    针对生产过程中生产作业的优化调度问题,以生产质量、效率和成本阈值为约束条件,基于集对分析建立了的生产质量—效率—成本控制的生产作业多目标优化模型;利用快速非支配排序遗传算法(nSgA-Ⅱ)求解优化模型,得到相对确定条件下质量—效率—成本控制的PArETO最优解集。决策者依据实际生产过程需要,为各项生产作业从PArETO最优解集中筛选最合理的调度方案。最后,通过算例仿真验证了结合集对分析与nSgA-Ⅱ的方法解决生产作业多目标优化问题的准确性、有效性和实用性。To find the optimal scheduling for the production job in the production process,using the production quality,efficiency and cost threshold value as constraints,this paper built a multi-objective relative degree of nearness optimization model for quality-efficiency-cost control based on set pair analysis(SPA).It solved the optimization model by using non-dominated sorting generic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ) and acquired the Pareto-optimal solutions under the relative certainty conditions.Each job selected reasonable solution according to the optimal alternative.Finally,the experiment verifies the multi-objective optimization problems that illustrates the accuracy,effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method.福建省产学合作重大科技资助项目(2011H6027

    探讨铁蛋白反应器在模拟流动海水体系中储存有毒金属离子的能力及规律.在体外,脱铁核铁蛋白能重新构建新的铁核且核中多数铁组分经含有5% 氯化钠的海水处理后仍可稳定于蛋白壳中,只有少量对H+ 或OH- 较敏感的铁组分随反应体系的pH值增加或减少而被直接释放于介质中.此外,铁蛋白还能储存Co2+ 、Ni2+ 、Mn2+ 和Zn2+ 等有毒金属离子,并释放相对应的铁量,其储存离子量和释放Fe3+ 量的摩尔比为1:1,该储存量及能力与环境介质的pH值有关,与Na+ 、K+ 、Ca2+ 等非过渡金属离子无关.经改造后的铁蛋白反应器预计可用于监测流动水域的有毒金属离子

    腻苔是一种临床常见的病理性舌苔,主湿浊、痰饮、食积等,在中医临床诊断与治疗中有重要的临床意义与辨证价值,研究腻苔形成的现代生物学机制有重要的理论; 和实践意义。文章从舌表面脱落细胞学、微生态学、相关蛋白与基因表达及物质代谢等方面对腻苔形成的生物学机制进行了综述,并对腻苔与肠道微生态的关系,腻; 苔与现代医学疾病的关系进行了阐述,以期从现代生物医学角度对腻苔形成的物质基础、发生机制、变化规律及与相关疾病的关系作相关阐明,为疾病的中医诊断与; 治疗提供借鉴和帮助。Greasy fur is a common pathological tongue coating and is mainly seen in; the clinical practice in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), such as in; the dampness turbidity, the phlegm and fluid retention, the dyspepsia or; food accumulation, and so on. Greasy fur shows important clinical; significance and differentiation value in TCM diagnosis and treatment,; there is also great theoretical and practical significance in the; studying of the modern biomedical mechanism underlying the formation of; the greasy fur. Here we summarized the formation mechanism of the greasy; fur from the aspects of the shedding cytology of the tongue surface, the; microecology, the expression of the relative genes and proteins and the; metabolism. The relationship between the greasy fur and the intestinal; microecology, and between the greasy fur and the diseases were also; discussed in this paper.     基于转发概率的时延容忍网络路由

    针对延时容忍网络(Delay-tolerant Networks,DTNs)的数据传输问题,提出基于转发概率的时延容忍网络路由(Forwarding-probability DTN Routing,FPDR)。FPDR路由引用机会路由的思想,传递数据。先通过推导一跳邻居节点和二跳邻居节点的转发概率,然后,再依据节点的转发概率选择下一跳转发节点,进而减少数据包被转发的次数,提高数据包传递率。仿真结果表明,提出的FPDR路由有效地提高了数据包传递率,并减少了数据包被转发的次数

