A Study on the Development of the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA) under the Social Change (1986-2013)

Synthesis of Eu(BTF)_3phen and Study on Its Property
采用常温搅拌法制备了配合物Eu(bTf)3PHEn(bTf=苯甲酰三氟丙酮,PHEn=邻菲罗啉),改善稀土铕配合物的荧光性能。对配合物的热稳定性和荧光性质进行了测定,结果表明其具有良好的热稳定性,在362 nM激发光激发下,能发射强烈的、来自于Eu3+离子的特征红光,最大发射峰在612 nM,半峰宽大约为8 nM。对邻菲罗啉中性配体进行了两种不同的分子修饰,荧光光谱测试表明,邻菲罗啉配体上引入不同数目的基基团,在一定程度上改善了Eu(bTf)3PHEn配合物的荧光性能。In order to improve the fluorescence properties of europium complex, Eu(BTF)3phen( BTF =Benzoyltrifluoroacetone, phen =o-phenanthroline) was synthesized by the method of stirring method at room temperature.The results showed that the complex has good thermal stability.The complex emitted a strong characteristic red light which was from Eu3 +under the exciting light of 362 nm.The maximum emission peak was at 612 nm.The full width at half maximum( FWHM) was 8 nm.Two different molecular modifications of the phenanthroline neutral ligands were carried out.The fluorescence spectra analysis showed that the fluorescent properties of Eu(BTF)3phen was improved by the introduction of different numbers of neighborhood groups onto the phenanthroline ligands
基于水平集和最大稳定极值区域的颈椎椎体分割方法
颈椎椎体的分割在颈椎图像处理中起着关键的作用,是颈椎病灶确定和辅助诊断的重要基础.针对颈椎椎体边缘特征复杂的特点,提出一种基于水平集和最大稳定极值区域(maximally stable extremal regions,MSER)融合的颈椎椎体分割方法.首先采用基于图像密集度分布的图像分割方法对图像进行粗分割,自动提取颈椎区域;然后采用改进的水平集方法提取出颈椎椎体的前缘轮廓;根据颈椎椎体后缘的局部稳定特征,采用改进的MSER方法提取出椎体的后缘高亮区域,并结合椎体结构特征,采用最小二乘法拟合出椎体的后缘曲线;最后融合颈椎椎体前缘轮廓与后缘曲线,从而提取完整的颈椎椎体.实验结果表明,该方法能有效地分割和提取颈椎椎体,提取的后缘曲线接近专家手工提取的结果,可以为颈椎病的临床诊断提供更客观的诊断依据.国家自然科学基金(61373077);;福建省自然科学基金(2015J01587);;福建省科技厅资助高校项目(JK2010056);;福建省教育厅项目(JB10160
Topological Properties of the Evolution of Two-dimensional Foam
报道了二维泡沫形成和进化的实验装置 ,并研究了二维泡沫的拓扑学性质随时间的变化关系。在二维泡沫的进化中 ,存在着两种进化过程 ,一种是初始有序化的气泡进化 ,另一种是完全无序化的气泡进化。在无序化气泡的进化过程中 ,平均气泡面积随时间的变化呈现出幂指数关系 :α =1 5。这个时间指数大于VonNeumann定律的时间指数。此外 ,气泡的边数分布和边数分布的 2级动差亦被讨论An experimental study of the evolution of two-dimensional foam is presented. The topological properties of two-dimentional foam as a function of the evolution time is investigated. In the evolution of two-dimensional foam, two distinct states are observed: a transient characterized by the presence of ordered state and a long-term fully disordered state. The long-term behavior of the foam shows that the average bubble area increases as a power law with exponent α=15, which is deviation from Von Neumann law. 微型铣刀外径视觉测量系统的照明设计
为了满足微型铣刀外径视觉测量系统的照明需求,设计并制作了一种基于柯勒照明原理的平行光源。平行光源由白光lEd、孔径光阑和3组组合透镜组成,使用zEMAX对光路进行了仿真。设计并加工了多级可调金属圆筒机械结构,将光源各部分器件固定组合,光源总长为142 MM。搭建了微型铣刀外径视觉测量系统,并分别使用漫射背光光源和平行背光光源对铣刀进行照明成像。实验结果表明,平行背光照明提高了铣刀测量系统的测量精度,降低了铣刀的测量离差
Determination of D-ribose by ion chromatography with integrated pulsed amperometric detection
采用离子色谱-积分脉冲安培检测法(IC-IPAd)测定d-核糖,采用CArbO PACTM PA10色谱柱进行分离,60 MMOl/l nA OH溶液为淋洗液,流速0.6 M l/MIn,柱温30℃,Ed3000安培检测器,Au工作电极,TI对电极,Ag/Ag Cl复合参比电极。以外标法定量,d-核糖质量浓度为3.60~43.2Mg/l范围内峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9999),检出限及定量限分别为0.200、0.620 ng,精密度实验的相对标准偏差(rSd)为0.524%,平均回收率为101%。因此,IC-IPAd可用于d-核糖含量的测定,且操作简便、无需衍生、分离效果好、灵敏度高。