    钢绳环式CVT非连续接触股内钢丝应力研究

    为探究弯曲钢丝绳与连续、非连续绳槽接触时股内钢丝应力分布规律,以6×19+IWS右交互捻钢丝绳为研究对象,分别建立钢丝绳与连续、非连续绳槽接触的有限元模型,分析了连续和非连续接触时股内钢丝应力分布。结果表明,在连续、非连续接触下,与绳槽接触的侧股外层钢丝等效应力值最大,股与股接触处钢丝次之,其他位置钢丝等效应力值最小;在相同轴向载荷下,非连续接触时钢丝绳产生的等效应力变化幅度高于连续接触时钢丝绳等效应力;非连续绳槽表面接触应力值比连续绳槽大39.5%,非连续接触时表面钢丝绳最大接触应力比连续接触时大5.08%;进行连续和非连续接触下钢丝绳的磨损试验发现,非连续接触时侧股外层钢丝磨痕长度、宽度均值比连续接触时分别高25.5%和13.5%,与仿真结果一致

    从皮状丝孢酵母(Trichosporon cutaneum)中克隆了Facl基因及其5 '-上游序列,并对Facl基因及其5'-上游序列进行了分析.根据前期的基因组文库测序结果,获得了898 bp DNA序列.以此为基础,2次使用染色体步移(Genome walking)方法,分别获得了854 bp和1 236 bp 5'-DNA序列.根据获得的5和3端序列,合成引物用于扩增Facl基因的全长DNA和cDNA序列.分析发现,皮状丝孢酵母Facl基因cDNA包含一个1 662 bp的开放读码框,DNA不含内含子序列.同时获得了482 bp的5'-上游序列.在5'-上游序列区域存在一系列预测的顺式作用元件.相似性分析的结果表明T.cutaneum和Rhodococcus erythropolis的Facl氨基酸序列相似性最高.该研究旨在为后继的Facl基因的功能和表达的研究、油脂代谢的遗传改造奠定基础

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel

The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years of exposure is 9.6×1033 9.6 \times 10^{33} years, which is competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel and complements the use of different detection technologies
