    分析了大弹涂肌肉、鳃、肝脏、内脏 (不含肝脏 )以及卵巢等不同器官的还原型谷胱甘肽含量 ,并以还原型谷胱甘肽含量较高的肝脏和卵巢为研究对象 ,在实验生态条件下 ,将大弹涂鱼暴露于 0 ,0 .0 5 ,0 .2和 0 .5mg/L等不同浓度的苯并 (a)芘 3d ,比较这两个器官中还原型谷胱甘肽含量的变化。结果显示 ,苯并 (a)芘胁迫下 ,大弹涂鱼肝脏和卵巢还原型谷胱甘肽含量均显著升高 (P≤ 0 .0 5 ) ;表明肝脏和卵巢都是代谢苯并 (a)芘的主要器官 ,还原型谷胱甘肽含量的显著升高表明机体对苯并 (a)芘胁迫的适应性反应。The contents of GSH in different organs of tissues such as musle, gill, liver, viscera(exclude the liver) and ovary in Boleophthalmus pectinirostris were measured. The changes of GSH content in the liver and ovary in which the GSH contents were much higher than the others, had been compared in condition of experiment after fishes were exposed to BaP at concentration of 0, 0.05, 0.2 and 0.5 mg/L respectively for 3 d. The results show that the contents of GSH in the liver and ovary of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris change significantly ( P ≤0.05). It turns out that both the liver and the ovary are the key organ in metabolism of BaP.     以武汉龙王嘴污水处理系统为研究对象,揭示了污水处理各阶段中浮游生物群落的DNA指纹拓扑结构,进而探索了其与浮游生物群落结构和环境理化因子的关系.首先建立了污水处理系统中浮游生物群落总DNA提取方法,然后用原核与真核特异性引物对流程(A2/O氧化沟工艺)中不同阶段的浮游生物群落总DNA进行PCR扩增,用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)检测,并对平行水样分别进行常规理化因子和浮游生物物种的检测与鉴定.结果显示,各采样点理化因子、物种组成与浮游生物DNA指纹的统计分析结果十分吻合,厌氧、缺氧和好氧阶段间差异较小,

    Advances in bacterial iron homeostasis and antibiotics killing mechanism

    传统研究认为不同种类的抗生素有其各自不同的杀菌途径,然而近年人们发现了一条抗生素杀菌的共用通路,那就是当细菌细胞受到抗生素致死性刺激时,呼吸链代谢异常产生大量活性氧簇(ROS),而铁离子对ROS介导的杀菌至关重要。本文参阅近年来国内外研究结果,介绍了铁吸收、储存和利用有关的细菌铁代谢系统及其调控机制,重点讨论铁离子的调控及其与抗生素介导的ROS形成的相互作用关系。对于细菌耐药机制的研究与寻找新型药物作用靶点,探索有效控制手段和开发新药有重要意义。Previous research suggested that different antibiotics kill bacteria via various targets or mechanisms. However, recent study indicated that a common mechanism might be shared by most bactericidal antibiotics. When bacteria suffered lethal stress by antibiotics, reactive oxygen species(ROS) was induced by abnormal respiratory chain reaction in which iron played a key role. By reviewing current research progress regarding antibiotic resistance and iron related proteins in bacteria, including the iron absorbing, storage and consumption system in bacteria, this paper will mainly discuss the possible linkage/interaction between the regulation of ferrous ion and ROS induced by antibiotics.     Effect of Yuhan Nuanwei Cream Acupoints Stiking Therapy on Gastric Mucosa TNF-α,PCNA of Mice with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

