韓国と日本における居住様式に対する意識構造の比較考察

This study was undertaken to elucidate the consciousness of residential style in apartment houses in Korea and Japan.Statistical analyses (dematel analysis) and factor analysis were used based on data for questionnaire. The questionnaire was carried from the middle of July to the middle of September. The objectives are 140 persons (Japanese,70 persons ; Korean,70 persons).The results are as follows:1) The consciousnesses of residential style in apartment houses are different from Korea and Japan. Japanese selected the price of apartment house as the highest priority factor, while Korean selected the residential environment as the highest factor. Next priority factors are location and prospect of apartment house both in Korea and Japan.2) Concerning to the imagination of apartment house, the elements of modern and convenience are superior to another elements in Japan.However, the elements of convenience and safety are superior to another elements in Korea.3) Concerning to the claims of residential environment, Japanese men selected the convenience of shopping, Japanese women selected the rent.On the other hand, Korean men and women selected conveniences of traffic and shopping. Five mental models are classified in Japan about the claims of residential environment according to the statistical analysis (factor analysis), i.e., economical oriented type, safe oriented type, pleasant oriented type, cultural oriented type, and actual oriented type. On the other hand, four mental models are classified in Korea, i.e., economical oriented type, pleasant oriented type, cultural oriented type, and actual oriented type.4) Concerning to the variableness of equipment of apartment house, Korean and Japanese hope to establish equipments under the consult with users and constructors
