    小儿沙门菌感染临床特点及耐药性分析

    目的探讨儿童沙门菌感染的临床特点和耐药情况,为临床诊疗提供帮助。方法收集2013~2017年经粪便培养出沙门菌阳性的163例住院患儿的临床特征、沙门菌血清型分布情况及药敏试验结果,并进行回顾性分析。结果 163例沙门菌阳性患儿中,≤1岁患儿79例(48.5%);临床表现以发热、腹泻为主,体温>39℃达121例(74.2%),腹泻超过10次/d有52例(31.9%),且合并呼吸道感染多见,共56例(34.4%);沙门菌感染好发于夏秋季,5~10月共检出131例(80.4%)。血清分型以鼠伤寒沙门菌、肠炎沙门菌为主,分别为100例(61.3%)、15例(9.2%);不同血清型沙门菌对头孢噻肟耐药率均在20%以上,对β内酰胺酶抑制剂(阿莫西林/克拉维酸、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦)敏感性较高,尚未出现对碳青霉烯类(亚胺培南)耐药株。结论≤1岁婴儿夏秋季易感染沙门菌,常见血清型为鼠伤寒沙门菌;临床表现以发热、腹泻为主,合并呼吸道感染多见;沙门菌对三代头孢菌素类的耐药率有所增加,临床治疗应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗菌药物。厦门市青年创新创业人才项目(2015-A-03

    The Influence of Magnesium Concentration for the Survival Rate of Bufo melanostictus Tadpoles in the Acidity Water and Alkaline Water

    [目的]研究野外黑眶蟾蜍(Bufo melanostictus)蝌蚪的生存状况。[方法]研究分别在碱性水(p H 7.5~8.0)以及酸性水(p H 5.5~6.0)2种模拟环境条件下,通过急性毒性试验方法以不同的浓度梯度Mg~(2+)对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪进行24和48 h的胁迫试验。[结果]在相同浓度梯度和相同观察时间下,黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪在碱性水中的存活率低于酸性水;不同p H的水环境与Mg~(2+)的协同作用显著影响黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪的48 h存活率(F7,32=3.373,P<0.05);黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪在酸性水环境下适宜生存的Mg~(2+)浓度范围为1 418.41~1 590.54 mg/L,半致死浓度(LC_(50))为2 357.32 mg/L,安全浓度为521.51 mg/L;在碱性水环境下适宜生存的Mg~(2+)浓度范围为1 264.91~1 418.41 mg/L,LC_(50)为1 879.81 mg/L,安全浓度为533.99 mg/L。[结论]该研究可为今后黑眶蟾蜍的保护提供理论依据。[Objective]The aim was to study the survival status of Bufo melanostictus tadpoles in the field.[Method]The regular acute toxicity test was carried out that Bufo melanostictus tadpoles were breed in the alkaline water( p H 7.5-8.0) and acidity water( p H 5.5-6.0)with different Mg~(2+) concentration gradient for 24 and 48 h.[Result]The results showed that the survival rate of Bufo melanostictus tadpoles in the alkaline water was lower than the acidity water in the same condition.Synergistic effects of different p H and Mg~(2+) concentration had a significant effect on the survival rate of Bufo melanostictus tadpoles in the 48 h toxicity experiment( F7,32= 3.373,P < 0.05).In the acidity water environment,48 h toxicity experiment results showed that the optimal Mg~(2+) concentration was 1 418.41-1 590.54 mg / L,the median lethal concentration( LC_(50)) was 2 357.32 mg/L and the safe concentration was 521.51 mg/L.By contract,these three indexes in the alkaline water environment were 1 264.91-1 418.41,1 879.81 and 533.99 mg / L,respectively.[Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for protection of Bufo melanostictus.国家自然科学基金项目(31271124);; 广东省自然科学基金项目(s2013010016062

    Biometric skills in developing countries are inadequate to support the changing priorities of agricultural research with the consequence that the quality of research aimed at increasing food security and alleviating poverty is often deficient because it lacks good statistical design" (CTA, 1997). It was on this basis that the workshop was planned, realising that not only do national scientists and statisticians (biometricians) need training in applied biometrics but they also need to be exposed to the range of problems and complexity of agricultural study design necessary for the developing world. Few courses in applied biometrics exist in universities in East and southern Africa. Training in biometrics provided hitherto by overseas institutions has been beneficial, but lecturers do not often have a full appreciation, or practical hands-on experience, of the special features of agricultural research and development in Africa. The subjects of experimental design, statistical analysis, interpretation and presentation of results are still recognised to be among the top priorities for training by national agricultural research system (NARS) scientists participating in collaborative networks co-ordinated by the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and the International Centre for Research in Agroforestry (ICRAF). There is thus a major need to establish strong training programmes in the region itself with links to existing programmes abroad

    车载甲醇在线重整制氢高性能铜锌铝催化剂的研究

    为了扩展传统铜锌铝催化剂在车载甲醇自热式重整(ATRM)制氢过程中的应用,采用反向共沉淀法制备了不同铜锌摩尔比的铜锌铝氧化物催化剂,并与工业铜锌铝催化剂SCST-401进行比较。结果发现,该类催化剂的性能随着铜锌摩尔比的增加而提高。其中,Cu30Zn10Al催化剂在200600℃范围内具有最佳的ATRM反应性能,而不含铜的催化剂Zn40Al在500600℃高温下具有与Cu20Zn20Al和Cu10Zn30Al相近的活性。此外,Cu30Zn10Al催化剂与商用催化剂SCST-401的甲醇转化率也相近,但前者铜的摩尔分数却远小于后者,且性能更稳定。在200300℃的低温下其ATRM反应表现出更高的活性。国家自然科学基金(NSFC-21276214);;福建省科技厅重点项目(2016H6024);;福建省自然科学基金(2015J05033
