    Association of dietary patterns with metabolic syndrome among residents in Xiamen city

    目的探讨福建省厦门市居民膳食模式与代谢综合征(MS)及其组分之间关系。方法本研究于2015年12月-2016年9月采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方; 法,对厦门市2; 508名≥18岁居民进行膳食调查、体格测量及生化指标检测,采用因子分析法确定膳食模式,分析不同膳食模式与MS及其组分的关系。结果因子分析结果得出; 调味品模式、沿海特色模式、奶类少油模式、水果蔬菜模式4种膳食模式;多因素logistic回归分析显示,控制混杂因素后,调味品模式是MS组分高血压; 的危险因素(最高三分位数相对于最低三分位数的比值,即T3:T1OR=1.60,95%CI=1.19~2.15),奶类少油模式是MS(T3:T1; OR=0.47,95%CI=0.30~0.75)和高血压(T3:T1; OR=0.49,95%CI=0.36~0.65)的保护因素;未发现沿海特色模式和水果蔬菜模式与MS及其组分之间存在统计学关联。结论膳食模式与MS; 及其组分血压发现水平存在一定关联,减少食用盐、食用油的摄入、增加奶类的摄入,对预防MS及其组分血压水平有重要意义。Objective To explore the relationship between dietary pattern and; metabolic syndrome (MS) in residents of Xiamen city. Methods Using; multistage stratified cluster random sampling,2 508 residents were; selected to receive a dietary survey and anthropometric and biochemical; measures from December 2015 to September 2016.Factor analysis was used; to identify food patterns based on the dietary survey.Chi-square test; and logistic regression were used to analyze the relationship between; food patterns and MS and its components. Results Four dietary patterns; were identified,including condiment,sea food,more milk and less oil,and; fruits and vegetables pattern.After adjusting for potential confounding; factors,the upper tertile (T3) of the condiment pattern was associated; with higher risks of hypertension compared with the lowest tertile; (T1)(T3:T1 odds ratio[OR]=1.60,95% confidence; interval[95%CI]=1.19-2.15).T3 of the more milk and less oil pattern was; associated with lower risks of MS and hypertension compared with the; T1(T3:T1 OR=0.47,95%CI=0.30-0.75;T3:T1 OR=0.49,95%CI=0.36-0.65).No; correlation was found between the sea food pattern,fruits and vegetables; pattern with MS and its components. Conclusion Dietary patterns are; associated with MS and blood pressure levels.Limiting intake of table; salt and oil,increasing intake of milk may play important roles in the; prevention of MS and high blood pressure

    针对主动网络这种新型网络体系能为主动队列的管理提供更加灵活和有效的方法,以及目前主动网络中主动队列的管理仍然简单移用传统网络算法这一情况,深入研究了这种简单移用存在的弊端,及应专门为主动网络设计主动队列管理机制的重要性和必要性。在此基础上,利用主动网络中路由器有着对流经其上的用户数据进行计算的特征,提出了主动网络环境下,基于资源动态协商的主动队列管理机制,并用OPNET8.0进行了仿真实验,验证了该机制在丢包率、队列长度和包延时等方面的优势。Active network represents a new approach of network architecture which can provide a more flexible and effective management mechanism for active queue. In view of this and considering that traditional algorithms of active queue management are still used in active network, the shortcoming of using traditional algorithms in active network, importance and necessity of setting up a special active queue management algorithm for active network are studied. Active network's routers can perform computations on user data, while packets can carry programs to be executed in routers and possibly change their state. With this characteristic, an active queue management mechanism, based on dynamic resource trading, is put forward A simulation that used to trove the advantages of the proposed mechanism in packet drop rate, length of queue and packet delay time is made under OPNET8.0 environment

    较传统网络而言,主动网络的高复杂性引起了更加严峻的资源安全问题,特别在主动节点方面。尽管在主动网络原型系统中设计了一些安全措施,但是它们都不具通用性。这在主动网络必须和传统网络相兼容的情况下,阻碍了主动网络的发展。文中设计了主动节点资源控制核,然后深入地研究了它与传统网络安全系统的接合问题,提出了对后者的具体修改建议。Active Networks are obviously more complex than traditional networks and raise considerable security & safety (in short, we call them S&S later) problems, especially in active node. Although some S&S technologies are designed in most active networks, all of them cannot be used as a universal way. On condition that active networks must be compatible with traditional IP networks, this situation results in baffling active networks development. Based on some concepts defined in this paper, such as negative error and positive error, this paper designs a resource controlling kernel for active node.     微生物吸附-化学还原法合成金钯纳米线机理研究

    采用微生物吸附-化学还原法,以大肠杆菌(ECCs)为模板、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为保护剂、抗坏血酸(AA)为还原剂制备金钯纳米线(Au-PdNWs),考察不同金钯摩尔比对合成金钯纳米材料的影响,并通过SEM、TEM、XRD等技术进行了表征,研究其形成机理。结果表明,吸附还原作用使ECCs在短时间内还原生成了少量Pd(0)和Au(0),大量的钯离子和金离子聚集在ECCs表面周围;还原剂AA的加入使ECCs表面成为优先成核位点,菌体表面基团与晶核相互作用阻止其迁移;在CTAB的作用下,菌体表面的纳米颗粒逐渐形成链状纳米中间结构,中间结构通过Ostwald熟化作用进一步形成Au-Pd纳米线。通过ECCs和CTAB协同作用,有利于一维纳米结构的生长。福建省教育厅中青年教科研项目(JAT171117);;莆田市工业科技类科研项目(2016G2020
