    塔里木河下游地下水位对柽柳叶绿素荧光特性的影响

    选取塔里木河下游3处地下水埋深>6m的监测井位作为研究点,结合典型生态监测断面的地下水位监测数据,分析不同地下水埋深处柽柳的叶绿素荧光特性和光系统的光合活性.结果表明:随着地下水埋深加大和干旱胁迫加剧,柽柳叶片的实际光化学效率、电子传输速率和光化学猝灭等参数普遍下降;非光化学猝灭和调节性能量耗散量子产量等参数显著升高,而最大光量子产量总体处于相对适宜状态.干旱胁迫下柽柳的PSII光合活性随地下水埋深增大而下降,捕获光能的过剩程度加剧,发生光抑制的几率增大,其自身良好的抗旱性和自我调节机制,使光系统II尚未发生显著光损伤

    PXA270处理器是一款Intel公司新近推出的32位微处理器,具有高性能、低功耗等优点,已开始广泛应用于以手持终端为代表的嵌入式系统开发中。Windows CE是目前手持终端等嵌入式系统主要采用的操作系统之一,要在基于PXA270处理器的手持终端产品中实现Windows CE系统的设计开发,关键在于如何设计实现Windows CE引导程序(即E-boot)。本文首先介绍基于PXA270处理器的嵌入式系统开发板(ARM-XMU)的基本架构和引导程序启动的基本原理、流程,分析该嵌入式系统启动所需的E-boot代码及其关键技术问题,并根据PXA270处理器的频率配置及存储器控制等特性,通过移植及优化,设计出适用于ARM-XMU开发板的引导程序,验证实现了一种基于Windows CE的手持终端系统

    Surveillance of foodborne pathogenic bacteria contamination in instant food in Jiayuguan

    目的了解甘肃省嘉峪关市即食食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况,为食源性疾病预防、控制提供科学依据。方法从选定的监测点和采样场所定期随机采样,按样品原有储存温度要求在最短时间内送达实验室,按《全国食源性致病菌监测工作手册》和gb 4789.10—2010《食品安全国家标准》规定的程序和方法检测分离致病菌。结果全年共采集1 022份样品,检出致病菌119株,总检出率为11.64%;共对7种食源性致病菌进行检测分离,其中蜡样芽孢杆菌检出率最高,为18.12%;食源性致病菌检出率学校周边小铺和小型餐馆中较高,散装食品明显高于定型包装食品,第二季度、第三季度明显高于第一季度、第四季度。结论嘉峪关市售即食食品中食源性致病菌污染较为严重,以蜡样芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌污染为主,主要集中在米面制品、外卖配送午餐、盒饭、婴幼儿食品中。Objective To understand the contamination status of foodborne pathogenic bacteria in food in Jiayuguan,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne disease.Methods Samples,which were regularly collected from the selected monitoring points and sampling sites the under the original storage temperature of the sample,were delivered to laboratory in the shortest time,and detected and isolated for the pathogens according to the program and method of the The National Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteria Monitoring Manual and GB 4789.10—2012 The National Food Safety Standards.Results A total of 1 022 samples were collected in the whole year,and 119 foodborne pathogens were detected with an overall detection rate of 11.64%; 7 kinds of foodborne pathogenic bacteria were detected and isolated,and the highest detection rate was with Bacillus cereus( 18.12%); the detection rate of foodborne pathogenic bacteria was more severe in the shop around schools and the small restaurant; that in the unpacked foods was significantly higher than that in the packaged food; that in the second and the third quarter was higher than that in the first and the fourth quarter.Conclusion Food in Jiayuguan are heavily contaminated by foodborne pathogens,especially Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus,which were dominant in flour products,takeaway delivery lunch,the instant rice and infant food

    在光照培养箱中人工对照培养小扭口藓(Barbulaindica(Hook. )Spreng)的芽胞,显微镜下观察并记录其发育成配子体的全过程。结果表明:小扭口藓芽胞在3 ~4d即可萌发; 10d左右开始分化出绿丝体、轴丝体及假根; 18d,轴丝体上的侧枝顶端细胞以分生缢割的方式产生单细胞或多细胞芽胞; 40d,轴丝体上开始出现配子体原始细胞;之后,配子体原始细胞发育成桑椹状的幼小配子体。还对芽胞形态发育、生理生态及配子体发生过程的特点进行了分析和讨论。,CN 23-1480/

    Dual-Polarized Patch Antenna with High Port Isolation

    针对WlAn的MIMO系统应用要求,并缩小天线所占据的空间,设计具有高端口隔离度的双极化贴片天线。采用共面带状线馈电的环形贴片和微带馈电单极贴片相结合形式,利用环形辐射元与单极子辐射元产生正交线极化的特点,实现双馈双极化天线。实验结果显示,所设计天线的工作频带范围为2.27~2.73gHz,端口隔离度在31db以上。同时,单极结构辐射元主极化要比其交叉极化大25db以上,环形结构辐射元在较大空间范围内其主极化比交叉极化大23db以上。这表明所设计双馈双极化天线具有较高的端口隔离度,且有良好的极化纯度。通过结构参数调整,还可望同时覆盖5.8gHz频段,以满足IEEE802.11n标准要求。A dual-polarized patch antenna with high port isolation is designed to reduce the antenna space in MIMO systems for WLAN.A ring patch of coplanar stripline port and a monopole patch of mirostrip feed line are co-located constructing the dual-port antenna,where the ring radiator and monopole patch can excite the orthogonally linear polarization radiation patterns.The experimental results show that the operating frequency range of the prototype antenna is from 2.27 to2.73GHz and the port isolation is larger than 31dB over the working band.For the monopole radiator the co-polarization electric field level is 25dB larger than the cross-polarization while for the ring radiator this value is larger than 23dB over the working spatial angle.So it can be concluded that the designed antenna has the characteristics of high port isolation and acceptable polarization.By adjusting the structure parameters,it is possible for this antenna to cover the 5.8GHz frequency band as the protocol IEEE802.11n requirement.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20123012); 高校博士学科点专项科研基金(20120121120027