    Precision Model and Analysis of Large Axisymmetric Aspheric Grinding

    运用刚体运动学理论和坐标变换,建立高精度平面磨床的通用误差模型。针对大尺寸轴对称非球面工件的高精度加工要求,采用光栅式平行磨削的加工方式。根据这种非球面磨削方式和高精度平面磨床的结构,给出影响大尺寸非球面加工精度的主要误差因素,并建立基于这些主要误差因素的大尺寸非球面误差模型。对主要单项误差的分析表明,磨床的直线度及定位精度误差和圆弧半径误差是影响面形分布的主要因素,而面形误差值则是各个误差综合作用的结果。通过误差模型可以预测面形误差分布和大小,并可以利用该模型进行补偿加工。加工试验结果表明,该模型能够比较准确地预测面形精度,补偿试验后精度提高,说明利用该模型进行补偿是有效的。The general error model of high precision surface grinder is presented by using rigid body kinematics theory and coordinate transformation.To meet the machining requirement of large axisymmetry aspheric lens,the grating parallel grinding method is adopted.Considering high precision surface grinder structure and the main error factors affect the machining accuracy of large aspheric,a large axisymmetric aspheric error model is proposed,which can be used to predict surface accuracy and compensation grinding.The main error factors are discussed and it is shown that the straightness error,positioning error and arc radii error are main errors that effect surface error distribution,meanwhile,surface error value is the mixed result of each individual error.The experiments are carried out and in agreement with the theoretical results.The grinding experiment shows that the model can well predict surface accuracy and surface accuracy is improved after compensation grinding国家科技重大专项(2011ZX04004-061); 国家自然科学基金(51075343)资助项

    Content identification and optimization strategies of legal spatial planning system for airport-related economic zones

    伴随临空经济的高速发展,空港经济区逐渐成为带动城市实现跨越增长的生力军。鉴于当前中国空港经济区发展不成熟、理论研究散乱、规划实践不成体系、不同类型的规划相互分割与各自为政等现实状况,本文通过系统文献梳理与项目实践研究,对空港经济区内涵与特征进行深入辨析,提出广义空港经济区的概念。并基于现状纷繁、多类别的空港经济区规划,系统梳理与介绍“城市总体规划—空港经济区总体规划—空港经济区控制性详细规划—空港经济区修建性详细规划“的多层次法定空间规划体系。进而结合当前规划实践,总结分析各层次法定规划的主要内容与要点。最后,提出明晰空港经济区功能定位、预留产业空间、配套跟进服务设施、建立高级别管理机构及实现职住平衡五方面发展建议。Along with the rapid development of airport economy, airport- related economic zone(AEZ) is becoming a vital force for promoting urban growth.At present, AEZ in China is characterized by early stage of development and there is a general lack of systematic theoretical research and planning practices; different types of planning lack of necessary coordination.Through a literature review and empirical research, this study differentiates and analyzes the connotations and characteristics of AEZ, and puts forward the concept of generalized AEZ.Based on the numerous, multiple types of existing AEZ planning, this study summarizes the AEZ-related Chinese legal spatial planning system(urban master planning—comprehensive planning of AEZ—regulatory planning of AEZ—site planning of AEZ).Combining with the current planning practices, this article identifies and analyzes the important contents of different levels of spatial planning.In the final part, it puts forward five suggestions: clarifying the functional position of AEZ; reserving industrial space; improving service facilities; setting up a high- level management bureau; and achieving a health balance between work space and housing.国家自然科学基金青年项目(51208444); 教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金项目(11YJCZH058); 中央高校基本科研业务费项目(20720140519

    RXRα acts as a carrier for TR3 nuclear export in a 9-cis retinoic acid-dependent manner in gastric cancer cells

    Retinoid X receptor (RXR) plays a crucial role in the cross talk between retinoid receptors and other hormone receptors including the orphan receptor TR3, forming different heterodimers that transduce diverse steroid/thyroid hormone signaling. Here we show that RXRalpha exhibits nucleocytoplasmic shuttling in MGC80-3 gastric cancer cells and that RXRalpha, shuttling is energy-dependent through a nuclear pore complex (NPC)mediated pathway for its import and an intact DNA binding domain-mediated pathway for its export. In the presence of its ligand 9-cis retinoic acid, RXRalpha was almost exclusively located in the cytoplasm. More importantly, we also show that RXRalpha. acts as a carrier to assist translocation of TR3, which plays an important role in apoptosis. Both RXRalpha and TR3 colocalized in the nucleus; however, upon stimulation by 9-cis retinoic acid they cotranslocated to the cytoplasm and then localized in the mitochondria. TR3 export depends on RXRalpha as in living cells GFP-TR3 alone did not result in export from the nucleus even in the presence of 9-cis retinoic acid, whereas GFP-TR3 cotransfected with RXRalpha was exported out of the nucleus in response to 9-cis retinoic acid. Moreover, specific reduction of RXRalpha levels caused by anti-sense RXRalpha abolished TR3 nuclear export. In contrast, specific knockdown of TR3 by antisense-TR3 or TR3-siRNA did not affect RXRalpha shuttling. These results indicate that RXRalpha is responsible for TR3 nucleocytoplasmic translocation, which is facilitated by the RXRalpha ligand 9-cis retinoic acid. In addition, mitochondrial TR3, but not RXRalpha was critical for apoptosis, as TR3 mutants that were distributed in the mitochondria induced apoptosis in the presence or absence of 9-cis retinoic acid. These data reveal a novel aspect of RXRalpha function, in which it acts as a carrier for nucleocytoplasmic translocation of orphan receptors
