Diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem vhodného systému managementu BOZP a implementací do integrovaného systému řízení. Praktická část obsahuje přezkoumání současného stavu BOZP s požadavky technické specifikace OHSAS. Pro vybrané pracoviště je provedena identifikace nebezpečí, hodnocení rizik a jsou navržena nápravná opatření.This diploma thesis is focused on the selection of a suitable Occupational Health and Safety management system as a part of the “Integrated Management System”, and practical implementation into the business. The current occupational health and safety management system is reviewed and compared with requirements in the OHSAS technical specification. The hazard identification and evaluate risks for the chosen workplace of the business is performed and corrective action are suggested.

CHILDREN´S DRAWINGS – RESOURCE FOR DEVELOPMENT AND OBSERVATION OF PERCEPTION OF NUMBERS OF CHILDREN

Children´s drawing is one of the most appropriate approach to knowing children, their individuality and also their perceptions. Child is not always able to express their thoughts precisely, because their vocabulary is still incomplete and is gained just lately. In our paper we concentrate on drawing as a communication means, with which we can obtain primary numerical conceptions of children. We deal with observation of children’s perceptions of number. We investigate process in which to numerical information the conceptions of numbers are assigned. The numerical information is word three and the child’s drawing is used to mediate the numerical conceptions of children. The activity was realized with the children in the kindergarten. We analyzed draw children’s conceptions of number 3 and created concept map from those drawings

From the Living to the Dead. The Principles of Testamentary Succession among Medieval Nobility in the Czech Lands and Hungary

In the present paper, the authors attempt to give a basic explanation of one of the titles of inheritance, while they focus mainly on medieval noble testaments as documented in charters of Czech and Hungarian origin from the late 12th to the early 14th century. General observations on limitations of testamentary succession and specifi c features of medieval testaments are accompanied by the analysis of preserved documents. While in the Czech lands this refers mainly to a collection of mostly recipient charters, in Hungary the analysed documents are the charters produced in offi ces of quasi-public notaries, i.e. places of authentication that functioned from the beginning of their activities on the territory of Slovakia. Multiple Person Localization Based on Their Vital Sign Detection Using UWB Sensor

In the past period, great efforts have been made to develop methods for through an obstacle detection of human vital signs such as breathing or heart beating. For that purpose, ultra-wideband (UWB) radars operating in the frequency band DC-5 GHz can be used as a proper tool. The basic principle of respiratory motion detection consists in the identification of radar signal components possessing a significant power in the frequency band 0.2–0.7 Hz (frequency band of human respiratory rate) corresponding to a constant bistatic range between the target and radar. To tackle the task of detecting respiratory motion, a variety of methods have been developed. However, the problem of person localization based on his or her respiratory motion detection has not been studied deeply. In order to fill this gap, an approach for multiple person localization based on the detection of their respiratory motion will be introduced in this chapter

At first is defined customer behaviour. Attention is devoted to the market segmentation according to different characteristics. The main part describes way of organic agriculture and organic products, their labelling and control authorities which provides monitoring of organic agriculture. There are described the basic rules of plant growing and animal breeding. There is brief mention about Fair Trade. Practical part of Thesis is focused on marketing research and then realization of marketing research in the area of organic product. It was explored people?s opinion on organic products, their shopping habits and foreknowledge in the area of organic products. The final part is focused on proposal of marketing strategies and recommendation for producers of organic food.Diplomová práce Spotřební chování zákazníků v oblasti biopotravin je věnována oblasti bioproduktů. Nejprve je definováno obecné spotřební chování zákazníků. Pozornost je také věnována segmentaci trhu podle různých charakteristik. Hlavní část charakterizuje způsob chovu zvířat a pěstování rostlin ve sféře ekologického zemědělství a samotné bioprodukty, jejich značení a kontrolní orgány dodržující dohled nad ekologickým zemědělstvím. Jsou popsány základní pravidla pro pěstování rostlin a chov zvířat v ekologickém zemědělství. V souvislosti s biopotravinami jsou krátce zmíněny Fair Trade produkty. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje nejprve teoreticky na marketingový výzkum a následně na realizaci marketingového výzkumu v oblasti biopotravin. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zkoumáno povědomí a názory lidí na biopotraviny, jejich nákupní zvyklosti a informovanost o biopotravinách. Sales Promotion and Advertising of Company

Bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovou komunikací Metro Cafe Baru v Havlíčkově Brodě, která je ve vlastnictví společnosti R&S Group HB s.r.o. orientovanou na podporu prodeje a reklamu. Teoretická část se zabývá marketingem, marketingovou komunikací a komunikačním mixem. Praktická část rozebírá danou společnost, která byla vybrána, její nynější stav a následné vyhodnocení. V závěrečné části jsou zobrazeny provedené analýzy a doporučení, návrhy na vylepšení postupu marketingové strategie podniku.This bachelor thesis deals with marketing communication of Metro Cafe Bar in Havlíčkův Brod which is owned by company R&S Group HB s.r.o. Marketing communication is oriented on sales promotion and advertisement. Main purpose of theoretical part is to describe defition of marketing, marketing communication and commnucation mix. Practical part is oriented on chosen company and the current situation. Finally, in the last part there will be introduction of questionnaire with its results and suggestion for improvement of marketing strategy.

Import 21/10/2013Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pojmem obchodní firmy, její tvorbou, zásadami, funkcemi a užíváním. Hlavním tématem je právní ochrana obchodní firmy v českém právním řádu a to především ochrana podle obchodního zákoníku. Jsou zde rozebrány dva typy ochrany obchodní firmy obsažené v obchodním zákoníku – ochrana absolutní dle ustanovení § 12 a ochrana relativní dle ustanovení nekalé soutěže. Jsou zde popsány skutkové podstaty nekalé soutěže a dále rozebrány právní prostředky ochrany obchodní firmy. Dále se práce věnuje postavení obchodní firmy na internetu a aplikovatelnosti práva v tomto prostředí. Ve spojení s obchodní firmou pak vysvětluje co je doménové jméno, jeho typy, funkce a podmínky registrace. Práce udává případy zneužití obchodní firmy na internetu a navrhuje možná jeho preventivní řešení. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda je ochrana obchodní firmy dostatečná v českém právním řádu i na internetu.This thesis discusses commercial company, its creation, principles, function and usage. Main topic of this thesis is legal protection of the commercial company in czech legal system and especially protection by the commercial code. In the thesis are analyzed two types of protection of the commercial company contained in the commercial code – an absolute protection by provision of § 12 and a relative protection by provision of unfair competition. There are described facts of unfair competition and further discussed legal instruments of protection of commercial company. Then this thesis is devoted to position of commercial company on the internet and applicability of the law in this surroundings. Then in connection with commercial company explains what the domain name is and its types, function and terms of registration. Use of individual types of positioning on patients after stroke in the acute and subacute phase of rehabilitation from the perspective of occupational therapy

Jaromíra Uhlířová Název diplomové práce: Využití jednotlivých typů polohování u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě v akutní a subakutní fázi rehabilitace z pohledu ergoterapie. Cévní mozková příhoda je jedním z onemocnění nejvíce ovlivňující lidskou populaci. Jejím důsledkem může být dočasné postižení, trvalé následky i smrt. Polohování pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě může mnoho rizik sekundárních změn ovlivnit. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak se ergoterapeuti zapojují do polohování pacientů v akutní a subakutní fázi po cévní mozkové příhodě v iktových centrech v České republice a jak polohování na iktových centrech probíhá. Z literatury a doporučených postupů vyplývá, že správným polohováním po cévní mozkové příhodě v akutní a subakutní fázi je předcházeno vzniku imobilizačního syndromu a sekundárních změn. Polohováním pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě lze ovlivnit svalový tonus, bolestivost ramene, předcházet subluxaci v kloubech, udržet pasivní i aktivní rozsah v kloubech atd. U pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě by měly přicházet vzruchy z postižené strany pro podporu návratu senzomotorických funkcí a pro zapojení postižené strany do aktivit. Stroke is one of the diseases that most affects the human population. It can result in temporary disability, permanent consequences and death. The patient's positioning after a stroke can affect many risks of secondary changes. The aim of this work is to find out how occupational therapists are involved in the positioning of patients in the acute and subacute phase after a stroke in stroke centers in the Czech Republic and how the positioning in stroke centers takes place. The literature and recommended procedures show that the correct positioning after a stroke in the acute and subacute phase prevents the development of immobilization syndrome and secondary changes. Positioning patients after a stroke can affect muscle tone, shoulder pain, prevent subluxation in the joints, maintain passive and active range in the joints, etc. In patients after a stroke, agitation should occur from the affected side to support the return of sensorimotor functions and to involve the affected parties to activities.
