    Mixing Effect of Two-Dimensional Micromixers Based on the Deformed Square-Wave

    设计并制作了多种二维变形方波微混合器,通过荧光观测及标准偏差数值分析,在低rE数(rE≤13.33)时,考察拐角和单元长度对混合器混合效果的影响。结果表明,集成拐角的混合器存在一个临界rE值1.3,当rE1.3时,可以产生回流,混合效率随着拐角的减小逐渐提高。对于集成6个单元、拐角为45°、单元长度(S)为3132μM的微混合器,在雷诺系数rE=13.33时,混合效率为56%,约提高了1倍;但当拐角与混合单元长度增大时,混合效率明显降低。A series of two-dimensional micromixers based on the deformed square-wave were designed and fabricated.The effect of the turning angle and unit length on the mixing efficiency at low Reynolds number(Re≤13.33)was investigated by fluorescence observation and numerical analysis of the standard deviation from the pixel intensity distribution.The results indicate that the mixer with the integrated turning angle has a critical Reynolds value of 1.3.The mixture only depends on the molecular diffusion and the mixing efficiencies remained at about 28% when Re1.3.For the micromixer of six square-wave units with 45° turning angle and 3 132 μm unit length,the mixing efficiency is increased to 56% at Re=13.33.However,the mixing efficiency is decreased with turning angle and unit length increasing.国家基础科学人才培养基金资助项目(J0630429);福建省自然科学基金计划项目(D0740013);集美大学科研基金资助项目(ZQ2007001

    中国隶属于高情境文化,社会对个体行为的影响往往大于本人意愿的影响。文章关注在广告说服过程中,社会因素的影响是否存在以及如何发生作用,以假定影响模式为理论基础,以礼品广告为例,探索面子消费情境下的广告说服机制,并在传统的广告说服模型中增加假定影响变量,建构广告说服综合模型。结构方程模型分析表明广告说服模型拟合良好,假定影响对购买意向、广告态度和品牌态度具有显著正向影响,假定影响模式在礼品广告中的作用得到验证。最后,讨论了如何在礼品营销传播中提高社会影响的效果

    Optimization for astaxanthin extraction from Haematococcus pluvialis with ethanol using response surface methodology

    采用安全无毒的乙醇为溶剂,研究了超声时间、料液比、搅拌速度等因素对虾青素提取效率的影响。在此基础上,采用响应面设计对以上3个因素的交互关系进行探究。结果表明,3个因素对虾青素提取率的影响顺序为:超声时间〉料液比〉搅拌速度;最佳提取条件为:超声时间20min、料液比1:150、搅拌速度1000 r/min,在此条件下虾青素提取率可达48.42%。Ethanol, an environmentally friendly solvent, was used to extract astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis. The effect of several conditions, including ultrasound time, the ratio of solid to liquid (S/L) and stirring rate, on astaxanthin extraction rate was investigated. Response surface methodology was applied to study the interaction in these factors. The effects of three factors on the extraction of astaxanthin were in order of ultrasound time, S/L, and stirring rate.     古尔班通古特沙漠1970—2000年代生物结皮覆盖变化研究

    生物结皮是古尔班通古特沙漠主要的地表覆盖类型,也是维持其地表稳定的重要生物因子。论文利用20世纪70年代中期、80年代末期及21世纪初的遥感影像,通过生物结皮指数提取了古尔班通古特沙漠在相应时期内的生物结皮空间分布。在此基础上,分析了研究区近30年来生物结皮空间分布的变化特征;利用景观分析软件Fragstats计算了各个时期内结皮覆盖的景观指数熏并对其变化特征进行了分析。结果表明:由于新疆气候增湿、增暖明显,近30年来结皮发育良好。但由于油田开采、水利工程建设、牲畜放牧等人类活动的加强,结皮发育受到较为严重的干扰,区域内结皮斑块破碎化程度加大

    Research on T Lymphocyte Subsets and NK Cells Activity in Peripheral Blood of Hypopharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

