    A new species of Encotyllabe from marine fishes in Minnan-Taiwan Bank,Fujian,China

    报道了闽南-台湾浅滩野生鱼类真鲷(Pagrosomusmajor)鳃丝上寄生的分室科中柄虫属一新种——厦门中柄虫Encotyllabexiamenensissp.nov.,虫体在体型、体长宽比、大钩和小钩长度比值、小钩的形状、卵黄腺的分布以及卵巢的位置等特征与现有种类存在一定差异,且在卵巢左侧具有发达的肌肉束.A new species of Encotyllabe was reported. The type specimens are deposited in Parasitology Research Laboratory, Xiamen University. Encotyllabe xiamenensis sp. nov. (Plate I). Host: Pagrosomus major. Location: Gill. Locality: Minnan-Taiwan Bank, China. 23.5~24.3 °N, 117.5~118 °E.Body elongate 4.55~5.53 long including opisthaptor, 1.13~1.43 wide. Prohaptor in form of 2 large, frilled lobes, each bearing muscular sucker, 0.17~0.29 in diameter. Eye-spots, 2 pairs. Opisthaptor bell-shaped, aseptate, with plicated marginal membrane, armed with pair of large broad hamuli, pair of minute hamuli and 14 marginal hooklets. Opisthaptor 0.59~0.96 in diameter; large and small hamuli 350~410 μm and 27.5~35 μm long, respectively. Marginal hooklets 10~13.75 μm long. Testes 2, elongate-oval, 0.39~0.45×0.27~0.35. Vas deferens convoluted, winding anteriorly on the left side of body, dorsal to vitelline reservoir, entering base of penis bulb and enlarging inside to form internal seminal vesicle. Large prostatic reservoir outside penis; prostatic duct joins ejaculatory duct proximal to tip of penis bulb. One very stout band of muscle extend anteriorly on left side from level of ovary, joining to the base of penis bulb. Ovary pre-testicular 0.23~0.38 in diameter, with an intra-ovarian seminal vesicle. Uterus extends antero-laterally along dorso-lateral side of penis. Vaginal pore on ventral side at level of vitelline reservoir. Vitellarium extensive, in lateral and median fields, from level of pharynx to near base of peduncle. No eggs were observed.浙江大学医学院中青年科研启动基金

    本文选取二元五次C2超样条函数空间作为插值空间,考虑局部Lagrange插值.首先对三角剖分△进行着色,通过Wang-加密三角剖分对原剖分△细分大约一半的三角形.然后通过在内边增加一些另外的光滑条件,使得样条函数在某些边上达到更高阶的光滑.最后在△的加密三角剖分内选择Lagrange插值点.结果表明相应的插值基函数具有局部支集

    脱硫工程菌的构建及其脱硫性能分析

    以专一性脱硫菌德氏假单胞菌Pseudomonas delafieldii R-8为出发菌株,利用pPR9TT穿梭质粒构建脱硫操纵子表达载体,转化原始菌培养得到1株多拷贝脱硫基因的脱硫工程菌R-8-1,并对其脱硫性能进行了研究。结果表明,在同样的生物催化脱硫反应条件下,工程菌的脱硫活性达到6.25μmol DBT/g dry cell/h,是原始菌的2倍;柴油的脱硫试验表明,在12h内工程菌静息细胞能将柴油硫含量从310.8mg/L降至100.1mg/L,脱硫率达到68%,而原始菌为53%。进一步比较了重组质粒pPR-dsz在工程菌株中传代的稳定性,试验表明pPR-dsz在工程菌株R-8-1中具有良好的遗传稳定性。此研究为生物脱硫提供了1株优良的工程菌株,并为该技术的应用提供了参考

    以专一性脱硫菌德氏假单胞菌(Pseudomonas delafieldii)R-8为出发菌株,构建了含有重组质粒pRT-D的重组菌株R-8-D.在不同硫酸盐浓度条件下,研究了R-8和R-8-D脱硫的"硫饥饿"诱导机理,结果表明,在充足的Na2SO4(>0.023mmolL-1)条件下,R-8菌首先利用硫酸盐生长,脱硫酶的合成受阻遏,DBT不被利用,而R-8菌处于"硫饥饿"状态(Na2SO4浓度≤0.023mmolL-1)时,诱导了脱硫酶的合成,能利用DBT生长;Na2SO4在临界浓度以上时,R-8-D菌阻遏了脱硫基因的报告基因lacZ的表达,低于临界浓度时不抑制lacZ表达.本实验结果从细胞和分子水平上证实了R-8菌脱硫属"硫饥饿"诱导类型,并首次确定了脱硫微生物"硫饥饿"诱导的硫酸盐临界浓度为0.023mmolL-1,为构建高活性的、不受硫酸盐抑制的脱硫工程菌提供了理论依据和技术支持.图10表1参1

