    Can Export Inhibit the Price-cost Markups of Chinese Enterprises?An Empirical Study Using the Industrial Enterprises Data of China

    Modeling Influence of Temperature and Salinity on Growth Rate of Larva in Noble Scallop,Chlamys nobilis(Reeve) by Response Surface Methodology(RSM)

    采用中心复合设计(CEnTrAl COMPOSITE dESIgn,CCd)的试验设计法研究了温度和盐度2个环境因子对华贵栉孔扇贝幼虫生长的影响。同时采用响应曲面分析法及基于响应曲面基础之上的满意度函数法确立了生长的二次回归方程,同时进行优化处理得到温度与盐度的最佳组合。结果表明,在华贵栉孔扇贝幼虫生长过程中温度与盐度在一定的范围内的互作效应不显著,其中温度效应较为明显。温度对壳长瞬时生长影响的一次项效应和二次项效应均达到显著水平(P<0.000 1)。盐度对壳长瞬时生长影响一次项效应显著(P<0.000 1),然而,盐度对壳长瞬时生长影响的二次项效应达到显著水平(P<0.000 1)。分析响应曲面法优化温度和盐度对华贵栉孔扇贝幼虫壳长瞬时生长率的影响,其结果显示最佳温度与盐度组合为25.33℃与29.42‰,此条件下瞬时生长率为7.91%,其满意度函数值达到85.57%。在生产实践中,严格控制温度和盐度范围,使其在最优值范围内,将会显著提高苗种生产效率。In this study,the combined effects of temperature and salinity on the instantaneous growth rate(IGR) of larva in noble scallop,Chlamys nobilis,was evaluated using the central composite orthogonal quadratic design and the response surface methodology.The results showed that the linear effects of temperature on IGR was statistically highly significant(P<0.000 1);the linear effects of salinity on IGR was significant(P<0.000 1).The interactions between temperature and salinity on IGR was not significant;the quadratic effects of temperature and salinity on the IGR was highly significant(P<0.000 1);temperature was more important in influencing growth of larvaof C.nobilis.By applying the simultaneous optimization technique,the optimum factor combination,i.e.,25.33 ℃ and 29.42‰ was found out,at which the optimal IGR(7.91%)arrived simultaneously,with the desirability value as high as 85.57 %.It is anticipated that application of the optimal temperature-salinity combination to practice would improve the productive efficiency of C.nobilis.国家自然科学基金(31160528); 国家海洋公益性行业科研专项(201405020-5); 海洋公益专项科研基金(201205021); 南海生物资源开发与利用协同创新中

    海洋胶体中的氮、磷和铁对微藻生长的效应

    利用错流超滤技术提取海洋胶体,研究了无氮、无磷和无铁的营养介质中海洋胶体对海水小球藻、亚心形扁藻和球等鞭金藻生长的影响。结果表明,在胶体有机碳(COC)浓度为0~238.4μmol/L的范围内,3种微藻在以胶体为N源的介质中的平均相对增长率Y分别为20.7%~44.0%,80.1%~110.1%和68.6%~106.2%;在以胶体为P源的介质中的Y值分别为19.3%~43.2%,78.3%~156.7%和77.9%~115.3%。3种微藻的Y值随COC浓度增大呈下降趋势。3种微藻在以胶体为Fe源的介质中的Y值分别为12.7%~35.3%,171.7%~266.3%和400.5%~498.8%,3种微藻的Y值随COC浓度增大呈线性上升。这意味着海洋胶体中存在微藻生长必需的N,P和Fe营养,对微藻的生长有显著的刺激作用。胶体中的Fe营养对球等鞭金藻和亚心形扁藻的效应比N和P营养的约大6~7倍,而胶体中的N和P营养对小球藻的促进作用则约比Fe的大3倍。国家教育部高等学校骨干教师计划基

    Effect of the trans - theoretical model of behavior based WeChat health education on self - management among patients with maintenance hemodialysis