    目的:研究御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠胃黏膜肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响,探讨御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变CAG大鼠胃黏膜损伤修复的作用机制。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴组、药物对照组,采用综合干预方法复制慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠模型,肉眼下观察大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数,光镜下观察胃黏膜组织的病理变化,采用酶联免疫分析法测定胃黏膜细胞中TNF-α、PCNA的表达水平。结果:与正常组比较,模型组的大鼠胃黏膜组织病理学检查提示存在腺体的萎缩和一定程度的细胞异型增生,大鼠胃黏膜细胞中TNF-α、PCNA的表达水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴组和药物对照组大鼠胃黏膜组织的病理损伤得到修复,大鼠胃黏膜细胞中TNF-α、PCNA的表达水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴可以促进CAG大鼠胃黏膜损伤的修复,该作用可能是通过调节胃黏膜细胞TNF-α、PCNA的表达水平来实验的。Objective:To study the effect of Yuhan Nuanwei cream(YNC)acupoints stiking therapy on gastric mucosa tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression of mice with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),so to discuss the renovation mechanism of YNC on CAG precancerous lesions. Methods:The mice were divided into normal group,model group,YNC group,drug control group. Duplicate mice model with CAG precancerous lesions by the method of comprehensive intervention,observe gastric mucosal lesion index of mice with the naked eyes,observe pathological change of gastric mucosa tissue under light microscope,measure expression level of TNF-α and PCNA in gastric mucosa cells by the method of enzyme-linked immunoassay. Results: Comparing with normal group, mice gastric mucosa histopathological examinations in model group reminded that there exist gland atrophy and some degree of cell atypical hyperplasia,the expression level of TNF-α and PCNA in mice gastric mucosa cell are increased,differences being significant(P<0.05). Comparing with model group,pathological damage of mice gastric mucosa tissue in YNC group and drug control group obtained obvious repair,the expression level of TNF-α and PCNA in mice gastric mucosa cell were dropped, differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of YNC acupoints stiking therapy can promote the renovation of CAG mice gastric mucosal lesion.     Effects of Catalase Activities in the Liver of Boleophthalmus Pectinirostris with Benzo(a) Pyrene Exposure.

    Changes of catalase(CAT) activities in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris with benzo(a)pyrene(BaP) exposure are detected in experimental condition. The results show that there is no significant changes for CAT activities in control group and 0.05mg·L -1 BaP group with prolonged exposure ( P >0.05), whereas they are depressed significantly at concentration of 0.5mg·L -1 ( P ≤0.05). In 3 days exposure, CAT activities decrease significantly with the increase of BaP concentration ( P ≤0.05). This might indicate that exposure to higher BaP concentrations might have toxic effect to fishes. The activities of CAT increase significantly to control level after BaP was removed. It turned out that the physiological modulatary mechanism still existed in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris . All the results show that CAT activity might be suitable to be the bioindicator of BaP exposure.高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目 (498760 2 9)资

    几种天然产物在海洋防污涂料中的应用研究

    将天然产物齐墩果酸、蛇床子素和鱼藤酮作为防污剂,分别制备海洋防污涂料,在厦门海域检验其海区防污效能,并与已报道在厦门海域具防污效能的天然产物喜树碱进行比较,发现蛇床子素和鱼藤酮在海区挂板2个月内显示出一定的防污效能,齐墩果酸没有呈现出防污效能,而喜树碱的海区防污效能明显优于上述3种天然产物。另外,将喜树碱与鱼藤酮进行1∶1复配,并将这2种天然产物与氧化亚铜、N-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)马来酰亚胺(TCPM)和吡啶硫铜锌(ZPT)这3种防污(助)剂分别进行1∶1复配,共获得7种复配防污剂,制备相应的海洋防污涂料以检测其防污效能,发现喜树碱-TCPM、喜树碱-ZPT以及喜树碱-鱼藤酮这3种复配防污剂具良好的防污效能。进一步在上述涂料中选取了防污效能最优的含喜树碱涂料,在福建东山海域和海南陵水海域分别进行了海区挂板试验,结果表明含喜树碱涂料在这2个海域均显示出稳定、优异的防污效能,且期效可达13个月以上。文中研究为推进天然防污产物在海洋防污涂料中的应用进程提供了重要资料。厦门市海洋经济创新发展示范产业链协同创新类项目(16CZB023SF12);;海洋(赤潮)灾害立体监测技术与应用国家海洋局重点实验室开放研究基金(MATHAB201808);;福建省海洋经济发展补助资金项目(FJHJF-L-2018-2

    Fluormentric Determination of Superoxide Dismutase

    对肾上腺素自氧化反应进行了研究, 发现反应中间产物能发出较强的荧光, 其生成量受超氧化物歧化酶的抑制. 据此建立了分析超氧化物歧化酶的新方法. 该方法线性范围为0 ~52-6ng/M l, 检测限为8-56ng/Ml, 相对标准偏差为1-6 % ( n = 6) .A fluorescent method is proposed for the determination of superoxide dismutase (SOD) based on epinephrine autoxidation.We found that the intermediate product of the autoxidation process of epinephrine autoxidation.Can fluoresce rather strongly at 533 nm when excited at 333 nm.The amount of SOD is linearly dependent on the extent of the decrease of the fluorescence of the immediate.Under optimum conditions, the calibration graph was linear over a range of 0~53 ng/mL SOD.The detection limit was 8 6 ng/mL SOD.The relative deviation was 1 6% for 26 ng/mL SOD ( \%n\%=6 ).国家自然科学基金!(29677014