    目的:分析下咽鳞状细胞癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞活性情况,旨在为相关研究工作提供参考资料。方法:择取2011年6月-2016年5月本院收治的95例下咽鳞状细胞癌病患为病例组,另取此期间内来本院接受健康检查的72例志愿者为正常组。使用流式细胞仪对病患开展相关检查,分析病例组与正常组的淋巴细胞亚群、NK活性情况以及不同临床分期的下咽癌病患外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以及NK细胞活性之间的关系。结果:与正常组相比,病例组的NK细胞、总B淋巴细胞、总T淋巴细胞、辅助/抑制T细胞、辅助T细胞偏低(P0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病患辅助T淋巴细胞比Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者略高(P>0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病患抑制T淋巴细胞值比Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者低(P0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病患外周血NK细胞数比Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者略高(P>0.05)。结论:下咽鳞状细胞癌病患的免疫功能异常,且随着疾病的进展,细胞免疫和体液免疫均有所降低,证实免疫功能紊乱在疾病进展中发挥了一定作用。经流式细胞设备对外周静脉血淋巴细胞亚群以及NK细胞活性情况检测,可实现动态化检测癌症病患某阶段细胞免疫功能变化详情,此法方便简单,在指导治疗方案制定以及监测疾病预后方面,均体现出了一定效果,值得进一步推广

    Sarcomatoid Carcinoma of Hypopharynx: A Report of 5 Cases

    目的探讨下咽肉瘤样癌的临床及病理学特点,为下咽肉瘤样癌的诊治提供参考依据,提高对肉瘤样癌的诊断、治疗及其预后的认识。方法分析2010年1月—2014年9月我院治疗的5例下咽肉瘤样癌患者的临床资料,包括诊疗过程、病理特征等。结果 5例患者均经过不同的手术方式,其中咽后壁扩大切除1例,梨状窝扩大切除2例,全后、全下咽、全食管切除2例;肉瘤样癌肉瘤样成分与癌成分共存,且之间有一定的移行,CK、vimentin均表达阳性,P63阳性4例。5例患者均定期随访。结论下咽肉瘤样癌有其特殊的生物学行为及病理学特点,是一种不同于其他类型的恶性肿瘤,具有自身病理特征,预后情况各不相同,外科手术仍是首选治疗方法,术后辅助放化疗。Objective To explore the biological behavior and clinical features of the sarcomatoid carcinoma(SC) of hypopharynx for improving the diagnosis,treatment and judgment of prognosis of the tumor.Methods Clinical data,including treatment process and pathology features of the 5 cases of SC underwent operation in our department from January 2010 to September 2014 was analyzed retrospectively.Results All the five patients underwent different surgical procedures and all survived,one case received pharyngeal extended resection,tow cases received pyriform extended resection and tow cases received total throat、swallow、esophagectomy resection.The biological of sarcomatoid carcinoma of head and neck performed components and cancer components coexisted,and has a certain shift between them,CK and vimentin expressed was positive in all cases,P63 was positive in 4 cases.All patients were followed up regularly.Conclusion Sarcomatoid carcinoma of hypopharynx has its special biological behavior and pathology characteristics,it is different from other types of malignant tumors,and has its own pathological features,surgeryis is still the preferred method,postoperative assistance chemotherapy is needed

    New Method of Nanosilicon Preparation by Pulsed-laser Deposition

    采用高强度激光灼蚀沉积(PLD)的方式,在流动N2做为保护气体的情况下,成功制备出Si纳米结构,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、光致发光(PL)进行表征。结果表明,该方法制备的纳米Si尺寸在几nm到几10nm之间,同时它具有较强的发光,发光强度比同等测量条件下的多孔Si(PS)样品高10倍以上,而且方法比较简单。The photo-luminescence of Si-based material is one of the most interesting and difficult subjects in research field.Nano-silicon will be a useful way to realize silicon-based photoluminescence.A new pulsed-laser-deposition(PLD) method to produce nano silicon is reported then according to SEM and photo-luminescence(PL) it′s characters are expressed.The results show that n-Si produced by the new pulsed-laser deposition(PLD) style has a great PL intensity.For the simpleness of new PLD style,it will be of some reference value for silicon-based PL rereach.国家自然科学重点基金资助项目(60336010
