    一种利用顶点位形描述的任意正交折线线圈阻抗解析建模新方法

    本文利用顶点位形描述方法,建立了任意正交折线线圈阻抗的封闭模型.首先,利用二阶矢量位公式对一个线形矩形线圈的电磁场分布进行描述,并推导了该矩形线圈的标量势表达式,其包含有一个利用矩形四个顶点的位置因子和角形因子进行描述的积分项;其次,证明了角形因子的两个重要性质,并利用该性质将矩形线圈的标量势表达式推广到任意正交折线线圈的情况;最后,建立了任意正交折线线圈阻抗的解析表达式,并以矩形螺线线圈为例进行了阻抗计算,并将计算结果与实验测量值进行了对比.结果表明,计算值与测量值之间有较好的吻合度.相对于现有的矩形描述法,本文所提方法在简化建模过程及提高建模速度方面具有明显优势.国家自然科学基金(No.51677158

    束缚和异氟烷麻醉对大鼠心率变异性及HPA轴影响的比较

    目的为了观察束缚固定和异氟烷(流量:0.8 L,浓度:1.5%)麻醉状态中大鼠的心率变异性的变化;并通过比较9天每天30 min束缚干预和异氟烷麻醉对大鼠的体重、痛阈以及与HPA轴相关激素的影响,来评估长期使用异氟烷麻醉和束缚固定对大鼠应激程度的影响,选择更适宜的大鼠固定方法,为基础医学的实验方法提供重要的参考。方法 SD大鼠随机分为3组:空白组,束缚组,异氟烷麻醉组。急性实验通过记录大鼠心电图15 min,观察束缚固定和异氟烷麻醉情况下大鼠心率,心率变异性的变化。慢性实验中比较连续干预9天(30 min/d)前后3组大鼠体重、痛阈变化以及与应激状态相关激素含量的变化。结果 1)急性试验:与空白组大鼠相比,束缚干预和异氟烷麻醉均造成大鼠心率显著增加,具有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论以上结果提示:低浓度的异氟烷造成麻醉中大鼠心率增加,心率变异性下降,产生以交感兴奋为主的自主神经功能状态改变。多次束缚固定易造成大鼠HPA轴激活,产生慢性应激的效应。在长期需要固定动物的实验中,与束缚固定相比异氟烷麻醉是更好的固定方法。国家自然科学基金(81674083

    Expression of recombinant hARRG cDNA in E.coli and purification of hARRG protein

    目的 构建含重组人类抗砷相关基因 (humanarsenicresistencerelatedgene ,hARRG)的表达载体 ,诱导其在转化菌表达 ,分离纯化表达蛋白 ,研究该蛋白质的理化性质、抗砷功能和免疫活性 ,深入研究人类对砷化物的抵抗作用。方法 将hARRGcDNA开放阅读框亚克隆到原核表达载体Pet11C中 ,用异丙基 - β -D -硫代半乳糖苷 (IPTG)诱导表达蛋白质 ,利用阴离子交换柱Sepharose纯化蛋白质 ,SDS -PAGE胶电泳观察结果。 结果 将hARRGcDNA成功亚克隆到原核表达载体Pet11C中 ,并成功在大肠杆菌中表达 ,表达的hARRG蛋白占菌体蛋白的 5 %左右 ,该蛋白质被分离纯化。结论 原核表达载体Pet11C可以在大肠杆菌中表达hARRGcDNA ,可用阴离子交换柱Sepharose纯化抗砷相关蛋白质Objective To construct expression vector of the recombinant human arsenic resistance related gene (hARRG),induce its expression in DE\-3 and isolate and purify expression product,for studying the physiochemistry characteristic,function and immune activity of the protein,and further researching the arsenic resistant effects of human.Methods hARRG cDNA was subcloned into prokaryotic expression vector Pet11C.The recombinant protein expression was induced by IPTG,then,the protein was purified by anions Ion-exchange column Sepharose and examined by SDS-PAGE gel.Results hARRG cDNA was successfully subcloned into prokaryotic expression vector Pet11C and expressed in E.coli and the protein was purified by anions Ion-exchange column successfully.Conclusion Pet11C excpression vector containing hARRG cDNA wassuccessfully constructed,the cell DE\-3 transformed with expression vector capable of expression the gene and a hARRG protein could be purified by anions Ion-exchange column Sepharose.国家自然科学基金资助项目 (30 0 60 0 74

