    Test and Significance of CEA, NSE, CA125, CYFRA21-1 in Lung Cancer

    目的 探讨CEA、NSE、CA125、CYFRA21-1在肺癌中的检测及意义.方法 回顾性分析2015年10月—2016年12月医院收治的肺部疾病患者166例,其中89例肺癌患者设为肺癌组,其余77例肺部良性病变患者设为肺部良性病变组.另选择35名健康志愿者作为健康对照组,电化学发光法检测3组血清中CEA、NSE、CA125、CYFRA21-1含量,分析单项及联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值.结果 肺癌组患者血清CEA、NSE、CA125、CYFRA21-1分别为(4.32±0.83)ng/mL、(11.54±4.17)ng/mL、(37.89±6.69)U/mL、(4.02±0.56)ng/mL,均高于肺部良性病变组和健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).肺部良性病变组和健康对照组血清CEA、NSE、CA125、CYFRA21-1比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).CEA、NSE、CA125、CYFRA21-1单项诊断肺癌的敏感性偏低,特异度较高;而四项联合检测诊断肺癌的敏感性显著升高,为87.64%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);特异度略有降低,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 肺癌患者血清中CEA、NSE、CA125、CYFRA21-1升高,四项联合检测可以提高对肺癌的诊断准确性.Objective To study the test and significance of CEA, NSE, CA125, CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer. Methods 166 cases of patients with lung diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the lung cancer group with 89 cases and lung benign lesion group with 77 cases in each, and 35 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as the control group, and the contents of CEA,NSE,CA125,CYFRA21- 1 in serum of the three groups were tested by the electrochemiluminescence, and the diagnosis value of single and com- bined test for lung cancer was analyzed. Results The serum CEA,NSE,CA125,CYFRA21-1 in the lung cancer group were respectively (4.32±0.83)ng/mL, (ll.54±4.17)ng/mL, (37.89±6.69)U/mL, (4.02±0.56)ng/mL; which were higher than those in the lung benign lesion group and healthy control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05), and the differences in the CEA,NSE,CA125,CYFRA21-1 in serum between the lung benign lesion group and healthy control group were not statistically significant (P〉0.05), and the sensitivity of single diagnosis of CEA,NSE, CA125,CYFRA21-1 for lung cancer was lower and the specificity was higher, but the sensitivity of four combined test in diagnosis of lung cancer .obviously increased, (87.64%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), the specificity slightly decreased, and the difference was not statistically significant (/9〉0.05). Conclusion The CEA, NSE, CA125, CYFRA21-1 in serum of patients with lung cancer increase, and the four combined test can improve the diag-nostic accuracy of lung cancer

    本文探究中国股票特质波动率与横截面收益之间的关系,以沪深A股从2000年到2014年共782周的周度收益率数据为样本,结合最新的Fama-French五因子模型,通过滚动窗口回归的方法得到每只股票的特质波动率,再用分组法和Fama-Macheth回归来检验当期的特质波动率对接下来一到五周的股票横截面收益是否有一定的预测能力。研究表明,股票特质波动率与横截面收益率呈正相关关系,但这种相关关系在分组法下并不显著,因此股票的特质波动率在实践中并不能用来预测股票收益率,这从侧面证明了中国股市的有效市场假说

    Novel Ensemble Analytic Discrete Framelet Expansion for Machinery Fault Diagnosis

    小波变换被称为“数学显微镜“,它对机械信号的多尺度分析在机械设备状态监测和故障诊断领域发挥着重要的作用。然而传统二进小波变换在工程应用中存在一些显著的不足,如平移敏感性、小波尺度能量泄漏、固定的二进“频率?尺度“划分网格等。尤其是后者使得经典小波变换对处于二进网格过渡带的特征分析中产生不可避免的“盲区“。基于此,提出一种基于过完备小波紧框架的新式“时间-尺度“分析方法-衍生增强离散解析小波分析框架。该小波分析框架基于双树复小波变换进行构造,通过合理地选择双树复小波基函数,并将之应用于增广树形迭代滤波器组中生成近似解析小波包变换,通过对近似解析小波包变换的分析结果进行子空间重排和小波包尺度空间交叉结合,构造伪二进小波包隐框架。在多尺度分解的意义下,所提出的衍生增强离散解析小波分析框架(近似解析小波框架和伪二进小波包隐框架)很好地改进了经典小波存在时频表达能力方面的限制,有效地移动了小波尺度的中心频率,实现了自顶向下、多中心连续细化的“频率-尺度“分析网格。将之应用于的带钢精轧机的微弱故障特征提取中,验证了所提出方法对于经典小波分析方法的优越性。As the celebrated "mathematical scope", the multi-resolution analyzing capacity of wavelet transform(WT) plays an important role in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment.However, it has proven that the effectiveness of WT is hampered by several negative factors, such as shift-sensitiveness, significant energy leakage, and the fixed dyadic "frequency-sale" paving.Especially, the dyadic "frequency-sale" paving creates inevitable deficiency in identifying mechanical signatures located in transition areas of adjacent wavelet scales.A novel "time-sale" analysis methodology, named as derived ensemble analytic framelet(DEAF), based on overcomplete wavelet tight frame, is proposed.The DEAF is developed based on the existing dual tree complex wavelet transform(DTCWT).The DEAF starts from a selected DTCWT basis, and combines it with a hybrid augmented tree-structured filter-bank, which results in quasi analytic wavelet packet decomposition(QAWPD).With the results of QAWPT, an ensemble wavelet packet generating strategy is applied such that an unprecedented implicit wavelet packet tight frame(IWPTF) containing pseudo dyadic wavelet packets is obtained.With the combination of QAWPD and IWPTF, the proposed DEAF can be derived which possesses the "frequency-sale" paving characterized by continued time-frequency refinement of analysis centers.The proposed technique is applied to the mechanical signature analysis of an engineering application to validate its superiority compared with the existing methods.国家自然科学基金(51275382); 国家科技重大专项(2010ZX04014-016;2011ZX04003-021)资助项

