    研究了苯并 (a)芘 (BaP)胁迫下大弹涂鱼肝脏芳烃羟化酶 (AHH)活性的变化 ,结果显示 :BaP对大弹涂鱼肝脏AHH活性总体表现为显著的诱导作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中BaP暴露的浓度及时间是影响AHH活性的重要因素。 0 .0 5mg·L-1浓度的BaP暴露对AHH活性无显著影响 ,而 0 .2mg·L-1和 0 .5mg·L-1浓度组AHH活性则显著被诱导 (P <0 .0 1)。随着暴污时间的延长 ,0 .2mg·L-1浓度组AHH活性被显著诱导 (P <0 .0 1) ,而 0 .5mg·L-1组AHH活性则相对稳定。对AHH活性变化的剂量 效应关系进行回归分析的结果表明 ,0 .5mg·L-1浓度组暴露 7d时 ,AHH活性受到一定程度的抑制。污染解除后 ,0 .5mg·L-1浓度组AHH活性显著降低 ,恢复至与对照组相近 ,表明大弹涂鱼肝脏仍具有较强的生理调节机能 ,同时也表明AHH活性可及时反映环境中BaP的水平。以上这些结果表明AHH适于作为大弹涂鱼受BaP胁迫的生物指标。Changes of aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase(AHH) activities in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris with benzo(a)pyrene(BaP) exposure were detected in experimental condition. The results showed that the activities of AHH were significantly induced by BaP(P<0.01). Factors including BaP concentration and exposure time had important effect on AHH activities. The activities of AHH decreased to the control level after BaP was removed. It turned out that the physiological modulatary mechanism was still exist in the liver of B. pectinirostris and the activities of AHH could reflect the level of BaP in the environment.     研究大弹涂鱼 (Boleophthalmuspectinirostris)暴露于 0 .0 5、0 .2 0和 0 .50mg/L不同质量浓度苯并(a)芘 (BaP)溶液中 1周 ,其肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GPx)活性的变化。结果显示 ,0 .5mg/LBaP组中 ,随暴露时间的延长 ,大弹涂鱼肝脏GPx活性被显著抑制 (P≤ 0 .0 5) ;暴露 3d ,随BaP浓度的增加 ,GPx活性显著降低 (P≤ 0 .0 5) ,表明高剂量的BaP可对其肝脏产生毒性作用。将大弹涂鱼暴露于 0 .50mg/LBaP 3d ,再转入清洁海水中 4d ,其肝脏GPx活性可恢复至对照组水平 ,表明其肝脏仍具有较强的生理调节机能。GPx活性的变化间接反映了环境中氧化污染物的存在 ,有可能作为大弹涂鱼受BaP胁迫的生化指标。Boleophthalmus pectinirostris were exposed to BaP containing seawater at concentrations of 0.05, 0.20 and 0.50 mg/L for 1 week. The analysis results showed that the glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activities in the liver of B. pectinirostris decreased significantly with prolonged BaP exposure time at concentration of 0.50 mg/L (P≤0.05). During 3 days exposure, the GPx activities decreased significantly with the increasing of BaP concentration (P≤0.05). It is supposed that exposure to higher concentration of BaP may produce toxic effect on the liver. The GPx activity recovered the same level as control after 3 days BaP exposure at concentration of 0.50 mg/L and 4 days recovery in clear seawater. It turns out that the physiological modulatary mechanism does work in the liver of B.pectinirostris. It can be concluded that the changes of GPx activity can reflect the existence of redox reactive contaminants in the environment so that GPx activity can be a bio chemical indicator of BaP exposure for B.pectinirostris.福建省自然科学基金资助项目!     Effect of benzo(a)pyrene on antioxidant enzyme activities in Boleophthalmus pectinirostris liver.