    厦门市某医院体检人群中有机氯农药暴露与胆石症发病的关联性研究

    目的探讨厦门市第二医院体检人群中有机氯农药暴露与胆结石发生的关联及其发病危险因素。方法收集2015年2月-8月在医院健康体检人群中经B超确诊的新发胆囊结石患者100例,以同期参加体检的非胆囊结石者为对照,进行1∶2配比的病例对照研究。进行流行病学调查,采用气相色谱联用电子捕获器检测研究对象外周血中有机氯农药水平。应用多因素条件Logistic回归模型分析有机氯农药与胆囊结石发病的关系。结果病例组血清中α-HCH残留水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;Logistic回归分析非酒精性脂肪肝、2型糖尿病、血清α-HCH含量增高可能增加胆结石的患病危险,OR值及95%CI分别为5.134(1.952~13.502)、4.754(1.849~12.220)和1.357(1.094~1.854)。结论环境有机氯农药暴露可能是胆囊结石病发生的危险因素。厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20163006);厦门市集美区科技计划项目(20142C01);厦门大学校长基金(20720152012)

    为考察创业板信息技术业上市公司的资本结构和资产结构对企业发展的影响,以创业板信息技术业上市公司为研究对象,运用stata软件对资本结构、资产结构与企业绩效的关系进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,我国创业板信息技术业公司偏好内源融资和以短期借款为主的外源融资,长期资金的缺乏导致流动负债比例偏高、研发投入不足。创业板信息技术业的无形资产效率较低,说明无形资产没有在高新技术企业的发展中发挥应有的作用。该类企业应在优化资本结构的同时,加大对无形资产的研发投入和管理力度,以发挥高新技术业的优势。In order to investigate the impact of the GEM information technology industry listed companies’ capital structure and asset structure on the companies’ development,takes the GEM information technology industry listed companies as the research object,and using stata software,this paper made an empirical analysis on the relationship among capital structure,asset structure and corporate performance. The research results show that the GEM companies give preference to endogenous financing and give priority to short-term borrowing external financing; because of the lack of long-term funds,current liability is of high proportion and the R&D input is insufficient. The efficiency of intangible assets in the GEM information technology industry is not high; it indicates that the intangible assets are not play a proper role in the development of high-tech enterprises.     Investigation of the Frosting Performance and Improvement of the Defrosting Method for an Air-cooler under Low Temperature Condition

    A theoretical analysis was carried out and a mathematical model was proposed for air - cooler frosting performance. The comparison of the calculated thickness Of the frost layer shows good agreement with the experimental data. The average difference is 8.99%. Further studies were carried out on the factors affecting heat transfer surface, the coefficient of heat transfer and the air side pressure drop during a frosting process. The characteristics of frost growth were analyzed under different inlet air temperature, relative humidity and velocity. The calculated results show that the inlet air temperature and the relative humidity of the inlet air have obvious influence on the frosting. Disadvantages of the present defrosting methods were analyzed. In order to reduce the first cost and energy consumption of the refrigeration system for a cold - storage enterprise, an improved method of defrosting for an ammonia air - cooler was proposed. It was proved that the improved method is practical for improving the energy saving, lowering manufacture cost and enhancing economical benefits

    基于Micaps常规资料、NCEP再分析资料和中尺度自动站雨量资料,结合WRF高精度数值模拟输出的诊断物理量,研究了 2013年10月7日20:00至8日08:00发生于浙江东北部的短时大暴雨天气过程的成因.结果表明:这次大暴雨过程主要由台风“菲特”残留云系、超强台风“丹娜丝”和北方的弱冷空气共同影响产生;假相当位温及地面风场的分布很好地反映了此次大暴雨过程中的不稳定强对流及冷暖空气交汇的形势.垂直螺旋度、湿位涡的分布及演变情况与强降水的移动及强度变化有很好的对应关系,暴雨区上空螺旋度对应上负下正的垂直分布形势,低层的湿位涡分布与暴雨中心对应较好,对暴雨落区和暴雨中心有一定的指向作用.这对今后预报秋季台风外围大暴雨过程有指示意义