    目的 探讨基于行为转变的微信干预模式对维持性血液透析患者自我管理的研究效果.方法 选取60例维持性血液透析患者实施微信健康教育,健康教育方案是基于行为转变理论制订,包括血液透析专业知识、自我管理、科学饮食等方面内容.实施干预12周后,对患者的生化指标、自我管理水平及自我效能感得分进行干预前后比较.结果 干预后患者自我管理得分较干预前有显著提升,表现在情绪处理和自我护理方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).干预后患者的生化指标白蛋白、血钾、肌酐、尿素氮的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).患者的自我效能感提升.结论 基于行为转变理论的微信健康教育可以改善维持性血液透析患者的生化指标,提高自我管理水平,帮助患者了解血液透析知识以及提升自信心,为今后改善血液透析患者自我管理提供一种新的干预模式.Objective To explore the effect of WeChat intervention model based on the trans-theoretical model of behavior(TTMB) on self-management of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were given WeChat health education,and the health education program was based on TTMB,ineluding hemodialysis expertise,self-management,scientific diet and so on.After 12 weeks'intervention,the biochemical index,the self-management level and the self-efficacy score of patients were compared before and after intervention.Results The scores of self-management of patients after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention,which were expressed in terms of emotional management and self-care,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01).After the intervention,the biochemical indexes diffences of albumin,serum potassium,creatinine and urea nitrogen of patients were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01).The self-efficacy of patients were elevated.Conclusion The TTMB WeChat health education can improve the biochemical indexes and the level of self-management of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and it helps patients to understand hemodialysis knowledge as well as improve self-confident,to provide a new intervention model for improving self-management of hemodialysis patients in the future.国家自然科学基金(71403232

    Biological fixed nitrogen of Tokin Gulf in winter

    2006年12月至2007年1月(冬季)期间,对北部湾海区的生物固氮作用进行了初步研究,结果表明:当培养时间为2 H时,水体浮游生物固氮速率最高,且固氮速率随着培养时间的延长而逐渐降低。北部湾冬季固氮速率存在周日变化,8∶10~11∶10时段内固氮速率达到最高值。10 M和30 M水深在夜间仍能检测到固氮活性,这可能是浮游生物昼夜垂直移动引起的。北部湾冬季固氮速率的范围为447.5~1447.2 PMOl/(l.H),固氮速率呈现出从湾内往湾外不断增加的趋势,湾口海区(b06站)的积分固氮速率为319.5μMOl/(M2.d)。b06站fE加富实验表明,添加100 nMOl/l fE能够明显促进生物固氮作用,北部湾冬季湾口海区生物固氮作用可能受到fE限制。The biological nitrogen fixation rates were investigated in Tokin Gulf waters in winter from Dec.2006 to Jan.2007.The nitrogen fixation rates were decreased as extension of culture time,the optimal culture time was 2 h.The nitrogen fixation rates showed diurnal variations,the highest nitrogen fixation rate appeared at 8∶ 10--11∶ 10,the diazotrophs still have the nitrogen fixation activity during the night at the depths of 10 m and 30 m,which may result from the diurnal migration of planktons.The nitrogen fixation rates ranged from 447.5 pmol/(L·h) to 1 447.2 pmol/(L·h) of Tokin Gulf waters in winter.Which showed a longitudinally increasing trend,the integral nitrogen fixation rate at station B06 was 319.5 μmol/(m2·d).The iron enrichment experiment at the mouth of the bay(B06) showed that the biological nitrogen fixation significantly promoted by adding iron concentration of 100 nmol/L.The biological nitrogen fixation rates at the bay mouth might be iron limited.国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点项目资助(90411016);国家教育部高等学校骨干教师计划基金资助项

    近40年北太平洋亚热带环流区生态系变化的~(226)Ra证据

    利用1999年7~10月和2003年10~12月实测的北太平洋亚热带环流区表层水~(226)Ra含量,结合文献所报道的历史数据,发现自20世纪60年代至今,北太平洋亚热带环流区表层水体~(226)Ra含量呈下降趋势,反映出全球变化导致该海域生态系结构的变化.全球增暖一方面导致了该海域水体层化作用的加强,进而导致上层水体Ra补充量的减少;另一方面,全球增暖导致海域生物生产力的升高,进而导致Ra迁出量的增加.~(226)Ra含量的上述变化与文献报道的该海域叶绿素a、硅酸盐、磷酸盐含量与初级生产力的历史变化趋势相吻合,确证北太平洋亚热带环流区在全球变化背景下正发生着可观测的生态系统变化.在上层海洋层化作用加强的情况下,为维持海域升高的生物生产力,其“新”氮可能的来源是海洋的固氮作用