An analytical method was proposed and established for determination of D-ribose by ion chromatography with integrated pulsed amperometric detection(IC-IPAD).The separation was performed on a 250 mm×4 mm Carbo PacTM PA10 column at 30 ℃ by HPLC equipped with an ED3000 detector.The mobile phase was 60 mmol/L sodium hydroxide with a flow rate of 0.6 m L/min.The quantification was performed by an external standard approach.The concentration linear range for D-ribose was 3.60~43.2 mg/L(R2=0.9999).The relative standard deviation of precision was 0.524%.The detection and quantification limits for D-ribose were 0.200 ng and 0.620 ng,respectively.The average recovery ration for D-ribose was 101%.IC-IPAD was proved to be suitable for the determination of D-ribose with its convenience,rapidness,and sensitivity.海洋公益性专项(201105029); 国家重大科学仪器专项(2013YQ170525); 厦门市海洋经济发展专项资金项目(13CZP003HJ05
CT检出结肠结节状病灶的影响因素
目的:利用仿真模型研究结肠结节状病灶的特征、CT扫描参数、阅片视窗及仿真成像(CTC)对CT检出病灶的影响。材料与方法:利用仿真材料制造30个结节放置到仿真人的结肠内壁上,结节分别为0.5cm隆起形、0.3cm隆起形、0.2cm隆起形、0.2cm扁平形、0.2cm高密度扁平形,每种结节6个。分别应用方案8.0mm/2.5mm/17.5(层厚/准直/螺距)和方案5.0mm/1.0mm/7.0扫描并CTC成像。对横断面扫描图像分别应用3种视窗阅片。检测不同情况下结节的显示情况。结果:窗宽1000HU,窗中心-500HU时,8.0mm/2.5mmm/17.5横断面图像及CTC显示0.5cm、0.3cm所有结节,结节边缘清楚,影像测量值与实物大小相符,而0.2cm结节,横断面图像仅隐约显示1个高密度扁平形结节,CTC图像隐约显示1个高密度扁平形和3个隆起形结节。5.0/1.0/7.0扫描横断面图像及CTC图像除0.2cm低密度扁平形结节未见显示外,其余4种结节均全部显示。窗中心-1000HU时,上述结节边缘模糊,影像测量值略偏大。窗中心0HU时,0.3和0.2cm结节未见显示,0.5cm结节显示暗淡、变小。结论:结肠结节特征、CT扫描参数、阅片视窗及仿真成像均影响CT对结节的检出,CTC对检出小结节的敏感性优于原始横断面扫描图像
Schottky Barrier S /D Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors with Ge /SiGe Heterostructure
制备了氧化铪(HfO2)高k介质栅SI基gE/SIgE异质结构肖特基源漏场效应晶体管(Sb-MOSfET)器件,研究了n型掺杂SI0.16gE0.84层对器件特性的影响,分析了n型掺杂SIgE层降低器件关态电流的机理。使用uHV CVd沉积系统,采用低温gE缓冲层技术进行了材料生长,首先在SI衬底上外延gE缓冲层,随后生长32 nM SI0.16gE0.84和12 nM gE,并生长1 nM SI作为钝化层。使用原子力显微镜和X射线衍射对材料形貌和晶体质量进行表征,在源漏区沉积nI薄膜并退火形成nIgE/gE肖特基结,制备的P型沟道肖特基源漏MOSfET,其未掺杂gE/SIgE异质结构MOSfET器件的空穴有效迁移率比相同工艺条件制备的硅器件的高1.5倍,比传统硅器件空穴有效迁移率提高了80%,掺杂器件的空穴有效迁移率与传统硅器件的相当。Si-based Ge /SiGe heterostructure Schottky barrier source and drain metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors( SB-MOSFETs) with hafnium dioxide high-k gate were fabricated.The effect of the n-type doped Si 0.16 Ge 0.84 layer on the device performance was investigated,and the mechanism of the device off-state current reduction caused by the n type doping SiGe layer was analyzed.Firstly,Ge buffer was fabricated with low-temperature Ge buffer technique.Then a 32 nm Si 0.16 Ge 0.84 layer and a 12 nm Ge layer were grown on the Ge buffer in the same UHVCVD system.For comparative study, the 32 nm Si 0.16 Ge 0.84 layer was controlled undoped or n-type doped by P.For all samples,1 nm Si layer was grown to passivate the Ge surface.Atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the surface morphology and crystal quality of the materials.NiGe / Ge Schottky junctions in source and drain were formed by nickel layer deposition and anneal.The fabricated Ge / SiGe heterosturctual MOSFET device without n-type doping shows 150% enhancement of the hole effective mobility over that of the control Si device and about 80% enhancement over the universal Si device.And the device with n-type doping shows a comparable hole effective mobility with the universal Si MOSFET device.国家自然科学基金资助项目(61036003;61176092); 国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)资助项目(2012CB933503;2013CB632103); 中央高校基本科研业务费资助项目(2010121056
Clinical analysis of perimenopausal women presenting initially with dry eye symptom
目的探讨围绝经期妇女的干眼症状与干眼病诊断的相关性。方法分析56例具有干眼症状的围绝经期妇女眼部检查的临床资料,观察主诉为干眼症状患者的干眼病确诊率及其关系。结果56例以干眼症状为主要表现的围绝经期妇女,确诊水液缺乏型干眼17例(30.4%),蒸发过强型干眼12例(21.4%),混合型干眼8例(14.3%);不能诊断干眼病的19例(33.9%),最终诊断为围绝经期综合征。结论围绝经期妇女干眼病确诊率较高(66.1%),但部分干眼症状可以只是围绝经期综合征的精神神经症状的一种表现,临床诊断干眼应慎重。
