This paper analyzes the survival factors of overseas subsidiaries of small and medium enterprises（SMEs）, focusing on the relationship with innovation. Specifically, this paper uses case studies of Japanese SMEs. The case studies revealed the following three points. First, the overseas subsidiaries that have been in existence for a long time have changed the sales destination, the production item, the production process, and the local functions according to environmental changes. Second, they have been actively utilizing local human resources. Third, the transfer of authority to overseas subsidiaries is important for innovation led by overseas subsidiaries

我国老年人媒介形象的新媒体呈现——以《人民日报》官方微博2018年报道为例

本文基于框架理论和议程设置理论,以我国权威性新媒体平台——《人民日报》微博为研究对象,借助内容分析方法,探究新媒体平台上老年人媒介形象的呈现现状以及新媒体建构老年人媒介形象的议程设置和框架策略。研究发现,老年人的新媒体形象以积极正面为主,《人民日报》微博通过老年群体的正面形象建构和老年议题的正面呈现,构建和谐社会图景,引导社会主流价值观;但另一方面《人民日报》微博仍存在性别、地域报道不均衡的情况,体现了不可避免的媒介偏见。另外,借助多种形式和渠道的融合报道成为《人民日报》动态立体地呈现老年人新媒体形象的重要手段