    【目的】旨在构建一株优良的工程菌株,对血红蛋白基因在柴油的生物脱硫领域的应用做初步的探索。【方法】以德氏假单胞菌(Pseudomonas delafieldii)R-8为出发菌株,通过基因工程的手段,构建透明颤菌(Vitreoscilla)血红蛋白基因表达质粒并电击导入原始菌株,得到重组菌P.delafieldiiR-8-2。【结果】R-8-2菌株的CO差光谱在419nm处有特征峰出现,表明血红蛋白在脱硫菌中得到了有效表达。R-8-2菌株和R-8菌株相比,生长得到改善,相同培养条件下菌体密度比R-8提高了20%,最大脱硫活性能够达到R-8的2.4倍。在实际柴油脱硫实验中,R-8-2菌株能将柴油的硫含量降至96.6mg/L,脱硫率达到69.9%,而R-8仅为57.2%。【结论】R-8-2是在较低溶氧条件下仍能保持较高的菌体密度和脱硫活性的基因工程菌株,具有良好的应用前景,该研究为血红蛋白基因在生物脱硫工业的应用提供参考

    本实用新型公开了一种中高温红外发射率测试装置,包括中红外反射率测试系统、样品加热控制系统以及微机数据处理系统;中高温红外反射率测试系统包括红外光源、干涉仪、中红外积分球、红外检测器、A/D转换器和液氮冷却装置;样品加热控制系统包括样品加热台以及依次连接的通讯转换器、温度控制器、可控硅调压器、样品加热器和指示灯,所述的温度控制器连接有精密热电偶;所述的微机数据处理系统用于输入设定参数以及数据的采集和处理。本装置简单方便,可实现材料在20-600℃中高温范围内红外发射率的准确、快速测量,有望应用于中高温太阳能光热涂层等关键开发领域

    Cloning and Expression of FcBMP-7 Gene in Chinese Shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis

    In order to analyze the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-7 (BMP-7) gene,a member of transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta) superfamily, in the muscle growth and development of Chinese shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis,the BMP-7 (FcBMP-7) was cloned by through Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends (RACE) technology. The full-length cDNA of FcBMP-7 was 2003 bp, containing 466 bp of 5' untranslated region(UTR),295 bp of 3' UTR and 1242 bp of open reading frame(ORF),encoding 413 amino acids. Using real-time PCR technology to analyze the expression pattern of FcBMP-7 in the muscle tissues of Chinese shrimp larvae at five different developmental stages (gastrulation stage,nauplius stage, zoea stage,mysis stage,and postlarval stage). The results showed that the gene was expressed in all stages of larval development,with the minimal expression in the gastrula stage,the significant increase in expression level from the nauplius stage (P<0.05), and the maximal expression level in the mysis stage; indicating that FcBMP-7 was involved in the development of shrimp muscle. Expression pattern of FcBMP-7 in 8 tissues of two sizes of Chinese shrimp revealed that FcBMP-7 had extensive tissue expression. There were significantly different in the expression levels in most tissues between the two groups (P<0.05),especially in the heart,intestine,muscle,periopod and pleopod (P<0.01). The findings suggested that FcBMP-7 gene played a certain role in the muscle growth and development of Chinese shrimp,which would lay a theoretical foundation for further analysis of the molecular mechanism of muscle development in Chinese shrimp

    TSP和PM10监测指标对新疆城市空气质量级别的影响/Influence of monitoring index TSP and PM10 on ambient air quality grade at cities of Xinjiang, China[J]

    以新疆干旱区绿洲城市为研究对象,对2005-2008、2011年TSP和PM1o监测指标数据进行相关性分析,对比研究TSP与PM10监测指标对应的API污染指数分布和空气质量等级.结果显示:这两种大气颗粒物指标对新疆干旱区城市环境空气质量级别的影响显著,在春季沙尘多发期和冬季采暖期,以TSP标准评估的API空气质量等级与PM10为评价标准的空气质量结果偏离明显;监测指标采用PM10代替TSP后,城市环境空气质量出现较大幅度提升,环境空气质量优良率偏高,年均污染天数减少约50~ 60 d,以PM10作为空气质量监测指标的空气质量级别严重偏低,无法真实评价干旱区城市的空气质量现状,而TSP作为评价指标则更能如实反映当地空气质量的真实状况,建议在新疆城市在开展PM10监测的同时不应简单废弃TSP监测指标,TSP监测指标在干旱区环境空气质量监测体系中应该继续保留,同时建议在今后环境空气质量标准修订中适当收严PM10的日均值标准,使评价结果与TSP和PM10两指标评价结果不至于相差悬殊
