Currently controversy exists in the management of Endo; SHyper. Based on the existing clinical evidence, the European Thyroid; Association (ETA) published a guideline on diagnosis and treatment of; Endo SHyper in 2015. The guidelines recommend that clinicians establish; the diagnosis of persisted Endo SHyper, then clarify its etiology, and; guide treatment by the risk stratification according to the development; of overt hyperthyroidism, adverse cardiovascular events and; osteoporosis

Other Spaces in Legal Pedagogy

There is an increasing focus upon the material and metaphoric spatial dimensions of various academic disciplines, including law. This essay considers the spatial dimensions of legal pedagogy, focusing on Critical Race Theory (CRT). The essay first explains the critical program in law and how CRT grows out of it. The essay then suggests that the critical program, and especially CRT, is as much a human geographic or spatial construct as it is a social, political or historic one, and briefly describes the nature of human geography and legal geography. It next considers how metaphors for understanding CRT\u27s position in legal pedagogy are found in some of Foucault\u27s work on geography. In Des Espaces Autres ( Other Spaces ), Foucault argues that there are three distinct social spaces in society: real spaces, utopias, and heterotopias. What unites them, Foucault suggests, is a space that includes elements of all of these spaces, a space that he calls the mirror. Applying this frame, this essay posits that CRT, both the explicit courses on the topic and the discipline itself, should be re-mapped , that is, barriers to its inclusion in the broader legal pedagogy should be eliminated. In this way, CRT can function as a Foucauldian mirror rather than a heterotopia in legal pedagogy

Population ecology of Ligophorus hamulosus on Liza carinatus

棱鮻(lIzA CArInATuS)样品于2000年12月--2001年10月取自广东湛江。按常规方法从鱼鳃上挑取小钩鲻鱼虫(lIgOPHOruS HAMulOSuS),进行压片、计数。结果显示:随着宿主体长的增长,小钩鲻鱼虫种群的平均密度、平均感染强度呈上升趋势;从12月到次年4月,其平均密度和平均感染强度上升,随后呈下降趋势,8月最低,10月略有回升;小钩鲻鱼虫种群在不同大小的宿主上和在不同季节均呈聚集分布。Ligophorus hamulosus was collected from the gills of Liza carinatus,which were captured in Zhanjiang,Guangdong Province from Dec,2000 to Nov.2001.The routine Parasitology methods were adopted in the study.The results showed that the abundance and the mean intensity of L.hamulosus population were increased with the increase of body length.From Dec.towards next Apr.the abundance and the mean intensity was increased,and afterwards they declined the lowest in Aug.but in Oct.they were increased slightly.The prevalence seemed to be decreased with the increase of the mean water temperature.The frequency distribution and the population parameters of L.hamulosus showed that the parasite populations in the host population group were over-dispersed for different body length and in different seasons.国家自然科学基金(39870144);广东省自然科学基金(980314

Focused on the nuclear fuel element; material,our research group developed a multi-component thermodynamic; database including U,Pu and other elements,by coupling CALPHAD method; and the first-principle method. Based on the thermodynamic database, the; thermodynamic model under irradiation was established and the phase; transformations under irradiation were systematically investigated. The; microstructure evolutions during solidification and aging were simulated; by using the Phase-Field method. Progress in Study on Symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Intestinal Gas

肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床较常见的慢性功能性肠道疾病,在我国发病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前IBS病因和发病机制仍未完全阐明,可能与肠道气体有关。肠道气体通常由59%N_2、21%H_2、9%CO_2、7%甲烷(CH_4)以及4%O_2组成,其中H_2和CH_4仅由肠道细菌代谢产生。IBS患者常表现为腹胀等肠胀气症状,提示存在肠道积气。近年来,IBS症状与肠道气体的关系备受关注,本文就IBS症状与肠道气体的研究进展作一综述。Irritable bowel syndrome( IBS) is a commonly seen chronic functional bowel disease,the prevalence showed a rising trend in recent year in China. At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of IBS have not yet been fully elucidated,and may be related to intestinal gas. Intestinal gas is usually composed of 59% N_2,21% H_2,9% CO_2,7%methane( CH_4) and 4% O_2,in which H_2 and CH_4 are produced only by intestinal bacteria metabolism. IBS patients usually manifested as having abdominal distension and symptoms of flatulence,suggesting the occurrence of accumulation of intestinal gas. Moreover,the limitation of the equivalent model is emphasized and analyzed with Norton model. The examples of practical application are illustrated to deepen the understanding of Thevenin's theorem
