌注的离体和动物实验研究,并对再灌注人工晶状体技术进行评价。方法采用新鲜离体幼兔眼、离体猪眼、新西兰白兔眼,应用自行研制的人工晶状体材料,进行以下实验:(1)体外固化实验;(2)晶状体前囊膜微型撕囊及其稳固性实验;(3)经微型前囊膜开口超声乳化吸出晶状体内容物实验;(4)活的新西兰白兔眼内人工晶状体再灌注实验。结果(1)按硅酮聚合物与固化剂50:1的比例可获得柔软、弹性好、固化时间短(完全固化时间为60min)的注入材料;(2)晶状体前囊膜1.8~2.0mm的连续环形撕囊口具有较好的稳定性,可经该微型开口吸出晶状体内容物并灌注材料;(3)超声能量18%、流量25mL·min-1、负压120mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg)为晶状体内容物经微型前囊膜开口吸出的最佳条件;(4)注入灌注材料后可形成由晶状体囊膜包裹的、置换原晶状体皮质和核的、新的再灌注人工晶状体。结论采用再灌注人工晶状体的方法可进行新型人工晶状体再灌注,可为治疗白内障和老视提供参考。[英文文摘]Objective To carry out the experimental study on reperfusion of intraocular lens(IOLs) in vitro or in animal,and to assess the technique of IOLs reperfusion.Methods The following experiments were performed by using self-developed materials in fresh rabbit eyes and pig eyes in vitro,as well as in eyes of alive New-Zea-land rabbits:(1)Solidification study of self-developed material in vitro;(2)Continuous circular capsulorhexis(CCC) in anterior capsule of lens and its stability;(3)Draw of lens contents via phaco through mini-CCC;(4)IOLs ref illing in the eyes of alive New-Zea land rabbits. Results(1) Thematerialwhich was soft, springy and short-term solidification(full solidification time was 60 minutes) were obtained in certain proportion of geland solidified agent(50:1) in vitro; ( 2)The CCC in anterior capsule of lens with 1.8-2.0 mm diameter had very good stability. The lens contents were drawn and the materialwere refilled through themini-CCC; (3) The best conditions of drawing out lens contents through m ini-CCC were phaco energy 18% , flow 25 mL·min- 1, and negative pressure 120 mmH g (1kPa=7.5 mmHg);(4) The new refilled IOLs, which were wrapped by capsule of lens and were replaced original cortex and nucleus of lens, were obtained after thematerial refillied.     在黄土高原南部半湿润易旱区土垫旱耕人为土上进行大田试验,研究氮肥、品种和栽培模式对冬小麦叶面积指数(LAI)和透光率(DIFN)及产量的影响。结果表明,小麦生长过程中LAI先增大后减小,在开花期最大,成熟期最小,施氮能够显著增加LAI;DIFN的变化规律与LAI相反。不同品种间LAI和DIFN差异显著。全程覆膜和覆膜150 d的LAI极显著大于常规栽培、集雨面栽培和三密一稀栽培模式,DIFN与此相反;施氮后籽粒产量极显著增加。在不同栽培模式下,以全程覆膜、覆膜150 d和集雨面栽培模式的产量较高,但从维持土壤质量角度考虑,则覆膜150 d和集雨面2种栽培模式优于其它几种栽培模式;从冠层结构特征分析,这2种栽培模式更有利于增加群体光合能力
