Comparison of mechanism for copper-excretion between Gandouling Tablets and penicillamine by metabonomics
目的探讨肝豆灵片(大黄、黄芩、黄连、半枝莲等)和青霉胺对大鼠的代谢物,以比较两者排铜机制异同。方法适应性饲养1周后,大鼠被随机分为对照组、模型组、肝豆灵组、青霉胺组。造模结束后,取各组大鼠血清样品分析其核磁共振谱峰。结果模型组大鼠血清乳酸、糖蛋白、肌酸、肌酐、谷氨酰胺、精氨酸的量升高,葡萄糖、甜菜碱、胆碱、磷酸胆碱、脂质的量降低;青霉胺组大鼠血清葡萄糖、甜菜碱、胆碱、胆碱磷酸、脂质的量升高,糖蛋白、乳酸、肌酸、肌酐、谷氨酰胺的量降低;肝豆灵组大鼠血清3-羟基丁酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、胆碱、胆碱磷酸、葡萄糖、脂质的量升高,谷氨酰胺、乳酸、肌酸、肌酐、精氨酸的量降低。结论青霉胺与肝豆灵均可明显调节铜负荷大鼠的葡萄糖、乳酸、肌酸、肌酐、胆碱、磷酸胆碱、谷氨酰胺和脂质向正常范围回归的趋势。而肝豆灵片还可调节鸟氨酸循环、支链氨基酸、3-羟基丁酸及氨的代谢。AIM To apply metabonomics to the exploration of differences in mechanism for copper-excretion between Gandouling Tablets( Rheum officinale Baill.,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Coptis chinensis Franch.,Scutellaria barbata D. Don,etc.) and penicillamine. METHODS After adaptive breeding for one week,the tested rats were randomly divided into four groups, including control, model, Gandouling Tablets and penicillamine group. After modeling,the sera of all groups were analyzed by1H-NMR spectroscopy. RESULTS The model group showed increased levels of lactate, glutamine, glycoprotein, creatine, creatinine and arginine,together with decreased levels of glucose,betaine,choline,phosphocholine and lipid. Penicillamine group had increased levels of glucose,betaine,choline,phosphocholine and lipid,together with decreased levels of glutamine,glycoprotein,lactate,creatine and creatinine. While Gandouling Tablets increased 3-hydroxybutyrate,leucine, isoleucine, valine, choline, phosphocholine, glucose and lipid, but decreased glutamine,lactate,creatine,creatinine and arginine. CONCLUSION There is a similarity of mechanism for copper excretion between Gandouling Tablets and penicillamine, mainly in the metabolic regulation of glutamine, lactate,creatine,creatinine, glucose, choline, phosphocholine and lipid returning to normal. Applying Two -peak Ratio Discriminant Analysis on Autofluorescence Spectra to Identify Adenocarcinoma Colonic Tissues
目的:分别测量了人体正常和腺癌结肠组织在300 nM、340 nM、400 nM和460 nM波长激发下的自体荧光光谱,通过对测量的自体荧光光谱分析比较,探究临床上可以用于诊断早期结肠腺癌的最佳激发波长。方法:1人体离体结肠组织样品由福建省立医院肿瘤外科提供,离体样品均在2小时内完成光谱测量。2实验采用flS920(EdInburgHInSTruMEnTS,uk)稳态荧光光谱系统对结肠组织进行自体荧光光谱测量。3实验数据利用OrIgIn 7.5系统软件进行平滑归一化,采用双峰比值法计算不同激发波长下自体荧光发射峰的荧光积分强度。结果:采用双峰比值法计算得到人体结肠组织在340 nM波长激发下(380±20)nM和(485±20)nM发射峰的荧光积分强度比值存在显著差异(P<0.001),识别的灵敏度和特异性分别为80%和73.3%。结论:结果表明340 nM可作为诊断结肠腺癌的最佳激发波长。文章的初步结论可为光诱导人体结肠组织自体荧光诊断早期结肠癌提供了一定的参考价值。Objective: To investigate the differences between normal and adenocarcinoma colonic tissues autofluorescence spectra excitated by 300 nm、340 nm、400 nm and 460 nm,respectively.The optimal diagnosis excitation wavelength used in early adenocarcinoma colonic tissues was obtained through the measurement of autofluorescence spectra.methods: ①All samples of human colonic tissues in vitro were measured in two hours,which provided by the department of surgical oncology of Fujian provincial hospital.②A FLS920 fluorescence detection system was used to collect the emission spectra excitated by 300nm 、340nm 、400 nmand 460 nm,respectively.③After smoothed and normalized by Origin 7.5 system software,the algorithms of "two-peak ratio" were employed to distinguish normal and adenocarcinoma colonic tissues.Results: The ratio of two peaks at(380±20) and(485±20) nm under the 340 nm excitation excited sufficient difference(P<0.001),which the sensitivity was 80% and specificity was 73.3%.Conclusions: The results showed that 340 nm excitation was the optimum diagnostic wavelength.In conclusion,our results can provide a potential value in early diagnosis of human colonic tissues.三明学院自然科学基金项目(编号B201009/Q
Design and implementation of testing platform of small form-factor pluggable transceiver based on LabVIEW
介绍了一种利用lAbVIEW构建SfP(SMAll fOrM-fACTOr PluggAblE)光模块测试平台的方法。测试平台通过读写计算机并口来映射地址上的数据,控制并口端口的逻辑电平实现计算机并口模拟I2C总线。计算机利用模拟的I2C总线与SfP光模块实现通信。分析了生产者/消费者结构队列状态机并用于设计中,该设计模式可以及时响应前面板动作或外部事件,并且使得状态机的状态变换更加灵活多变。This paper introduces a method of constructing a SFP(small form-factor pluggable) transceiver testing platform by using LabVIEW.The testing platform controls the logic level of parallel port to simulate I2C Bus by reading and writing the data of address which map to the parallel port.The computer can attach to the SFP transceiver by means of the I2C Bus.This paper also analyzes and applies queued state machine-producer consumer architecture,this kind of design style can respond to the action of front panel or external happening without delay.What's more,it can make transformation of state more flexible and changeable
