    Determination of,Three Vitamins in Compound Vitamin B Tablets by HPLC

    目的 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定维生素B族片中三种维生素B(维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6)的含量。方法 采用C18柱,以0.005mol·L-1的庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含0.5%冰醋酸和0.05%三乙胺)-甲醇(65:35,v:v)为流动相,流速为1.0m L·min-1。紫外检测波长为280nm。结果 本实验中维生素B1,B2,B6线性范围分别为2.964~74.1mg·m L-1,2.934~73.35mg·m L-1,2.996~74.9mg·m L-1,回收率分别为97.5%,99.7%,100.5%,RSD分别为1.21%,1.5%,0.9%。结论 本法快速、简便、分离效果好,适用于多维片中维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the determination of three vitamin B in compound vi- tamin tablets. METHODS HPLC, C18 column was used, a mixture of 0. 005mol . L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate (containing 0. 5% glacial acid and 0. 05% triethylamine)-methanol(72:28 ,v/v)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL . min-1. The UV detection wavelength was 280nm. RESULTS The calibration curves Showed good linearity in the range of 2. 964 -74. 1mg. mL-1,2. 934 -73.35mg. mL-1 ,2. 996 -74. 9mg . mL-1 ,recovery rate of vita- mins were 97. 5% ,99. 7%, 100. 5%, and RSDs were 1.15% ,0. 77% ,0. 80% respectively. CONCLUSION The method is rapid, convenient and reliable and could be used for quality control of compound vitamin B tablets

    Supercritical Fluid Extraction and GC-MS Analysis of Terpenoid Compounds from Grateloupia filicina C.Ag.

    对蜈蚣藻中萜类化合物进行提取、分离纯化和gC-MS分析。采用正交试验研究超临界CO2流体萃取蜈蚣藻中萜类化合物的条件,并用气相色谱-质谱(gC-MS)联用技术分析蜈蚣藻中萜类化合物的主要化学成分。正交试验结果显示:以得油量为指标,各萃取条件按对结果影响的顺序列为萃取压力>萃取时间>萃取温度=CO2流速;最佳萃取条件为萃取压力30MPA、萃取时间2H、萃取温度40℃、CO2流速10l/H。各浓度洗脱液经gC-MS分析后,通过检索nIST谱图库,并结合有关文献,从中初步确认出11种萜类化合物。The extraction,purification and GC-MS analysis of terpenoid compounds from Grateloupia filicina C.Ag.were investigated in the present study.The supercritical fluid extraction conditions of terpenoid compounds from Grateloupia filicina C.Ag.were optimized by orthogonal test,and the main components in the terpenoid compounds were analyzed by GC-MS.The results of orthogonal test showed that the extraction pressure presented the most significant effect on yield of terpenoid compounds,followed by extraction duration,temperature and flow rate in turn,and the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:with flow rate of 10 L/h,extraction at 30 MPa and 40 ℃ for 2 h.By searching in NIST98 spectrum library and refering to related literature,finally 11 kinds of terpenoid compounds were confirmed from the extract of Grateloupia filicina C.Ag.国家自然科学基金项目(30600053

    针对基于正交小波分析的图像增强技术一般只适用于黑白图像;而伪彩色处理技术不能够充分处理图像中某些细节信息的缺陷,提出了基于正交小波分析和伪彩色的遥感图像增强处理方法;实验结果表明,增强后的遥感图像无论在视觉效果上还是在噪声特性上都有了很大的改善;该方法简便易行且计算量小,在应用中有较大的灵活性;该方法还具有运算速度快和可操作性强等特点,在遥感图像增强研究方面具有广泛的应用前景。Image enhancement technique based on wavelet analysis is only applicable to black-and-white image,and pseudo-color image processing technology can not adequately deal with some of the details information of the image.In this paper,enhancement approach of remote sensing image based on orthogonal wavelet analysis and pseudo-color image processing is put forward.Enhanced remote sensing image have been greatly improved in both visual effects and noise characteristics.The method is simple to implement,and need less calculation,and its application is more flexible.This method also has the characteristics of faster computing speed and operating feasibly and so on.It has broad application prospects in research of remote sensing image enhancement.国家自然科学基金项目(60873179);广西教育厅科研项目(200707LX196