    在实验条件下 ,研究了不同浓度苯并 (a)芘 (BaP)暴露对大弹涂鱼肝脏内抗氧化酶 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GPx)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性的影响 .结果表明 ,不同浓度的BaP暴露对抗氧化酶活性产生不同程度的影响 .低浓度组 (3μg·L-1)BaP暴露 ,抗氧化酶活性未发生显著变化 .高浓度组 (30 μg·L-1)BaP暴露 ,随着污染时间的延长 ,SOD活性在第 3天显著升高 (α≤ 0 .0 5 ) ,随后逐渐降至对照组水平 ;GPx活性则在第 7天显著升高 (α≤ 0 .0 5 ) .在整个实验周期中 ,BaP暴露浓度的变化以及暴露时间的延长对CAT活性无显著影响 .The effect of different BaP concentrations on the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GPx) and catalase(CAT) in Boleophthalmus pectinirostris liver was studied under experimental condition.The results showed that the activities of antioxidant enzymes did not change too much with BaP exposure in lower concentration,whereas the SOD and GPx activities were increased significantly with BaP exposure in higher concentration.No statistical changes were observed in the effect of BaP exposure in different concentrations on CAT activities throughout the experiment.高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金;; 国家自然科学基金!资助项目 (498760 2 9

    DNA damage in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris with benzo(a) pyrene exposure

    在实验生态条件下 ,采用碱解旋技术检测了暴露于BaP后大弹涂鱼肝脏的DNA单链断裂程度 ,结果发现DNA单链断裂程度同时受到曝污时间和曝污浓度的影响 ,并具有一定的时间—效应和剂量—效应特征 ;污染解除后DNA单链断裂程度未明显减轻 ,表明DNA损伤的修复能力较弱。以上这些结果表明DNA单链断裂适于作为BaP暴露后DNA损伤的检测指标。DNA single strand breaks in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris with benzo(a) pyrene exposure were detected using DNA alkaline unwinding assay under experimental ecological conditions. It turned out that DNA single strand breaks were effected by exposure time and exposure concentration and were time dependent and dose related. The repair of DNA damage was weak because no significant change was observed after the fishes were transferred to clean sea water.     在实验生态条件下,研究不同浓度苯并(a)芘(BaP)暴露下大弹涂鱼肝脏细胞超微结构的变化.结果表明,暴露于低浓度(0.5 mg·L-1)BaP 7 d,大弹涂鱼肝脏细胞内的细胞器受到不同程度的损伤,其中线粒体和内质网是受BaP暴露影响最明显的细胞器,细胞核也受到不同程度的影响,细胞质中脂滴也增加;而暴露于高浓度(5 mg·L-1)BaP 2 h,不仅是线粒体和内质网,几乎所有细胞器都受到严重影响,细胞器严重退化,细胞结构遭到严重破坏.研究结果证实,BaP可对大弹涂鱼肝细胞内多种细胞器造成损伤,并且BaP浓度越高,损伤程度越严重.The changes of ultrastructures of hepatic cells of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris were investigated after the fish were exposed under benzo (a) pyrene in different concentrations under experimental condition. The results showed that the organelles in hepatic cells of B. pectinirostris were damaged to different extents after the fish was exposed under lower concentration of BaP (0.5 mg·L-1) for up to 7 d, in which, mitochondria and endo-plasmic reticulum were the chief organelles affected by BaP exposure. While the fish was exposed under higher concentration of BaP (5 mg·L-1 ) for 2 h, almost all of the organelles including mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum in hepatic cells of B. pectinirostr were affected by BaP exposure. The structures of liver cells were seriously damaged. It was demonstrated that BaP could produce multiorganalle lesions in hepatic cells of B. pectinirostris, and the severity extent of such lesions was dependent on the concentration level of BaP.国家自然科学基金资助项目(49876029

    Th effects of benzo(a)pyrene(BaP) on superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities, reduced glutathione(GSH) content and malondialdehyde(MDA) concentration in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris are studied in experimental condition. The results show that the activities of SOD is induced, the content of GSH increased and the concentration of MDA elevated significantly under the exposure of 30 μg/L BaP during 7 days. The overall effects are that the oxidative stress occurs under the BaP exposure, which indicates that the reactive oxygen species(ROS) have been produced in large quantities and the membrane system of the cell has been damaged.     JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
