    工业机器人普遍采用示教编程的方法,该方法利用操作者的观察获得精度,是制约工业机器人铣削精度的主要因素。为了提高工业机器人的铣削精度,提出了利用软件编程的方法,利用标定工具对工业机器人、零件夹具、铣刀夹具进行标定,求取它们之间的转换矩阵;利用标定时获得的转换矩阵,调整软件中的零件夹具、铣刀夹具的位置与姿态,使实际空间中的工业机器人、零件夹具和铣刀夹具的位置、姿态与软件空间中的工业机器人、零件夹具和铣刀夹具模型的位置、姿态关系一致;将软件空间编制的工业机器人铣削加工程序映射到实际机器人空间。由于建立的软件空间与实际空间具有一致性,所以工业机器人的标定精度即为铣削精度,实验结果表明:在标定后的软件空间编程,其铣削的位置精度可以达到0.2 MM,姿态精度可以达到0.1°,而示教编程一般的位置精度为0.5 MM,姿态精度为0.5°。At present,teaching programming is commonly used in industrial robot.The precision was obtained in this way through the watching of operator,which was the main reason that restricted industrial robot's milling precision.The software programming is proposed to use in order to improving the industrial robot's milling precision.First,calibration tool was used to calibrate industrial robot,parts fixture and milling cutter fixture to get the transition matrix among them.Then,the matrix was used to adjust parts fixture's and milling cutter fixture's position and posture in the software so that the industrial robot's,parts fixture's and milling cutter fixture's position and gesture in actual space were consistent with them in software space.At last,the industrial robot's milling procedure programmed in software space was mapped in actual space.Because the software space was consistent with the actual space,the industrial robot's calibration precision was the milling precision.The experimental results show that if the procedure is programmed in calibration software space,the positional accuracy can be 0.2 mm and the posture accuracy can be 0.1°.But if the procedure is programmed by teaching programming,the positional accuracy is common 0.5 mm,and the posture accuracy is common 0.5°

    使用分子建模软件设计出多种可能的P13团簇结构后,再用B3LYP密度泛函方法(6 31G 基组)进行几何优化和振动频率计算,得到了15种势能面上局域最小点结构(所有的振动频率均为正值),它们分别具有Cs和C2v对称性,原子团簇中的磷原子采用二或三配位成键.由楔状P8派生出的结构(Cs对称性)是最稳定的同分异体.从分子结构的几何形状上看,P8的楔状构型经常包含在P13的模型中,它是组成大分子磷原子的重要结构基元,可用来构造能量相对较低的大分子磷原子团簇

    [目的]研制益生菌复合制剂。[方法]分离、筛选纳豆芽孢杆菌XW1、乳酸菌XW2、酵母菌XW3,进行动物灌胃试验与肠道菌群检测试验。[结果]通过饲喂益生菌复合制剂,小鼠肠道厌氧菌菌群有不同程度地增多,且一些致病肠杆菌受到抑制。综合分析,得到1个益生菌复合制剂的适宜配方(108 Cfu/M l):纳豆芽孢杆菌XW1:乳酸菌XW2:酵母菌XW3为2∶1∶1。[结论]益生菌复合制剂有促进动物生长,维持肠道微生态平衡的功效。[Objective] To develop complex probiotics.[Method] Probiotic strains including bacillus natto xw1,laciobacillus xw2,microzyme xw3 were isolated.Animal feeding experiment and intestinal flora detecting experiment were carried out.[Result] After feeding by complex probiotics,the counts of anaerobic bacteria in intestine of rats significantly increased,and the counts of some pathogenic E.coli significantly declined.Througy comprehensive analysis,a appropriate scheme of complex probiotics(108 cfu/ ml)was abtained∶bacillus natto xw1∶laciobacillus xw2∶microzyme xw3 was 2∶1∶1.[Conclusion]The growth of rats and balance of bacteria in rats intestine were promoted by complex probiotics

    目的 探讨维甲酸α受体 (RARα)介导全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)抑制胃癌细胞生长的作用机理。方法 应用Northernblot分析维甲酸受体在胃癌细胞中的表达水平 ,通过脂质体转染方法将senseRARα和antisenseRARα分别转染到细胞中 ,通过MTT方法和软琼脂集落形成实验分析ATRA对转染细胞生长和恶性程度的影响 ,瞬时转染和测定氯霉素乙酰转移酶 (CAT)活性 ,分析维甲酸应答元件 (RARE)的转录活性。结果 ATRA诱导BGC 82 3细胞RARα表达 ,但不能诱导MKN 45细胞RARα表达。在转染细胞中 ,ATRA可以抑制转senseRARα的MKN细胞生长 ,但不能抑制转antisenseRARα的BGC细胞生长。与MKN 45细胞比较 ,ATRA诱导MKN/RARα细胞 βRARE的转录活性较高 ,但与BGC 82 3细胞比较 ,ATRA诱导BGC/aRARα细胞βRARE的转录活性则较低。 结论 足够量的RARα对于介导ATRA抑制胃癌细胞生长作用是必需的 【英文摘要】 Objective To study the mechanism of retinoic acid receptor α(RARα) in mediating growth inhibition of gastric cancer cells by all trans retinoic acid(ATRA).Methods Expression of RAR s was detected by Northern blot.     The Organizational Control Strategy against Employee Counterproductive Work Behavior:An Empirical Research from Social Cognitive Perspective

    本文基于社会认知的视角探讨中国企业员工反生产行为(CWb)的组织控制策略,采用跨层次分析的方法对27家企业的426名员工进行了实证研究。结果发现:虽然中国企业员工的尽责感和神经质人格特质对其CWb具有显著影响。但是,由于自利和规则导向的组织伦理气氛以及领导公正和信息公正作为重要的组织情境,不仅可以直接对CWb产生显著影响,而且还对人格特质与CWb之间的关系起到复杂的调节作用。因此,中国企业可以综合采用员工人格特质测试、组织伦理气氛培育以及组织公正环境建设等策略来进行员工CWb的组织控制。This article investigate the organizational control strategy of Chinese enterprises employee's counterproductive work behavior( CWB) from the perspective of social cognitive,using cross-level analysis method to do empirical research based on 426 employees from 26 enterprises.The results show that although Chinese employee's conscientiousness and neuroticism personality trait have the significant personality,but instrumentalism and rule oriented ethical climate,leader justice and information justice are very important organizational context,they not only have significant affect to CWB respectively,but also complex moderate the relationships between personality trait and CWB.So,Chinese enterprises can use a variety of strategies to control the employee's CWB such as employee personality test,organizational ethical climate cultivation,organizational justice environment construction,and so on.国家社会科学基金项目(14CGL018); 教育部人文社会科学规划基金项目(11YJA630057); 国家自然科学基金项目(71302175