    多波长萤光分光光度法(二)——萤光黄、罗丹明6G和罗丹明B三组分混合物的测定

    本文叙述了应用多波长萤光分光光度法测定人工样品中的萤光黄、罗丹明6G和罗丹明B_。于波长502nm直接测量萤光黄的萤光强度,罗丹明6G和罗丹明B均不干扰;罗丹明6G的测定波长λ_1为555nm,参比波长λ_2和λ_3为502nm和660nm,罗丹明B的测定波长λ_1选用585nm,参比波长λ_2、λ_4和λ_3相应为538nm、508nm和494nm,方法的相对误差一般小于6%。作者于前文叙述了多波长萤光分光光度法的原理,为了验证该原理的可靠性,特对萤光黄、罗丹明6G和罗丹明B人工混合样品进行实测。结果表明,方法原理可靠,实验操作和数据处理简便快速,三次测定平均偏差<3%

    针对九龙江流域湖库化问题,确定湖库化河段判定标准,提出综合电站的概念,基于大量的实测数据进行水质模型的降解系数值k参数率定,以此为基础,提出湖库化河段水环境容量计算方法,对九龙江流域湖库化后的水环境容量核算开展研究,确定了流域河流湖库化对水环境容量计算的影响,湖库化河段的水环境容量,为流域的水环境容量总量控制和管理、决策提供科学的依据.According to the problem of reservoired in Jiulong River basin,the judgment standard of reservoired river was determined,and the concept of integrate hydropower station was presented.Then,the parameter value of degradation coefficient K was calibrated with water quality model based on a large number of measured data of water quality.On this basis,calculation method of water environmental capacity for reservoired river was proposed.Finally,research was carried on water environmental capacity accounting of reservoired river in Jiulong River basin.The results show the effect of reservoired on water environmental capacity calculation,and the water environmental capacity of reservoired river,which provided scientific basis for the total emission control,management and decision-making of water environmental capacity in Jiulong River basin.福建省环保资助项目(ZLT0903); 福建省科技重大专项(2013YZ001-1

    Protective effect of Gastrodine on acute focal cerebral ischemia injury in rats

    目的探讨天麻素(gASTrOdInE,gAS)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用及机制。方法线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型,缺血2 H后再灌注。天麻素(5,10,20 Mg/kg)再灌注同时腹腔给药,再灌注后24 H,测定大鼠神经功能缺失评分和脑梗死体积,伊文思蓝法观察血脑屏障破坏程度,WESTErn blOT检测梗死半暗带皮层组织炎症因子Tnf-α、Il-1β和Il-6的蛋白表达。结果天麻素(10,20 Mg/kg)能改善大鼠脑缺血后神经功能缺失,减小脑梗死体积,降低血脑屏障的通透性。天麻素(20 Mg/kg)对梗死半暗带皮层组织Tnf-α表达的抑制率为24%,对Il-1β表达的抑制率为34%,对Il-6表达水平的抑制率为38%。结论天麻素可降低血脑屏障的通透性,其通过减低炎症反应而对局灶性脑缺血损伤发挥保护作用。Objective To investigate the role of Gastrodine(Gas) in focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury and illustrate its possible mechanisms.Methods Focal cerebral ischemia was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats for 2 h and then reperfusion.Gas( 5,10,20 mg /kg) were intragastrically administered at the same time of reperfusion.The neurological deficit score,infarct volume and the extravasation of EB were determined 24 h after reperfusion.The expression of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 proteins were detected by western blot.Results Gas(10,20 mg /kg)ameliorated neurological dysfunction,reduced infarct volume and decreased the extravasations of EB.Gas(20 mg /kg) decreased the expression of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 in penumbra tissues,and the inhibition rates were 24%,34% and 38%.Conclusion Gastrodine exerts protective effect against acute focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury by reducing inflammation in brain tissue and permeability of blood-brain barrier

    Design of Carrier Synchronization Based on Costas Loop

    介绍了平方变换法相干解调原理,从工程角度完善了载波提取的电路结构,消除了频移载波的误锁问题.提出用科斯塔斯环法来实现从2dPSk信号中提取相干载波,解决了提取的载波信号存在180度的相位含糊问题,为通信系统提高抗噪性能提供了条件.当载波频率很高时,工作频率较低的科斯塔斯环易于实现.并用SIMulInk设计出科斯塔斯环法提取载波的仿真电路图和进行相应的仿真实验.Theory of coherent demodulation based on method of square counterchange is introduced in this article.The structure of circuit for carrier recovery is perfected in engineering,and the problem of error-lock for frequency-shift carrier is eliminated.Costas Loop is put forward to achieve coherent carrier from 2DPSK signal in this article.The 180° phase's inexplicit problem which exist in carrier recovery is resolved.It improves the resisting noise property of communication system.When carrier frequency is higher,Costas loop is easy to implement carrier synchronization.Because the operating frequency of Costas loop is lower than square PLL.We scheme out emulational circuit diagram for carrier distilling with Costas loop by using simulink and process corresponding emulational experiment.国家自然科学基金项目(60873179);广西教育厅科研项目(200707LX196
