    粒子增强PAN支撑膜的研究

    对无机粒子填充的PAn渗透蒸发支撑膜进行了初步的研究。考察了不同填充量和填充体系及拉伸热定型的后处理工艺对膜通量和粘弹性的影响。结果表明,不同填充量和填充体系对膜通量及粘弹性的影响不明显;而拉伸和热定型的后处理工艺条件对膜通量和粘弹性有较大的影响。随拉伸比的提高,膜通量迅速增大,膜的稳定性变好,具有很好的耐热性,而膜的截流率却几乎不变。此外,还就膜的耐热机理进行了初步探

    The f luo rescence spect ra in cyclohexane of a series of benzan ilides (BA s) with different p a ra2sub st ituen t s at the an ilino mo iety revealed that BA s em it ted dual f luo rescence, w ith one no rm al w eak em ission at ca. 330 nm and an abno rm ally long2w avelength em ission ranging f rom 460 to 550 nm. The long2w avelength em ission w as found st rongly dependen t of the elect ron donat ing capacity of the sub st ituen t at the an ilino mo iety and a st ronger elect ron donat ing sub st ituen t led to a red2sh if t in the em ission. The energies of the long2w avelength em ission of the BA s w ere co rrelated to the ox ida2t ion po ten t ials of the dono rs, EDöD + , and a n ice linear co rrelat ion w as found w ith a slope of + 0166, w h ich clearly po in ted to the charge t ran sfer character of the em issive state fo r the long2w avelength e2 m ission and the h igh decoup ling ex ten t of the charges in the CT state. Th is is the f irst repo rt that show s the direct evidence fo r the CT natu re.     Environmentally friendly ratiometric fluorescent microfluidic paper chip for rapid detection of difenoconazole

    A novel ratiometric fluorescent imprinted microfluidic device was constructed to rapidly detect trace pesticide residues. NBD-APTES was used as control fluorescence, and the fluorescence of carbon quantum dots modified with cysteine(CDs-Cys) was constructed to achieve rapid visual detection of the bacteriostatic agent difenoconazole. The analytical performance of paper-based chips was studied in detail using scanning electron microscopy and laser confocal microscopy. Under optimized conditions, the linear range of the fluorescence sensor is0.3–60 μmol/L, the LOD is 75 nmol/L, the recoveries are 102.1%–111.2%, and the accuracy is 3.1%–4.2%. Compared with the traditional liquid phase fluorescence sensing materials, the ratiometric fluorescence sensor under the solid phase matrix has better portability and storability, showing satisfactory fluorescence characteristics. In addition, the sensor was highly specific for separating and detecting difenoconazole and was successfully applied to actual sample. It opens up new ways for the combination of ratiometric fluorescence technology and paper-based microfluidic chip, and provides potential point-of-care applications

    不同预处理方式对柳枝稷厌氧发酵性能的影响

    以柳枝稷为原料,研究微波,蒸汽加热和NaOH预处理方法对柳枝稷的结晶度和纤维结构的影响,同时考察了预处理后的柳枝稷在中温时的厌氧发酵性能。结果显示:3种处理都可以降低原料的结晶度;微波和NaOH处理可以显著降低柳枝稷的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、木质素等含量;NaOH处理会降低粗脂肪的含量;蒸汽加热处理和原料的累积产气量(28486和28686mL)及产气率(453.60和456.79mL/g)接近,而NaOH预处理由于C/N较高、阳离子毒害作用和抑制物的作用使得厌氧发酵性能降低。可见预处理可以降低柳枝稷纤维含量,但是对厌氧发酵性能并无明显改善作用

    The fluorescence spectra in cyclohexane of a series of benzanilides(BAs) with different para-substituents at the anilino moiety revealed that BAs emitted dual fluorescence 9 with one normal weak emission at ca. 330 nm and An abnormally long-wavelength emission ranging from 460, to 550 nm. The long-wavelength emission was found strongly dependent of the electron donating capacity of the substituent at the anilino moiety aria a stronger electron donating substituent led to a red-shift in the emission., The energies of the long-wavelength emission of the BAs were correlated to the oxidation potentials of the donors, E-D/D+, and a nice linear correlation was found with a slope of +0. 66, which clearly pointed to the charge transfer character of the emissive state for the long-wavelength emission and the high decoupling extent of the charges in the CT state. This is the first report that shows the direct evidence for the CT nature. The results might be of significance in understanding the photophysics of peptide and protein and in designing novel fluorescent chemosensors

    伊犁河谷红地球葡萄标准化栽培技术研究及产业化建设

    课题根据伊犁河谷红地球葡产区的气候条件,确定了红地球葡萄的定植方式采用小棚架栽植效果好,修剪方式采用“独龙干”和“双龙干”较为适宜,确定了疏花疏果时间及技术,提高了红地球葡萄一级果率,其中鲜食葡萄二次套袋法技术,既可以有效的防止果穗日灼现象的发生,同时又可控制果实颜色,防止果穗的污染;确定了红地球葡萄防止日灼的主要方法是:果穗套袋、增加遮荫面积和采用棚架栽培,抬高结果部位等,采用滴灌方式进行灌溉,既达到了经济用水降低生产成本的目的,规范了红地球葡萄无公害生产整个环节的技术规程,红地球葡萄的七个标准化栽培技术规程在生产过程中的贯彻实施;初步形成了“果农+基地+协会+经销商”产业化模式。 成果类别: 应用技
