腹部术后肺部并发症患者呼出气挥发性有机化合物分析

目的确定与腹部手术后患者发生术后肺部并发症（PPCs）相关的特征性呼出气挥发性有机化合物（VOCs）。方法本研究前瞻性、连续入组2022年12月10日至2023年6月30日在北京大学人民医院行腹部手术后转入重症监护病房（ICU）带气管插管的患者76例。采集患者围术期相关基本信息，并在患者入ICU后的24 h内经气管插管采集患者呼出气，进行气相色谱-质谱联用检测（GC-MS），分析患者呼出气VOCs成分。观察患者术后24 h采集呼出气后是否发生PPCs，将患者分为PPCs（n=44）组和无PPCs组（n=32），比较患病组和非患病组呼出气VOCs差异。应用Lasso回归分析筛选有价值VOCs变量，进而行Logistics回归分析，确定和PPCs相关的特征性VOCs。结果76例患者中发生PPCs者44例，无PPCs者32例，针对两组患者呼出气VOCs行Lasso回归分析，筛选出和PPCs可能相关的4种化合物，将4种化合物带入多因素Logistics回归分析，最终结果显示呼出气1-十六烷醇含量增高和PPCs的发生相关（OR： 1.000， P=0.002）。结论本研究显示腹部手术后患者呼出气中1-十六烷醇含量升高可能和PPCs的发生相关

福井Age2企画:福井県永平寺町小規模集団での発達コホート研究

福 井 大 学 子 ど も の こ こ ろ の 発 達 研 究 セ ン タ ーAge2企 画 部 門 で は,福 井 県 永 平 寺 町で 出 生 した 子 の 発 達 に 関 す る前 向 き コ ホ ー ト調 査 研 究 を行 っ て い る。 本 研 究 は,調 査対 象 児 の 詳 しい 発 達 評 価 を行 う こ とで,2歳ま で に 発 達 障 害 リ ス ク を発 見 し,将 来 的に は そ れ ぞ れ の 症 状 ・特 性 に あ わせ た 療 育 に 資 す る施 策 を 開発 す る こ と を 目的 と してい る。 平 成24年9月か ら調 査 を 開 始し ,平成26年3月ま で に 計170組 の 母 子(男 児80名,女 児90名,対象 者 の 同 意 取 得 率 は90%)の 協 力 が得 られ た。 コ ホ ー ト研 究 の 性 質 上,現 時 点 で は ま だ発 達 障 害 と の 明 らか な 関 連 性 を示 す 分 析 結果 は得 られ て い な い が,母 親 の メ ン タ ル ヘ ル ス や 子 の発 達 状 況 お よ び,そ れ らの相 互 作 用 につ い て は,関 連 性 を 示 す デ ー タが 得 られ つ つ あ る。 母 親 の メ ン タ ル ヘ ル ス に関 して,子 が3・4ヵ 月 の 時 点 で は,24%の母親あがメンタルヘルスにおいて何らかの問題を抱 え て い る が,10ヵ月の 時 点 で は18%まで 減 少 す る こ とが 明 ら か と な っ た 。 一方,子 の発 達 状 況 の 継 時 的 な 分 析 か ら,父 親 の 育 児 参 加 の 有 無 が,子 の社 会 性 の 発 達お よ び母 親 の メ ン タ ル ヘ ル ス に 影 響 を及 ぼ す 可 能性 が 示 唆 さ れ た 。 今 後 は,視 線 計 測お よ び生 体 試 料 の 測 定 を導 入 し なが ら,発 達 健 診 に 携 わ る 保 健 師 等 へ の 支 援 を 継 続 して 行 い,発 障 害 の早 期 発 見 や 早 期 介 入 を行 え る よ う,地 域 へ の プ ロ グ ラ ム の 定 着 化を 目指 して い る 。othe

Study on Learning Outcomes Through Teaching Practice Prior Guidance / Educational Practice Exercises : The connection between 3rd and 4th year students

In 2003 (Heisei 15), this university was founded in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture as the first university to be solely dedicated sports in Japan. Since opening, we have commenced teacher training course and so many graduates have graduated as qualified teachers. This report explains the outline of collaboration with in Biwako Seikei Sport College (2014) established in advance to teach practical training and practice exercises. The collaboration has been conducted since 2013 and the results are based on those from the years 2013 and 2014. In this research, the following results were obtained; · There was advice from a detailed viewpoint · It was persuasive and there were concrete improvement points · Specific examples based on personal experienced were good · Practical exercises were better than advice from teachers · Tension · The 4th year students made an evaluation based on self-reflection from the previous years from previous year · Information exchange between fourth grade students · Able to recognize what has been acquired by evaluating self of 3rd year · Became capable of evaluating lessons · Become capable of reflecting on possible improvements to make We also found the following problems; · Elder students hesitated to proceed with simulated lessons · There was advice which was not appropriate · Should increase simulated lesson subjects · Some students preferred to conduct simulated lessons with their classmates, not with those who are younger than themselves · How to deal with students with poor attitudes · Perspectives of advice and evaluation disintegration (polarization of quality) In this study, we found that there are many learning outcomes throughout the two years, and it became clear that the simulation was received positively by 3rd and 4th graders. On the other hand, there was a big difference in the participation attitudes of students between those who wish to become teachers after graduation, and who are simply aiming to obtain qualifications, which appeared to be an obstacle for some.departmental bulletin pape