    Effect of pretreatment temperature on volatile fatty acids production by activated sludge

    考察了预处理温度对剩余污泥水解酸化生产挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)的影响。分别在70、80、90、100℃下处理剩余活性污泥2 h,考察其水解酸化情况。结果表明:热处理可提高溶液中的SCOD及碳水化合物含量,提高效果随温度升高而增大;预处理温度对污泥产酸的促进效果为:90℃>80℃>100℃>70℃。经加90℃处理的活性污泥在缺氧条件下水解酸化30 h后,VFAs的产酸量达到最大,为946 mg/L。VFAs包括乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和戊酸,其中乙酸和丙酸为主要产物,热预处理污泥可提高VFAs中乙酸的含量。The effect of thermal pretreatment temperature on solubilization an acidification of waste sludge(WAS) was investigated.Pretreatment temperatures of WAS ranged from 70℃ to 100℃ and holding time was 2 h.The results showed that COD solubilization was found to increase with treatment temperature.Whereas,total volatile fatty acid(TVFAs)concentration was found to be in the following order:90℃>80℃>100℃>70℃.The optimal pretreatment temperature was 90℃.The VFAs concentration of WAS pretreated under 90℃ was 946 mg/L after 30 h of fermentation.The VFAs consisted of acetic,propionic,butyric and valeric acids,but acetic and propionic acids were the two main products.The proportion of acetic acid was increased by thermal pretreatment.福建省科技重点项目(2008Y0060);; 厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20073005);; 新加坡厦大校友会研发与学术交流基金项

    Catalytic Performance of MoVBiTeO/SiO_2 for Selective Oxidation of Propane to Acrolein

    [中文文摘]用浸渍法制备了一系列不同Mo/V比的MoVBiTeO/SiO2催化剂,并用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱、程序升温还原和红外光谱等方法对催化剂的结构、氧化还原性质和酸性进行了表征,考察了催化剂对丙烷选择氧化制丙烯醛反应的催化性能.结果表明,Mo与V组分之间存在较强的相互作用,调变了催化剂的结构,并形成了氧化还原循环(V5++Mo5+V4++Mo6+),促进了催化剂中电子和O物种的传递,使催化剂的低温可还原性增强,催化活性提高.Mo组分有利于形成L酸位,而V组分有利于形成B酸位.这可能是丙烯醛选择性随Mo/V比增大而逐渐提高的原因之一.当Mo/V摩尔比为6时,催化剂具有最高的丙烯醛收率(9.7%)。[英文文摘]A series of MoVBiTeO/SiO2 catalyst samples with different Mo/V ratios were prepared by the impregnation method.The catalyst structure,reducibility,and acidity were characterized by XRD,Raman,XPS,TPR,and FT-IR techniques,and the catalytic performance of the catalyst for selective oxidation of propane to acrolein was evaluated.The results indicated that the interaction between Mo and V components modified the catalyst structure,and the redox cycle of V5++Mo5+V4++Mo6+ was formed.The improvement in the reducibility of the catalyst might be responsible for the increase in propane conversion. The V and Mo components were responsible for B acid and L acid , respectively. When the Mo/ V ratio increased , the amount of B acid de2 creased , and the catalyst selectivity for acrolein increased.     Highly-Dispersed NiO Nanoparticles on SBA-15 for Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Propane to Propylene

[英文文摘]A series of NiO/SBA-15 (wNiO=20%) catalysts were prepared by impregnating SBA-15 with an aqueous solution of nickel nitrate followed by calcining under three different atmospheres. The resulting materials were studied with regard to the oxidative dehydrogenation of propane (ODHP) to propylene.Compared to the catalysts calcined under either static or moving air, the NiO/SBA-15-NO catalyst calcined under flowing 1%NO/He (VNO/VHe=1:99) atmosphere demonstrated greater activity for this reaction at low temperature. Propylene yield of ~13% with propane conversion of ~29% was obtained at 350 °C and the propylene selectivity remained at about 45% even when the reaction temperature was raised to 450 °C.X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), H2-temperature program reduction (H2-TPR), and O2-temperature program desorption (O2-TPD) characterizations were used to investigate the intrinsic differences between these NiO/SBA-15 catalysts. It was found that NiO species in the catalyst calcined under 1%NO/He atmosphere were highly dispersed inside the mesopores of SBA-15. With the increasing of NiO dispersion on the support, the quantity of NiO species with a reduction temperature above 450 °C increased significantly. In addition, the density of O- species on the catalyst calcined under 1%NO/He was much higher than that in the case of the other two samples.
