    Determination of bisphenol A in environmental water samples by stir bar sorptive extraction based on molecularly imprinted polymer

    以双酚A(bPA)为单体,利用整体材料“原位“聚合技术制备以分子印迹聚合物为涂层的吸附萃取搅拌棒(MIP-SbSE),然后与高效液相色谱(HPlC)-二极管阵列检测器联用,探讨其对环境水样bPA的选择萃取性能。优化萃取过程中吸附和解吸时间、解吸液种类以及基底PH值和离子强度对目标化合物的选择吸附性能。在最佳条件下,MIP-SbSE可对模板分子进行有效的选择吸附,线性范围为1.0~200μg/l,检出限(S/n=3)和定量限(S/n=10)分别为0.28μg/l和0.94μg/l。在实际水样分析中,具有良好的加标回收率,其值为96.0%~108.7%。研究结果表明,所建立的方法具有简便、灵敏和环境友好等特点。A new stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) based on molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with bisphenol A as template was prepared.Based on it,a simple,selective and sensitive method for the determination of bisphenol A (BPA) was developed combined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode array detection.To achieve the optimum extraction performance,several main parameters,including extraction and desorption time,the nature of desorption solvent,pH value and contents of inorganic salt in the sample matrix,were investigated.The optimized parameters for the extraction of BPA from water matrix with the MIP-SBSE are as follows: extraction and desorption time were 120 min and 10 min,respectively; the pH value of matrix was 10.0; using acetonitrile (including 1% acetic acid) as desorption solvent; no salt was added in the matrix.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the method showed good linearity between 1.0-200 μg/L.The detection limit (S/N=3) and quantification limit (S/N=10) of the proposed method for the BPA was 0.28 μg/L and 0.94 μg/L,respectively.The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of the target compound in water samples.The recoveries of spiked target compound in real samples ranged from 96.0%-108.7%.The results indicated that the developed method possessed the advantages such as high sensitivity,simplicity,low cost and environmental friendliness.国家自然科学基金项目(No.20805039);福建省青年科技人才创新项目(No.2006F3117

    海上油田含聚生产水旋流气浮装置试验研究

    旋流气浮装置是海洋石油平台含聚污水的处理装置。装置将管式旋流分离器与微孔气浮、溶气气浮技术相结合,结构紧凑,占地面积小,适用于海上采油平台。针对海上油田特点试制一套处理量为15 m~3/h工业化样机,并进行油田现场试验。现场试验表明,该装置能将污水含油质量浓度从494 mg/L降到46.3 mg/L,除油率为90.6%;固体悬浮物质量浓度从269 mg/L降到41 mg/L,除悬浮物能力为84.5%

    Isolation and Characterization of H_2-producing Strains Enterobacter sp. and Clostridium sp.

    在高温水体中分离得到2株具有较高产氢活性的微生物菌株Z-16和C-32。根据两菌株的16SrDNA序列分析,初步鉴定菌株Z-16为Enterobactersp.,菌株C-32为Clostridiumsp.。研究了起始pH值、反应温度、碳源等对菌株放氢活性的影响。菌株Z-16的最适产氢条件为:反应系统起始pH7·0,反应温度35℃,以蔗糖为产氢底物。在最适条件下,菌株Z-16的氢转化率为2·68molH2/mol蔗糖。菌株C-32的最适产氢条件为:反应系统起始pH8·0,反应温度35℃,以麦芽糖为产氢底物。在最适条件下,菌株C-32的氢转化率为2·71molH2/mol麦芽糖。以葡萄糖为碳源时,菌株Z-16和菌株C-32的氢转化率分别为2·35和2·48molH2/mol葡萄糖。Two hydrogen-producing bacterial strains were newly isolated and identified as Enterobacter sp. Z-16 and Clostridium sp. C-32 by 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Various parameters for hydrogen production, including substrates, initial pH and temperature, have been studied. The optimum condition for hydrogen production of strain Z-16 were achieved as: initial pH7.0, temperature 35℃, sucrose as the favorite substrate. In comparison, The optimum condition for hydrogen production of strain C-32 were obtained as: initial pH8.0, temperature 35℃, maltose as the favorite substrate . Under batch fermentative hydrogen production conditions, the maximal hydrogen conversion rate for strain Z-16 and strain C-32 were 2.68 mol H_2/mol sucrose and 2.71mol H_2/mol maltose, respectively. Using glucose as substrate, the hydrogen conversion rate of strain Z-16 and strain C-32 were 2.35 and 2.48 mol H_2/mol glucose, respectively.     新生儿原发性先天性青光眼手术疗效分析

    【目的】探讨出生即发病的原发性先天性青光眼(NPCG)患儿早期行滤过手术的疗效。【方法】收集3岁以内接受小梁切开术或小梁切开联合小梁切除术NPCG患儿39例70眼,比较术前和术后眼压、眼前段情况,角膜横径,杯/盘比,并记录随访视力。采用Kaplan-Meier生存分析法分析手术成功率,Log-Rank检验法比较出生1月内手术(22眼)与1月后手术(48眼)的手术成功率。【结果】所有患儿术后眼压(mmHg;16.9±5.2)比术前(28.7±5.8)明显降低(P<0.001),术后角膜变透明或混浊减轻、角膜横径无变化、C/D值(杯盘比)减小,Kaplan-Meier生存分析法得出手术成功率在术后第1、2、3、6、9年分别为94.3%(63眼)、90.6%(52眼)、85.9%(40眼)、85.9%(23眼)、85.9%(15眼)。出生后1月内手术者手术成功率、术后视力高于出生1月后手术者(P=0.033;P=0.01)。未出现滤过泡渗漏、滤过泡炎、眼球萎缩等严重并发症。【结论】NPCG患儿早期行小梁切开或小梁切开联合小梁切除术手术安全、疗效确切

    以截留分子量为100kDa的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜纯化液相沉淀法合成的纳米氧化铁水合物乳液,并以SEM、XRD、BET等考察不同残留氯化物含量对纳米Fe2O3粉体粒径、比表面积、形貌等微观结构的影响。结果表明,膜法纯化后纳米Fe2O3粉体颗粒呈规则球状,表面界限清晰,且粒径变小,比表面积增大,性能因而得到优化
