开放科研数据的行为影响因素研究* ———以地球科学领域为例
摘 要: [目的/意义] 开放科研数据面临着科研人员参与度和认同度不高的挑战。文章旨在明确科研人员开放科 研数据的行为影响因素,为各利益相关者更好地激励科研人员参与实践提供参考。 [方法/过程] 研究基于计划行为理论建立模型,探究行为信念、行为态度、主观规范和感知行为控制对地球科学领域科研人员开放科研数据行为的影响;
通过问卷调查收集数据,采用偏最小二乘法结构方程模型 ( PLS-SEM) 工具 SmartPLS3. 0 分析数据验证模型。[结果/结论] 地球科学领域科研人员对开放科研数据态度直接显著影响行为; 行为信念 ( 包含感知职业利益与感知职业风险) 、感知行为控制 ( 包含感知数据基础设施和数据管理培训实用性) 显著影响科研人员的态度,且通过态度间接影响行为;
主观规范对科研人员的态度影响不明显,但对行为存在显著影响。
Abstract: [Purpose / significance] Open research data faces the challenge of researchers' skepticism and low participation. To find out the motivational factors that influence researchers' open research data behaviors can help stakeholders better encourage re searchers' participation. [Method/ process]Based on the theory of planned behavior,a research model was established to explore how behavioral beliefs,attitudes,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control influence earth science researchers' open research data behaviors. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data,partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) tool SmartPLS3. 0 was used to analyze the data and verify the research model. [Result /conclusion] The results show that earth sci ence researchers' attitudes toward open research data significantly influence their actual behaviors. Behavioral beliefs (including the perceived career benefit and risk) and perceived behavior control ( including the perceived available of data infrastructure and the perceived available of data management training) have significant influence on their attitudes,through which indirectly influence
the actual behaviors. Subjective norms have significant influence on behaviors,but no influence on attitudes.

依据ITS rDNA序列探讨我国盾腹虫属种类的系统发育关系(英文)
盾腹吸虫为寄生扁形动物中一小的类群。我国已报道7种盾腹吸虫,其中5种隶属于盾腹虫属(Aspidogastridae,Aspidogastrinae)。研究测定了在我国采集到的4种盾腹虫属吸虫的核糖体DNA转录内间隔区(ITSrDNA)序列,并分别采用邻接法和最大似然法构建分子系统发育树。结果显示,这4种盾腹吸虫的ITS-1和ITS-2序列的长度分别在728—877bp和518—645bp之间,其G+C含量分别在50.1%—52.3%和49.2%—52.2%范围内。4种盾腹吸虫的种间遗传距离在0.2%—2
Comparison of fertilizer-effect models on winter wheat response to nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers in saline soils in the Yellow River Delta
通过大田试验, 研究了黄河三角洲盐碱土地区冬小麦合适的肥料效应模型。在冬小麦生长季设置4种不同的氮磷肥用量, 根据“3414”试验设计8 种不同的肥效试验处理, 以探讨线性加平台、一元二次、平方根和二元二次4 种不同模型的拟合效果。结果显示, 4 种肥料效应模型的拟合结果经检验都达到极显著水平
(P<0.01)。在一元肥料效应模型中, 氮磷一元二次模型拟合效果最好, 最高收益分别为7 448.3 元·hm-2 和7 357.7 元·hm-2, 最佳经济氮磷用量分别为254.4 kg·hm-2 和98.6 kg·hm-2。对比一元与二元模型, 后者拟合效果较好, 最佳经济氮磷用量分别为244.1 kg·hm-2 和94.2 kg·hm-2, 即氮磷肥配比为2.6∶1, 经济效益为7 432.4 元·hm-2, 氮肥农学利用率为6.2 kg(籽粒)·kg-1(N), 磷肥农学利用率为13.8 kg(籽粒)·kg-1(P2O5)。结合拟合度、最佳经济施肥量、经济收益、肥料农学利用率和一元模型的局限性分析得出, 二元二次肥料效应模型最优, 可作为黄河三角洲地区盐碱土冬小麦氮磷肥效模型的最佳选择。</p
Development of the facility for model scramjet testing
A hypersonic propulsion test facility has been constructed in IMCAS (Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences) in order to provide a high enthalpy hypersonic flow for a model scramjet testing. The vitiated air is produced by a hydrogen/air and oxygen replenishment combustion heater with flow rate of 3.5kg/s, total pressure of 5MPa and total temperature of 2000K in maximum, and accelerated up to Mach 5.6 by a two-dimensional nozzle. Test chamber of the facility is evacuated by a one-stage central air ejector. The preliminary facility performance tests showed that the vitiated air heater could provide the high enthalpy flow as expected.
