On the location of zeros of the Homfly polynomial
National Natural Science Foundation of China [10831001]; Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities [2010121007]Wu, Wang, Chang and Shrock initiated the study of zeros of the Jones polynomial since it was the special case of partition functions of the Potts model in physics. The Homfly polynomial is the generalization of the Jones polynomial. Let L be an oriented link, and P(L)(v, z) be its Homfly polynomial. In this paper, we study zeros of P(L)(v, z) with z fixed. We prove the so-called unit-circle theorem for a family of generalized Jaeger's links {Dn(G)| n = 1, 2, ...} which states that |v| = 1 is the limit of zeros of Homfly polynomials of generalized Jaeger's links {Dn(G)| n = 1, 2, ...} if G is bridgeless. Similar to the result of the Jones polynomial, we also prove that zeros of Homfly polynomials are dense in the whole complex plane

Design of POCT quality management system based on the Internet of things
目的设计基于物联网的POCT质量管理系统以规范POCT质量管理。方法分析POCT质量管理存在的问题,以便携式血糖仪为例,从数据采集、传输、服务器; 管理存储等各环节设计POCT物联网质量管理系统。结果设计了基于物联网和医疗云为基础的POCT质量管理系统,该系统可实现POCT操作人员与设备管理; ,实时进行质量控制数据监控与报告管理,并方便管理者分析所管辖区域的POCT全程质量问题。结论设计的基于物联网的POCT质量管理系统具有理论可行性; 。Objective To design a POCT quality management system based on the; Internet of things so as to standardize POCT quality management. Methods; The existing problems in POCT quality management were analyzed. Taking; portable blood glucose meters as an example,the quality management; system of POCT-Internet of things was designed based on the all aspects; of data acquisition,transmission, server management and storage,etc.; Results The POCT quality management system based on the Internet of; things and medical cloud technology was designed. The system could; implement the management of POCT operators and devices,monitor the; realtime quality control data and reports,and facilitate the; administrators to analyze the quality problems in the whole process of; POCT management. Zeros of the Jones polynomial are dense in the complex plane
In this paper, we present a formula for computing the Tutte polynomial of the signed graph formed from a labeled graph by edge replacements in terms of the chain polynomial of the labeled graph. Then we define a family of ring of tangles links and consider zeros of their Jones polynomials. By applying the formula obtained, Beraha-Kahane-Weisss theorem and Sokals lemma, we prove that zeros of Jones polynomials of (pretzel) links are dense in the whole complex plane
Preparation,characterization,and application of monoclonal antibodies against human decoy receptor 3
目的制备抗DcR3单克隆抗体(mAb),鉴定其生物学特性,并应用于ELISA、Western blot、Flowcytometry(FCM)检测。方法以纯化的可溶性DcR3(sDcR3)免疫Balb/c小鼠,采用杂交瘤技术制备抗DcR3 mAb。用Ig亚类ELISA试剂盒鉴定抗DcR3mAb的亚类。用ELISA方法测定抗DcR3 mAb与sDcR3结合的特性,SDS-PAGE鉴定抗DcR3 mAb与SW480细胞上清中DcR3结合的特性,以鉴定mAb的特性。用间接ELISA法检测腹水mAb的效价、亲和常数并进行表位分析。Western blot检测mAb的特异性及应用,并用所获抗DcR3单克隆抗体(mAb)通过流式细胞仪检测肿瘤细胞表面DcR3的表达水平。结果获得4株可分泌DcR3 mAb的杂交瘤细胞系ZZ-393、ZZ-394、ZZ-151和ZZ-268。其中DcR3 mAb ZZ-268(下文简称为ZZ-268)的Ig亚类为IgG1(κ型);腹水效价为1×10-5;亲和常数为1.28×109水平;ZZ-268和ZZ-151可识别与其他2种抗体不同的抗原表位;Western blot证实,获得的ZZ-268...
