    Reflection on SSCI and evaluation of university Seniority of social scientific research

    SCI、SSCI等索引工具与高校科研工作者的关系越来越紧密,学术界对于作为索引工具的SCI、SSCI等系统成为评价指标的做法,一直持慎重的态度。本文分析了SSCI作为人文社会科学研究成果评价标准的原因,指出了其作为学术评价标准可能带来的风险,并从如何对待西方的现代知识体系、人文社会科学与自然科学的区别以及学术的目的与学术评价的目的三个维度反思了人文社会科学学术评价的基本问题,以期建立一个符合中国自身学术发展的学术评价体系和学术评价标准。Although the tie between SCI、SSCI and researchers have been tightened increasingly,the latter have always maintained prudence to consider theSCI,SSCI as evaluation indexes.The article analyzed the reason why SSCI became the evaluation of Social Scientific Research,and pointed out that it will bring some potential risks.At last,the author reflected three problems,including how to deal with the western knowledge system;the difference of social science and the science and the aim of the academic and the academic evaluation,so as to build an evaluation of university Social Scientific Research that meets the need of academic development in china

    民办大学 (按 :中国大陆称民办大学 ,台湾称私立大学 )对于人力资源的使用 ,因须考量经营成本与预算编制 ,向来比公立大学具有弹性且符合实际环境。多年来 ,由于台湾"教育部门"立法保障 ,使民办大学教师与公立大学教师享有同样薪级待遇 ,并引进了企业界的人力资源管理模式 ,使得私立大学在教师延揽聘任及教育品质等方面取得较佳效益 ,促进了私立大学水准提升与规模扩展。大陆民办大学的发展方兴未艾 ,但民办大学专任师资普遍较为欠缺与不足 ,因此在教育质量方面 ,一直未能取得较多社会大众的普遍认同 ,也阻碍学校的未来发展。因此 ,从事人事管理工作者须研拟符合时代变化的人力资源发展策略 ,规划弹性的薪资与绩效考评制度 ,才能吸引优秀青年教师加入民办大学作育英才的行列 ,实现人力资源的充分运用 ,进而提升学术水平与竞争能力The usage of human resources in private universities is more flexible and reasonable than the public ones because of their considerations in operating cost and financial structure.In Taiwan,the Private-school Acts assure the same salary standard in both private and public university.The university operators also apply the pattern in business human resource management; this also has accelerated the academic standard and has expanded the dimension for private universities.Private universities in mainland China is just beginning,lack of high-level faculty impedes the recognition of the society and the development of universities.Managers of human resources must design proper manpower strategy and evaluating system to attract young and excellent professors.The fully usage of human resources will raise the academic level and improve school's challenge power

Given the urgency and complexity in managing intracerebral hemorrhage, this guideline aims to provide systematic and comprehensive recommendations for its clinical management. This chapter covers all key aspects ranging from pre-hospital evaluation and medical intervention to secondary prevention and rehabilitation. With respect to specific recommendations, this guideline offers exhaustive guidance based on varying levels of evidence for early diagnosis, imaging assessments, acute-phase interventions, medical and ICU management, surgical interventions, and secondary prevention strategies, with the ultimate aim of enhancing the scientific rigor and systematic quality of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage management

    Determination of the number of ψ(3686) events taken at BESIII

    The number of ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector during the 2021 run period is determined to be (2259.3±11.1)×106 by counting inclusive ψ(3686) hadronic events. The uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is negligible. Meanwhile, the numbers of ψ(3686) events collected during the 2009 and 2012 run periods are updated to be (107.7±0.6)×106 and (345.4±2.6)×106, respectively. Both numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard deviation. The total number of ψ(3686) events in the three data samples is (2712.4±14.3)×10^
